• jean-marc (9/5): Bel appartement avec un accueil parfait - Miriam est une des meilleures hôtesses que j’ai eu depuis que je loue sur Booking. Elle a anticipé tous nos besoins. La terrasse est très agréable et l’appartement parfait pour 5/6 personnes . Comme vu dans d’autres commentaires le quartier n’est pas très glamour mais on ne s’est pas senti en insécurité car il y a toujours du monde dans la rue. La piscine avait une odeur désagréable .

It was easy to communicate on an arrival time, where she showed us the apartment and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to visit. The apartment was very comfy, well equipped and very good price for its value. There is a tram station nearby and a convenience store and restaurants can be easily reached by foot.
• Joyce (10/5): Ruim appartement met groot terras - Een fijn ruim, en schoon appartement met goede ligging. Het strand en winkelcentrum (Diagonal Mar) zijn vlakbij. De tram stopt dichtbij het appartement en de metro is ook in de buurt. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en het ruime terras is een groot pluspunt. De host is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

• Annie (8/5): Nice spacious apartment with large balcony. Very responsive helpful property owner - Loved the balcony It would have been good to have more comfy seating in the lounge as the sofa not big enough for four people. More mugs and glasses would have been good as well

• Alina (9/5): Great value for money. - The hosts were extremely friendly and available to help. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for 4 people. The terrace is huge and has nice views. The location isn't the best because the neighbourhood is quite dangerous at night. Lots of strange people and noises. If you come back from the city in the evening time like we did it is absolutely fine, but I wouldn't recommend walking there at night. The metro and the tram stations are close to the apartment which is a plus.

• Andrea (9/5): great deal and perfect stay - - the proximity to the downtown and public transport - nicely done, spacious & well equipped flat - 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with double bed and 1 with twin bed), 1 bathroom is incl.in one bedroom and the other one is extra - there is big terrace, however we didn't use it (windy weather&we mostly went out) - almost perfect location (close to the beach, close to the downtown) - great hosts (great info&service before, during the stay and while checking out) - comfy beds - flat itself - quiet place - only negative thing is that in the building is nice pool, which is not heated

Comfy accomodation with 3 bedrooms so we had privacy. Isolated from neighbors. Two bathrooms with everything what we needed. The view from the balcony is a must see for all. Kitchen comes with everything you need. Any questions about the apartment were quickly answers by the hosts. Would highly recommend.

We had everything (balcony, well equiped kitchen, washingmachine,…) we need in this time. Espacially the owner were very kind and helpful. A bit far from the nice beaches (20-25 Minutes to walk) and because of constructions taking the metro and tram was a bit complicated.

Pillows were soft( I know it is a simple thing) but some soft and some firmer as a choice is nice. We all had to use couch cushions to get more firm from pillows.

Apartment located in good distance from metro station, beach and everything you need during your stay in BCN. Shop, pharmacy - everything nearby. Unfortunately, during our stay pool had cold water. Probably because we were visiting BCN during winter, and it wasn`t so hot outside to use it :)
