- Jimmy (9/5): Would highly recommend this property that was great. - The hotel was just simply beautiful. It was great facilities and the staff was very attentive. The only issue was when we first arrived at the East wing We could not get in the door as that’s an auxiliary wing of the hotel. It took a bit, but someone walked from the main part of the hotel over to the desk there. Again, the facilities were fantastic, and the people were just as exceptional. This was the only concern.

Además el hotel está ubicado delante de la estación de tren. Muy fácil y cómodo llegar al centro en él. Más espacio de almacenaje para la ropa. Apenas había cajones ni baldas. En el baño no había nada de mostrador para poder apoyar la bolsa de aseo.

- Mantellato (6/5): The room is comfortable but the services and food need to be evolved. - The room is comfortable and the team is very welcoming and nice. The coffee machine and the iron were not working.
Also the room service was terrible, the food was really low quality, even a sodebo salad at the gas station is better than what i received. Very disappointing.
They apparently had two restaurants but the menus were not mentioned/ available in the room.

- Amina (10/5): Ich werde ab jetzt immer zu euch kommen!!! - Ich kam um 10.00 Uhr an, durfte direkt einchecken und somit schon vor 15.00 Uhr , zudem habe ich ein Upgrade erhalten, in ein doppelt so großes Zimmer mit einem Balkon , mit Blick zum Pool und Wald. Felipe von der Rezeption hat mir das ermöglicht, worüber ich unendlich dankbar war. Der Spa ist wahrhaftig ein sehr schöner Ort um sich zu erholen. Preis /Leistung für Zürich war unschlagbar. Danke Felipe und Sofja , ihr seid tolle und sehr höfliche Rezeptionisten🙏🏼😍 Einfach wirklich alles.

Pool schön, Spa gut aber sehr klein, immer alles besetzt ! Das Zimmer Superior East Wing eine Katastrophe: in einem anderen Gebäude weit ausserhalb vom Hotel zwischen Wohnblöcken- nur erreichbar über einen langen, steilen dunklen Tunnel ( mit Treppen !) ca 10 min oder mit Shuttelbus.
Das Zimmer winzig, keine Ablage im Badezimmer, kaum Aufhängemöglichkeiten man konnte nicht einmal den Koffer am Boden öffnen, die Handtuchheizung aufgrund inkompatibler Stecker geht nicht und besonders negativ :
man kann das Fenster nicht öffnen !!! Die Klimaanlage laut und nicht regulierbar ( zu kalt !)
Die Parkgarage für 30 CHF extra nur im Hauptgebäde.
Check in: Schlecht, ich musste 30 min warten, da meine Buchung bei booking.com im Hotel nicht gefunden wurde. Personal , welches meist kein Deutsch sprach, zum teil überfordert.
Lage mit Offentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr schlecht zu erreichen 15 min zu Fuss vom Bus oder s- Bahn, zum teil steiler Anstieg !!!

- Marinela (7/5): Dieses Jahr - etwas enttäuschend - Zimmerausstattung war komfortabel und die Betten bequem. Wir waren das letzte Jahr in diesem Hotel und fanden das Essen bedeutend besser. Dieses Jahr waren Sushi Portionen viel kleiner. Es gab mehr Eiswürfel als Sushi.
Besonders der Kellner am Bar war nicht gerade freundlich. Sobald wir die Cocktails getrunken haben, nahm er uns die Gläser weg (obwohl wir gerade erst 10 Minuten da waren sowie die einzige anwesende Geste). Es war unmissverständliche Geste das wir weg gehen sollten. Er hatte schlechte Laune das uns gegenüber, unverzeihlich war.

Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Einen Fahrdienst zur Unterkunft + Gepäck wurde übernommen. Die Lüftung im Bad war sehr laut, der TV ist immer wieder angegangen und war anfangs ausgesteckt. Hat sehr lange gedauert bis alles umgestellt war.
Der Klodeckel war sehr locker.
Durch den Teppichboden hatte ich mehrfache Allergische Reaktionen.

