• vincent (5/5): je ne reviendrais pas forcement a cet établissement - la chambre été bien ,pas facile d’accès pour le bar la piscine été vraiment petite l'accès au bar et piscine difficile pour une personne qui a du mal a se déplacer les repas n’était pas très varier limite mieux au snack le respect des vacanciers n'est pas respecté beaucoup de bruit et des cri dans les couloirs a 3 ou 4 h du matin personne n'a rien dit .

• Matilda (7/5): We were really happy there and had a great vacation. The only things that were not ideal were The food selection and the - The room was huge and clean and modern but comfortable. The balcony was really nice. Everything was spotless. The staff was friendly, especially the bartenders. The whole estate looks beautiful. The food was seasoned well. Desert was very good, especially the chocolate cake. The beach is very close and beautiful. Having access to the cliff walk was amazing!Overall we were happy with our stay! The restaurant has a bit of an old feel to it. The food was alright, they always have pizza and pasta along with varying other dishes, but unfortunately not many options without pork. The liquor at the bar was not the best. The biggest issue for us was that the animation took place at the bar every night and the music and shows were extremely loud. You can’t really have a relaxed drink there in the evening without watching the entertainment. Having a separate bar area for adults without kids entertainment and with a more relaxing atmosphere would be nice.

• Walter (7/5): A good holiday but tiring. - Location was very good The accommodation was only accesible by stairs. We were on the top floor. Lovely sea view but 88 stairs from the pool and bar area to our room. We were not made aware of these access problems when we booked.
• Julie (8/5): - L ambiance, le personnel, le buffet. La plage de Los domingos est a 5min a pied Le manque d insonorisation, j entendais le voisinage, le bruit dehors malgré les fenêtres fermées. Le chemin d accès a la plage était fermé certainement a cause de l'état des barrières.

Problèmes au niveau de la salle de bain (fuites, WC, odeurs désagréables par moment) mais qui étaient cours de résolution par le personnel, très réactif .
• SLAWO (9/5): - Lokalizacja jak z bajki , i teren hotelowy również pięknie zaprojektowany ,to samo można powiedzieć o pokojach,które są bardzo praktyczne i wygodne w użytkowaniu materace wygodne. Bardzo zorganizowany personel ,sprzątający, kucharze,w recepcji i na zewnątrz. Sprzątanie odbywa się cicho i dyskretnie i bezpiecznie ,np. Mycie schodów na posesji rano wcześnie by do godz. 7.30 było perfekt. Animatorzy zasługują na szczególną pochwałę, np..Tomasz ,bardzo ciężko pracuje i w sposób zorganizowany ,bezpieczny dla dzieci i ich rodziców ,ponieważ niemal cały dzień jest przy nich obecny by odniosły ogrom korzyści i radości z wakacji w tym miejscu. Jego komunikacja z dziećmi i rodzicami oparta jest na doświadczeniu i dobrej obserwacji i zainteresowania się każdym indywidualnie i nie stronniczy jest podczas zabaw. Uważamy ze bardzo przyczynia się do dobrej opinii tego Hotelu. My byliśmy bez dzieci sami we dwoje ,pomimo to i my odnosiliśmy korzyści ,którą jego osobowość zapewnia. Bo dzieci były upilnowane . Jednak warto napisać ze gdy będzie jakaś usterka w pokoju i się zgłosi ,to Pan, który ma ja natychmiast naprawić to kombinuje ,kręci się po hotelu tak by zrobić sztuczny ruch i aby tego nie wykonać a uchodzić za pracowitego....podczas gdy wszyscy jego pracownicy pracują w mądrze ustalonym porządku. W restauracji hotelowej panuje czystość i porządek i każdy wykonuje swoje prace wyjątkowo życzliwie i dokładnie. Żadko można to zobaczyć nikt nikomu nie wchodzi w teren pracy.. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu ,jednak wypożyczenie auta by zwiedzić inne rejony Majorki warto rozważyć. SŁAWOMIR Mało zajęć wieczorem np.po 22.00 dla dorosłych. Pan odpowiedzialny za bieżące naprawy ,gdy zgłosi się usterki w pokojach bardzo lekceważy swoje polecenia w pracy ..okazuje słabe zainteresowanie swoim obowiązkiem I dobrem turysty. Jednak robi sztuczny tłok by uchodzić za pracowitego. Kawka z ekspresów hotelu mu często dobrze smakuje.

