• Ana María (10/5): - Apartamento muy bien ubicado, cerca del tranvía, a 10 min.de una estación de metro, CAT y un centro comercial. Estaba muy limpio con todo lo necesario y detalles que hicieron la estancia más cómoda ( cápsulas de café, aceite, sal, azúcar, pastillas para la lavadora...). La información para la entrada y salida fue muy buena y la respuesta a cualquier duda rápida. Las cortinas opacas no tapaban del todo la entrada de luz pero es un pequeño detalle subsanable que no minimiza el resto.

Oceňujeme lokalitu, bezprostřední blízkost tramvajové zastávky a nedaleký Interspar. Rozkládací pohovka není příliš pohodlná.
• Mauro (7/5): - La habitación no tenía el número marcado afuera y fue complicado ubicarla, pues además las fotos que me enviaron mo correspondían pues tenía un color diferente, asi que tuve que adivinar cual era con el botón de abrir. El último dia no hubo Internet.
• Maria Filomena (8/5): Ottima soluzione fuori dal centro e staff molto presente - La camera grande, arredata con gusto anche se in modo molto semplice. Cucina piccola ma funzionale e presenza di utensili e condimenti base. Accesso facile alla struttura. La posizione se pur fuori dal centro comunque comoda. Il bagno è molto piccolo. Il palazzo un po’ sporco. È stato un caso, ma c’erano lavori sulla linea del tram sotto casa e quindi molto rumorosa di notte, ma questo non è dipeso dalla struttura o dai gestori.

NO RECOMENDABLE - Alojamiento limpio en una buena localización Nunca me avisaron de las obras que había en la calle que empezaban a las 6:30 de la mañana sin poder descansar. Además, lo reclamé y nunca recibí noticias con una solución. La obra llevaba desde febrero de este año y acabará en septiembre. Por el precio que pagué, había muchas más opciones de mejor calidad. Obras también en el edificio que dificultaba caminar (fotos).Por favor, tenedlo en cuenta.

Aucune personne pour nous accueillir comme prévu, 2 heures d'attente sur place devant l'immeuble avant que une personne sympathique, compétente et compréhensive de Booking, par téléphone, fasse le nécessaire pour nous faire entrer dans l'immeuble, nous guider vers notre appartement et l'ouvrir à distance. Suite a des travaux de peinture dans l'immeuble, il n'y avait pas de numéro sur les portes. M'étant enregistré à l'avance, j'aurais dû recevoir toutes les informations nécessaire par mail avant mon départ, ce qui n'a pas été le cas.

• Aline (8/5): Das Apartment war praktisch, sauber und die Lage zwischen Flughafen, Prater und Innenstadt kam uns gelegen. - Es war geräumig und es war gut, dass man das Zimmer mit dem Schlafsofa auch durch eine Tür schliessen konnte. Das Badezimmer war klein, der Duschkopf hat nicht ganz gehalten und an der Decke war etwas mit Plane abgeklebt.

• Rejane (4/5): - O apartmento em si é bom, com todas as comodidades necessárias para duas pessoas passarem um final de semana prolongado. A localização é boa e o sistema de check in bastante eficiente Não pudemos permanecer no local porque o predio está em obras, mas também existem obras de construção de trilhos para o transporte publico justamente na frente do apartamento. A obra seguiu a noite toda, sendo impossível dormir e permanecer no local. O anfitrião foi extremamente correto e nos ressarciu das noites que tivemos que buscar outro local. Em outra ocasião (sem as obras na frente e no prédio) o local é muito adequado.

