She took care of us even in the middle of the night when we ordered the taxi she offered to take us to the airport in case they would not come. True Canarian warm lady with big heart :) /
• Diane (9/5): A gem of a property that is looked after by an absolute Angel 😇 in the form of Esperanza - As soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted by a wonderful fresh smell. It is huge and with plenty of storage and space. Beds are memory foam and beautifully presented with bedding and cushions. The lounge is large and very comfortable with a beautiful dining table, bottle of wine, and 2 glasses. A huge modern mirror is over this. This room leads to the balcony. All rooms are bright and airy, with plenty of mirrors for getting ready of an evening. Everywhere is so tastefully decorated and is of high quality. The only exception being the kitchen which is dated, but in good order. Although we never cooked, there did seem to be plenty of required equipment. A complimentary bottle of water and several teabags, coffee etc. There is a lovely flow of air that drifts through the apartment, and a fan is supplied if needed. Esperanza, the host, is an absolute angel. When asked for directions from the bus station, she came and picked us up. On the return, she happily kept our cases for us all day and then kindly took us to the airport in the evening for our flight home. She does this with warm smiles and no frustration at all. She is a gem. Esperanza has thought of everything. It would be difficult to find faults.

• Markowicz (8/5): Very good - The location of the flat is excellent close to the beach and local shops. There is supermarket very close to the place. Neighbours are o.k not too noisy .Great view from the window on volcanoes mountains in the distance. Good size flat. All in all it's a good place to stay for a while. TV didn't work needs attention of the owner.

• David (8/5): Excellent apartment and host. - The property had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, it was clean and very spacious. Esperanza was a wonderful host, communication was excellent and she provided an airport transfer as well even though it was 5:00. The property is in a residential area and as such has some noise as people travel to work etc
• Sood (8/5): It is a great place to stay for short periods. Would highly recommend to friends. - Size and well equipped Mattresses could be more comfortable