Сменить табличку в ресторане, добавить время перекусов. Неприятно было когда опоздали на обед на 5 минут, очень грубо повар на гриле ответил о том, что должны покинуть ресторан, но не напомнили что через 25 минут он снова откроется.
• Gianina (5/5): wir werden aufgrund der genannten punkte nicht mehr dieses hotel buchen. - leider war es diese jahr nicht so wie wir es in erinnerung hatten. Essen war gut. Barkeeper waren alle sehr freundlich. wir waren das zweite Mal da, zusammen mit einer anderen familie. Wir haben im Vorfeld die unterkunft mehrmals kontaktiert das wir dieselben zimmer nebeneinander haben wie letztes jahr. es hat nicht geklappt. nach einer woche konnten wir dann das zimmer wechseln aber zuvor mit x disskussionen an der rezeption. wir hatten ein zimmer im EG, dort war Rasen und daneben der gehweg zum Pool. eine andere Familie erzählte uns das von Ihrem Zimmer Fäkalien aus dem Wc kamen und dies dort aus dem Boden kam. unsere kinder liefen bis zu diesem zeitpunkt barfuss dort umher. Die Zimmertüre wurde bei uns und unseren freunden nach der reinigung ein paarmal nicht abgeschlossen und wie da teilweise auf einem ausflug waren. ein NO Go!! Wir fanden das Essen gut, jedoch hatte es auch schimmlige Früchte gehabt und Muffins. diese wurden jedoch nachdem wir es gemeldet haben nicht mehr angeboten.

• Adriana (10/5): Perfect place, incredible view and awesome staff! - Everything (except for one thing, I’ll mention it in the end) was awesome! The staff, the view, the food, the location, the cleanliness and the massage! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The masseuse is a great professional, he helped me with my back pain and was super attentive. The food variety is huge and allows to try lots of different kinds of foods, get a taste of Mallorca. And I’d like to highlight that I am a picky eater! We loved this place and will definitely come back. Except for the bartender who worked most of the day shifts on October 11-16 - he was very unpleasant and mean, didn’t respond to questions and inquiries (e.g. to change our cups after a few days of using). Interactions with him unfortunately were really unpleasant, but that’s the only bad thing that we can say about this perfect hotel.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen, und das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man spürt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und ausgesprochen gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat mir das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Atmosphäre – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: frisch, vielfältig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Lorsque nous allions prendre un en-cas au snack,le personnel faisait le ménage, nous regardait mal.Nous avions l' impression de déranger.Peut être serait il plus judicieux de prendre les en-cas au niveau du bar de la piscine comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels au lieu de se rendre au restaurant. Et proposer des biscuits, avec le café c'est pas mal.

• aleksandrlomovoi (10/5): - Отдыхали с конца сентября 11 ночей. Две семейные пары 50 +, номера дали нам рядом, за что особое спасибо. В отеле есть все, что необходимо для качественного отдыха. Прекрасные,просторные номера, хорошее обслуживание и уборка номеров ежедневно. Разнообразное питание, блюда пополнялись до самого закрытия, был большой выбор фруктов.Персонал трудяжки и в то же время,они незаметны. Великолепный пляж совсем рядом, температура воды в этот период была примерно 25 градусов, море чистое и теплое. Бассейном мы не пользовались,но визуально он больше рассчитан для деток. Команда анимации работала отлично,каждый вечер были какие то развлечения. Днем были тоже развлечения,но мы все время проводили на пляже. По поводу стаканов,которые надо носить с собой. Как оказалось, это совсем не напрягает и брать их необходимо только в бар. Наоборот, в отеле чистота,столы всегда чистые,ни где нет грязной посуды и оставленых стаканов. В столовой вино и другие напитки вы наливаете в стеклянные бокалы. После выселения браслеты не срезают,пользоваться всеми услагами отеля можно до самого отъезда, за что отдельный респект отелю. В целом отель превзошёл наши ожидания, мы прекрасно отдохнули)) Спасибо за замечательный отдых всему персоналу ! Нет такого
• Ewa (7/5): Pomimo wielu schodów udany wypoczynek. - Hotel ma świetną lokalizację . Bliskość ładnych plaż, spacerkiem 5 minut promenadą wzdłuż skalistego wybrzeża. Widoki są prześliczne. Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Obsługa personelu w barze , recepcji i sprzątająca bardzo miła. Jedzenie przeciętne. Na śniadania są tylko dwa rodzaje pieczywa w 3 wersjach (bagietka, bułki, chleb tostowy).Jedzenie bardzo tłuste. Ziemniaki ugotowane lub uparowane pływały w oleju. To samo było z kiełbaskami, fasolką szparagową. Warzywa grylowane obciekały olejem . W stołówce znajduje się toaleta w sąsiedztwie bemarów z jedzeniem. Drzwi do toalety były ciągle otwarte. Hotel mógłby zainwestować w samozamykacz.