• Vladislav (9/5): Приятные и удобные апартаменты - Современные просторные апартаменты. Бесконтактное заселение. Свежий ремонт, чистота. Большая удобная кровать. Есть стиральная машина и к ней предоставляют капсулы для стирки (полотенцесушителя нет, поэтому сушка вещей после стирки может занять продолжительное время). Есть кухня со столовыми приборами, микроволновой печью и плитой. Приветственный чай и кофе тоже предоставлены около чайника. Магазин продуктов Billa в 5 минутах ходьбы. От/до вокзала Митте около 10 мин - это очень удобно, особенно если ваше путешествие проходит через аэропорт. Там же есть станция метро и торговый центр В здании, где расположены апартаменты, на момент заселения проходил капитальный ремонт: присутствовал строительный мусор, неокрашенные и не оштукатуренные стены, проводка всего здания свободно висела вдоль стен или лежала на полу, потолок в наполовину разобранном состоянии, осевшая строительная пыль также присутствовала на полу и стенах. Окна выходят на проезжую часть с трамвайными путями. Окна с неплохой звукоизоляцией. Но во время моего проживания проводился ремонт трамвайных путей и дорожного полотна - поэтому даже с закрытыми окнами было очень шумно. В целом приятные апартаменты по соотношению цена+расположение+качество - бронировал данный вариант проживания примерно за сотню €/ночь (на момент поиска один из самых разумных ценников в пешей доступности от вокзала).

• Angela (7/5): - L'alloggio era pulito e accogliente, con tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie e lavatrice con detersivo in dotazione, pentole e utensili da cucina, tostapane, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore con capsule e bustine del thè, sale e olio, stendino, appendiabiti, asciugamani e strofinaccio. La stanza è molto accogliente e corrisponde alle foto della struttura. Le finestre si possono oscurare con tende coprenti, questo non impedisce alla luce di entrare ma riduce molto l'illuminazione al sorgere del sole, per noi non è stato un problema essendo abituati, ma potrebbero essere utili delle tende più ampie. Molto comoda la posizione della struttura, con le fermate di due linee del tram a pochi metri e due stazioni metro a meno di 1 km (raggiungibili comodamente con il tram) Il riscaldamento della stanza da letto si può regolare solo fino a un certo punto, la stanza risulta quindi forse un po' troppo calda per dormire e dovevamo aprire le finestre per rinfrescare un po' l'ambiente. Durante il periodo del nostro soggiorno erano in corso lavori notturni alla linea del tram che passa sotto l'appartamento, consiglio dei tappi se alloggiate nella struttura in questo periodo, ma la stanza è comunque abbastanza insonorizzata.

• זילבר (5/5): disappointing - very harsh lighting like hospital. there is a quite time from 2200 according to the apartment rules but there were constructions works through out the night just under the windows which is not sound proof... getting inside the apartment was pure luck.. I got the code to the building from the owner only at the middle of the night much after it was relevant. also finding out which apartment is ours was pretty hard. luckily we met someone who live near by who saved us.

• Ilaria (7/5): Bell'appartamento in ottima posizione, ma con alcuni margini di miglioramento - * L'estetica e la luce: Come dice il nome stesso ("Bright"), l'appartamento è luminoso e ha uno stile curato e moderno, perfetto per chi cerca un ambiente piacevole. * La posizione: Il fatto che sia in una "top location" è un enorme vantaggio per muoversi a piedi, raggiungere i mezzi o i principali punti di interesse senza stress. * Il potenziale: Nonostante i piccoli intoppi, la struttura si presenta come una base accogliente e di qualità per un soggiorno urbano. Il disturbo notturno: I lavori stradali fino a tardi hanno reso difficile il riposo. L'illuminazione mattutina: Le tende troppo leggere non filtrano abbastanza la luce, rendendo difficile dormire dopo l'alba. Il microclima incontrollabile: Il riscaldamento eccessivo e le valvole dei termosifoni che non rispondevano ai comandi hanno reso l'ambiente troppo caldo e secco. Le mancanze nell'accoglienza: La carenza di asciugamani e l'assenza di un bene di prima necessità come l'acqua al check-in hanno dato l'impressione di una gestione un po' distratta.

• Petra (8/5): Schönes Appartement in guter Lage. - Sehr gute Lage, Größe des Appartement gut, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Derzeit Baustelle vor dem Haus wo Nachts gearbeitet wird, daher sehr laut. Uns waren die Matratzen zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

• Orsolya (8/5): Ha kicserélik az ágyon a matracot, akkor ár-érték arányban szuper szálláshely lesz. - A szállás makulátlanul tiszta volt, szuper helyen, a bejelentkezés gördülékenyen ment. A konyha felszereltségén lehetne javítani, de azért egy vacsorát el tudtunk készíteni. Az ágy borzalmasan kényelmetlen volt, behorpadt, kifeküdt matraccal, emiatt alig aludtunk valamit. Jeleztem a szállásadó felé, és azt ígérték, hogy kezelik a problémát. Az épületet, ahol a lakás található, felújítják, erről előzetesen semmilyen információt nem kaptunk. Csak egy estét maradtunk, így nem jelentett gondot, de több éjszakás tartózkodás esetén zavaró lett volna, hogy már korán reggel elkezdenek dolgozni a folyosón a munkások.

