- Cristina (9/5): Fin de semana agradable - El piso está fenomenal. Es una vivienda muy bonita y muy moderna; en las fotos se ve preciosa, pero cuando estás allí y la ves, te sorprende. Está cerca de los puntos de interés y tiene prácticamente de todo. Que el checking sea tan tarde (a las 17, aunque pudimos entrar un poco antes) y la salida sea a las 11. La almohada de las camas es demasiado baja y para dormir es un poco incómodo, deberían poner otras un poco más altas.

- Ana (6/5): Bien, aunque mejorable - El apartamento está muy bien situado, es amplio, las camas son muy cómodas y la cocina está bien surtida. Las dos habitaciones que dan a la calle tienen cortinas como de oficina que no quitan la luz. Las contraventanas no cierran bien y deberían tener cortinas opacas. Tampoco me gustó que me cobraran una fianza de 250 euros, algo de lo que no se me había avisado cuando hice la reserva

- Erica (9/5): A parte questi problemi siamo stati ottimamente e abbiamo potuto visitare codinante la città. - L’appartamento accogliente spazioso dotato di ogni confort Avevamo chiesto un ingresso anticipato di una due ore e c’era stato detto che ci avrebbero chiamato appena disponibile. Invece nessuno ha chiamato e siamo stati bloccati ad aspettare perdendo inultimente due ore . La cosa più negativa è che l’apertura automatica del portone non funziona né tramite link né dal citofono.
- Daniele (8/5): Overall, we had a pleasant stay, despite a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved. - The property enjoys a fantastic location in Abando. It's conveniently close to the city centre, yet the immediate area feels safe and secure, a stark contrast to less desirable locations like San Francisco Kalea. Despite its proximity to the train station (which can sometimes be less appealing), the surrounding area offers numerous amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, and underground parking. For example, we used Alhondiga Aparkalekua (a 10-minute walk) daily. The rooms were comfortable, although the beds were a little small for two adults (we're of average height, 175-185cm). We found ourselves somewhat cramped. Minor issues included a loose tap and a running toilet, both of which were promptly fixed by the property management company during our sightseeing. While the area isn't completely silent at night, the noise level didn't significantly disturb our sleep.

Krav om depositum som krav for at få adgang til lejligheden til trods for, at der var mange mangler: defekt vandarmatur i køkken, utæt afløb fra vask i et badeværelse samt mug i et hjørne. Generelt slidmærker på vægge og et sengemøbel. 3. Udlejer accepterede ovenn̈ævnte som 'forventeligt slid'. 4. Sammenholdt med boligens tilstand var prisen for høj
