Charlotte provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to see in the area. The pool at the resort was very basic but we knew that when we booked. The shower screen allowed a bit of water to splash into bathroom.

• Dana (8/5): Beautiful, well equipped and located apartment in an aged building without an elevator - Muse Apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Superb location and parking was not an issue. The building is outdated with no elevator. Apartment up two flights of stairs.

• Jacquie (10/5): The perfect Port Douglas accommodation. - Muse-Luxe Apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Port Douglas. The location is brilliant - the beach is one way, and the cafes/restaurants and shops are the other, all easily walking distance. The apartment itself is so beautifully and carefully decorated and furnished, we loved it. It's also a comfortable place to relax in, including the use of a lovely pool. We appreciated the availability of the carpark as well - and the limes! Thank you Charlotte.

• Barbe (9/5): Fabulous stay in stylish comfortable apartment with easy acces to beach - Loved the location, easy access to beach Main Street shops restaurants etc, the general facilities in the block were spotless, gorgeous garden well maintained and clean (as in pool bbq and laundry areas) Also comfortable and stylish apartment.. loved the shutter shaded balcony and the fact it was private and secure could leave the door open.
• Clare (10/5): Brilliant! Comfortable, stylish & well located. - The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. It’s fantastically located just a few minutes walk to the town centre with restaurants/ shops & bars etc. Also a stones throw from 4 Mile Beach. There is no lift and the apartment is on 2nd floor (not a biggie unless you’ve got heavy cases in tow!) The laundry facilities are basic and the pool wasn’t particularly inviting (also in shade when we thought about using it late afternoon)