• Ilaria (8/5): Appartamento consigliato! - La struttura era pulita e ben tenuta, fornita di tutti i confort. Ottima posizione con facili collegamenti per raggiungere l’aeroporto e il centro, la fermata del tram è vicina all’appartamento. Consiglio di sostituire il phon poiché nell’utilizzo si surriscalda spegnendosi e aggiungere una scopa per mantenere la pulizia della stanza durante il soggiorno.

• Jessica (9/5): Ottimo appartamento-ottima posizione - Situato vicino ai mezzi pubblici ma tranquillo e fuori dal caos cittadino. Stabile in ristrutturazione ma appartamento pulito,molto accogliente e moderno, ha tutto il necessario per passare un ottimo soggiorno, tutto molto spazioso, ambiente ben riscaldato, il letto più comodo che io abbia mia trovato, penso uno dei migliori soggiorni che ho fatto. Condivido solo per chi ha la mia stessa abitudine personale, sono abituata a dormire al buio totale, le tende non rendono l’ambiente buio, appena sorge il sole la stanza è illuminata, io risolvo portandomi dietro sempre una mascherina, quindi non ho avuto problemi.

• Fernanda (10/5): Amazing! Great apartment and good location for the price - I loved how practical the check-in process was. I received a PDF with step-by-step instructions and everything worked perfectly. We arrived at the building at midnight and at first the button to open the room door wasn’t working on my phone. I messaged the host, but shortly after I managed to open it myself. Even so, they replied immediately, which I really appreciated, as it shows availability and quick support for guests. I thought a 40-minute walk from the main Christmas markets would be too much, but there was so much to see and do along the way that I didn’t need public transportation even once during my stay in the city. I walked everywhere. We had very cold days and snow, and the room was extremely well heated, with the option to turn on extra heaters if needed. I was truly impressed. The shower is hot and has great water pressure. I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again. My only complaint, if I had to mention one, would be the pillows. I found them a bit hard and lumpy. Compared to the bed, which is large and very comfortable, I think the pillows could be better. The building was also under renovation, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

• Ander (8/5): - Fantastic location at just 10 minutes walking from city centre, tram stop next to the apartment building, comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need. At the arrival we found out that the apartment hasn’t been cleaned since previous guests. We texted the property and received an answer very fast. We were offered to stay in another apartment for that night and moving to ours when cleaned, which was at 10 o’clock next morning. We were really satisfied with the fast reply and kindness from the property! Found some ants around… not a big deal but there were some on the carpet and toilet. Perhaps a bit noisy too, the tram passes through the street.

Too noisy during the night/day as windows were not soundproof. Not a chance for a dark room during sleeping time as the curtains were too short to cover the windows. Too small shower area, somebody size S would struggle, somebody size XL would not fit there. Microware was in the bedroom. Kitchen facilities in the hallway and not properly equiped. No coffee cups. Couldn't start dishwasher. Minimum amount of towels. Couldn't close the doors of the shower. Small bedroom, small hallway, small bathroom. Everything was at minimum

• Ante (10/5): Feels like home - I often travel to Vienna for work and lately I have been staying in multiple different apartments from Rustam. They are all beautiful, spacious, comfortable apartments in the city centre. What I liked the most is that apartments are equipped with all the amenities you would expect to have in your very own home, I never experienced missing anything.
• Megan (8/5): Great working holiday location :) - The apartment was great. Very spacious with all of the amenities one needs to be comfortable. The fans, wifi, and coffee pods were greatly appreciated for working remotely, and the central location made evening sightseeing easy. Customer service was also very good. The only minor issues were we could not download the pdf with instructions to checkin initially so would be great if a text document was also provided. There was also a bit of construction in the building which was mildly disruptive.