La déco est assez design et belle généralement.
2 bars et restaurants méditerranéens et du monde. On était dans l’aile Est (ancien bâtiment refait) / très petite chambre surchauffée (un calvaire) pas de climatisation, ventilation bruyante et inutile. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres (minergie)

Spa pas d’accès pour les enfants de 10ans (plage horaire à respecter - le matin) mais ils nous ont laisser aller car pas trop de monde, merci !
- Selina (3/5): Nie wieder! Ich empfehle das Hotel zu meiden. - Der Spabereich war in Ordnung, Parkservice hat gut funktioniert. Die Kaffeemaschine roch nach vergorener Milch, nach der Beschwerde wurde lediglich das Wasser neu aufgefüllt.
Unten finden sich Bilder, wie das Wasser (Valser Wasser aus der Flasche eingefüllt), nach Benutzung ser Maschine aussah.
Da ich kein Fenster öffnen konnte, roch danach das ganze Zimmer, das einem übel wurde.
Beim zweiten Mal hat es geklappt und es gab eine neue Maschine.
Im Essen, welches ich aufs Zimmer bestellt hatte, fand ich im Salat ein Stück Papierserviette.
Der Wrap wurde mindestens ein Tag vorher zubereitet und kalt serviert.
Auf dem Serviertablett fanden sich Krümmel, wohl von anderen Hästen, unter der Serviette. Zudem war das Tablett fleckig.
Im Spa-Prospekt auf dem Zimmer fanden sich Cannabisreste.
Das Zimmer war relativ eng, Koffer auspacken war praktisch nur auf dem Bett möglich, Bad bietet keinerlei Stauraum oder Ablagefläche.
Deutsch spricht kaum jemand. Meine hinterlegte Kaution wurde bis heute (mehr als 100h nach Abreise) nicht erstattet und zusätzlich wurde sogar noch ein Restbetrag auf der Karte reserviert, was ich nie autorisiert habe. Die Rechnung hatte ich vor Ort Bar beglichen. Der Standort liegt in einem Wohnquartier.
Ausser den Preisen, hat dieses Hotel leider nicht viel mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu tun.

- Bader (4/5): Nice location and clean facilities, but too many issues made the stay uncomfortable — not planning to return - • Great location: Only about 10 minutes from downtown, which made it easy to explore the city.
• Smooth check-in: The process was quick and hassle-free.
• Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were both clean and well-maintained.
• Comfortable bed: The bed was cozy and provided decent sleep when the room temperature allowed it.
• Good facilities: The hotel has nice amenities that add value to the stay. • Very small room: The space was too tight, making it hard to move around comfortably.
• No air conditioning: This was a major issue. The whole building lacks proper AC. During my stay, it was extremely hot, and the room felt unbearable. I had to request a fan, which only helped a little.
• Poor room service food: I tried several items from the in-room dining menu, but unfortunately, none of them met expectations — very disappointing.
• Unreliable luggage service at check-out: I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to collect my luggage. With my driver arriving in just a few minutes.
• Useless wardrobe space: The closet was incredibly small and impractical. Even as a solo guest, I couldn’t fit my clothes inside properly — and the door wouldn’t even close. I can’t imagine how two guests would manage.
• Malfunctioning safe box: Upon check-in, the in-room safe wasn’t working. I reported it right away, but it wasn’t fixed until the third day of my stay. This should’ve been checked and addressed before a guest checks in — basic hospitality.
Conclusion:
Despite a few positives, the negatives—especially around comfort, storage, temperature, and basic in-room functionality—outweighed the good parts. I would not stay here again, and I gave it a 3-star rating.

Absolutely get the breakfast! The location of our room was accessed through an underground 1/4km tunnel, interesting!
The size of the room is too small, as os the bathroom.
Any 2 people sharing over who's over 165cm tall will struggle with the size of the room and bathroom, knocking my elbows more times there than on a roller coaster! Dried my hair in the corridor area as nowhere else to do it.
Not enough shelves, hooks, or anywhere to do your makeup/hair.
*Getting to the hotel from the train stop is difficult and not sign posted at all. This is a big drawback and needs changing. We were walking around literally in circles with a heavy case, trying to locate the reception!!! Please change this. You should encourage people to use public transport to access your hotel and make it easy to locate and access. It's 2025 guys in the middle of a lush green place, please think about eco-friendly ways to travel to and from FIVE!*

His leadership sets new standards in the industry, and we look forward to returning specifically because of the exceptional experience his management enables.
Between him and Simon (receptionist) handing off everything to each other, the stay was perfection. Would be nice if the hotel itself put full glass separators in the show to prevent a little water splashing out, but the Ritual Soaps and body lotions and high quality service make up for the little inconvenience. Just put a towel down.

- Celine (9/5): Superb - The receptionist was really nice and gave us a free upgrade. The room and the restaurants were lovely as well. I stayed again a couple days later and the staff wasn’t as friendly as the ones this night.

- Mendoza (10/5): I would come back definitely. The hotel was amazing. - Everything was great but the spa was fantastic. Finding the hotel entrance that was closer to my room was difficult.
- Alina (3/5): Poor - The main issue was the check out when staff of the hotel couldn’t find the payment confirmation when everything was paid via Booking. I had to call to Booking personally, otherwise I would be late to my flight. Very disappointed.