Сервиса 4* ожидать не стоит, как тройка вполне ок. - Очень красивое место, недалеко обалденный пляж с лазурной водой, выход прямо с территории отеля на променад вдоль моря. Номер просторный, с кухонькой и панорамными окнами/дверьми, шумоизоляуия достаточно хорошая. в ресторане вкусная еда. уборка в номере и замена полотенец каждый день. Ресторан в полуподвальном помещении - окна с видом на кусты и парковку. В номере кухня есть - но она совершенно пустая, даже кружек нет. все под залог (чайник, пульт, сейф), рваные полотенца. Персонал по уборке стоит над душой и ждет пока ты не уйдешь из номера. перед выселением, за три часа под нашими дверями уже лежали вещи команды уборки в офидании когда мы выедем наконец. недобные кровати и подушки, унылая анимация.

• Mikko (6/5): Mikko - Huone merinäköalalla oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Ruoka oli melko kehnoa. Ruokailutila ei ollut viihtyisä. Ei ollut mahdollisuutta syödä ulkona. Paljon Britti turisteja, joista osa ei osannut käyttäytyä.

Dommage que la salle de restaurant n'ait pas de vue. Elle est en sous-sol, donc pas de lumière naturelle. Un petit effort au niveau de la décoration pourrait être apportée pour la rendre plus chaleureuse.

• élodie (9/5): Génial ! - Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux, c'est un vrai tout compris et de qualité ! Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! L'hôtel est hyper bien situé près de plages sublimes. Les chambres sont spacieuses propres et lumineuses. Tout le personnel est vraiment top, les personnes à l'accueil et au bar sont particulièrement adorables. Je recommande également le massage qui est un super rapport qualité/prix.

• Petra (8/5): Nice family hotel, fit for three stars, with good system of All inclusive. - Great family hotel but I think that also adults can have a nice vacation. The animation programme was surprisingly entertaining (I do not use the animation usually). The food was OK, we enjoyed the possibility to eat for almost all day, e.g. if you miss lunch you can have a snack. We would welcome to have more Spanish food for choice. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the beach, which is very nice. The waves were quite high but we enjoyed that and the sea was very clean. The emplyees were helpful, majority could speak English. The pool was quite cold in October. I would suggest to fix small issues in furnishment - broken bed piece, moving toilet. These small issues makes the hotel looking as they do not care about their hotel.

В номере есть кухня, но нет никаких приборов. Если кто-то захочет посмотреть телевизор, то пульт к нему стоит 10 евро.

• Paweł (8/5): Great location near the beach with friendly staff and delicious food. However, the property needs more photos on the ser - Great stay near the beach! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach. The food was delicious with plenty of variety at every meal. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway. The hotel needs more photos on the platform to accurately represent the property. Room cleaning was minimal – only bed making and towel replacement, no actual cleaning. The kitchen was completely empty with not even basic items like a corkscrew or glasses for wine. It would be helpful to have at least some essential kitchenware provided for guests.

Close to the beach and a walking path along the seafront which is perfect for evening walks There was a guest who drank too much alcohol and then screamed and scared children playing by the pool and I was very disappointed that even though that guest did the same thing every day, no one on the staff did anything to stop that alcoholic from terrorizing the other guests.

• Olena (9/5): Overall, a wonderful vacation for families - Great location, an incredible beach just 5 minutes away on foot, and a mesmerizing sea view from the room. Delicious food and drinks, bright rooms, and an overall light and airy hotel The pool is not suitable for adults to swim in – it is too shallow. It would also be nice to have some water activities for children. We had an early check-out and asked for a light breakfast to take with us. In other hotels we were offered yogurts for the kids, packaged juices, or coffee, but here they just opened the dining room and offered plain bread, muffins, and bananas – so we ended up eating at the airport. It would be appreciated to have at least a simple takeaway breakfast.