• Klement (9/5): super wohnu g für einen wien aufenthalt - gute lage. geräumige wohnung. alles vorhanden. sauber. sehr gute betreuung durch mitarbeitende. vor der wohnung ist ejn innenhof für fahrräder. grundsätzlich klein problem aber am letzten abend hat ein pärchen gemeint das ist ein raucherhof und hat um ein uhr morgens lautstark im hof diskutiert. nach aufforderung sind sie gegangen. ggf. wäre ein schild angebracht wofür der innenhof fedacht ist.

Muy molesto que la habitación no se oscurecia.. la corima qué tenía entraba claridad por todos lados..a las 4.30hs de la mañana entraba mucha luz porque no tenía un blockaut de pared a pared.. uno va descansar al dpto. Después de un día largo de caminatas y no puede ser que no se pueda dormir. Habrá gente que no le moleta.. pero a otros si no nos gusta la claridad desde la madrugada.

• Uchitel (9/5): Clean convenient apartment with washing machine in the walking distance to the In.Stadt sites - We enjoyed our stay very much - the check-in process was simple and plain, the apartment was clean, the location is perfect - in walking distance from the historical sites of Vienna "Innere Stadt". The apartment has all we need for the stay: touletteries, dishes, tableware, fan, iron, dishwasher with enough pills, table with chairs (I could work!), sugar, salt, coffee machine with capsules, large refrigerator. Washing machine was the life saver!!! The room is bright, has many light. Highly recommended. The matress is uncomfly soft, does not support the back. The building is surrounded by tram tracks, and this terrible noise can be heard around the clock. We were forced to keep windows closed at night.
• Arantxa (8/5): Bien, casi me hacen fishing eso sí. - La ubicación y limpieza. Primero me pidieron un contacto (e mail) luego me mandaron un mensaje desde booking diciendo que debía hacer un nuevo pago, casi me hicieron fishing a mi cuenta del banco. Menos mal no lo hice. Cuidado con eso. El sistema para checkearse es muy despersonalizado, alguien que no se maneja con tecnología estaría com tragedia.

• Gerardo (4/5): No cumplió mis expectativas - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de Landstrasse qué conecta con distintos puntos de interés. El departamento estaba muy bien implementando que sirve mucho cuando uno anda en viajes largos No me gustó el ruido que se genera en la calle con los tranvías, las vías están desnivelada y se crea un ruido muy molesto cuando pasa el tranvía. El baño demasiado chico. La llegada no fué fácil porque la dirección no correspondía, en ningún lugar aparecía el nombre del lugar promocionado por booking
• Christoph (8/5): - Gut und funktional eingerichtet und in einer guten Lage. Direkt an einer Straße mit Straßenbahn, so dass es nachts eine Herausforderung ist bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen.
• Andreea (6/5): - Es war sauber. Man hatte für die Küche alles was man braucht. Ausstattung war ok, sehr modern. Die Lage war top. Man hatte Café, Restaurant und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Stadtanbindung war super! Wir hatten Schimmel an der Duschenfugen und es hat die ganze Zeit im Bad nach Schimmel gerochen. Leider gab es auch keinen richtigen Schrank, nur einen Klamottenanhänger mit 4 Bügeln. Außerdem war nachts sehr sehr hell im Zimmer, da die Nachtvorhänge nicht gereicht haben die Fenstern abzudecken. Wir müssten mit Schlafmaske und Ohrstöpsel schlafen. Die Matratze war nicht bequem.

• Annegret (9/5): - Sinnvolle Ausstattung, klares Design ohne Schnickschnack, funktional, sauber. Perfekte Lage für alle möglichen Touren durch Wien. Durch Self-Checkin kein persönlicher Kontakt. Schade! Aber Kontaktdaten da, haben wir nur nicht gebraucht.
• claude (5/5): - facilité d'accès aux transports en commun.. pas de rangement: en guise de dressing, 4 cintres sur un portant derrière la porte du salon.. salle de bain exigüe, on peine à se tourner.. situation de l'appartement: juste au dessus d'un croisement de rails du tram et donc un bruit infernal à chaque passage, même les fenêtres fermées, et il en passe un toutes les 5mn de 05h à 22h...
