• Yurley Paola (7/5): - Great location – just 5 minutes from the central terminal. The room was super clean. The extra charge for towels and bedding was clearly stated, but it was the first time in my experience that I had to pay for this. Communication was very difficult, as the host did not speak English or Spanish. The apartment is small, requires climbing many stairs and the space is to tie. I had arranged check-in between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, but my train was delayed. I received a message from the host saying she was planning to leave because she had waited for an hour, even though it was only 3:00 PM. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and not very tourist-friendly.
• John (9/5): A great stay - The facilities were exceptional and the location was excellent. There were a lot of stairs. An elevator would have been nice.

• kat (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay, it was a beautiful room and perfect for a short stay in Florence. - Location was perfect, room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed.
• Edgardo Fredy (4/5): La pasamos mal, por suerte fue un solo día - Nada No se cumplió lo que contrate No hay ascensor, escaleras incómodas de subir En booking no dice que es baño a compartir, lo que contrate, y ne fueron una habitación con baño a compartir. Ante estas situaciones donde se debe quejar uno para el reintegro del dinero, y si esto no es posible, lamento por el que va y lo sorprende estás actitudes
• Natalia (5/5): - La habitacion y la Cama. Te cobran por los linos de la cama, te cobran por una toalla, el impuesto de estadia es alto, el edificio es ruidoso.

• Naomi (9/5): Heerlijke kamer - Erg mooie kamer, fijn bed en heerlijke douche. Het is er best gehorig, Zaterdag hebben we slecht geslapen vanwege de herrie buiten. Zondag ging het beter omdat er minder rumoer op straat was.
• Martyna (7/5): Ogólnie dałabym ocenę 6,5 - niezły nocleg na jedną noc. - Dobra lokalizacja to największy plus tego obiektu, najważniejsze atrakcje są w zasięgu spaceru, dlatego na jedną noc to był dobry wybór. Czysto. Dostępna kawa na kapsułki i przekąska. W obiekcie dostęp do suszarki do włosów i żelazka. Nie uwzględnienie w kosztach pobytu ręczników i pościeli (dodatkowo płatne, przez co oferta wygląda na bardziej korzystną na booking). Niedziałające dodatkowe oświetlenie (lampka nocna) i bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody, przez co trudno było umyć włosy, dlatego niżej oceniam komfort.

• Claudia (10/5): - La habitación doble con baño privado es hermosa, muy agradable y cómoda. Todo nuevo e impecable. La cocina es de uso compartido con otras habitaciones pero casi no nos cruzamos con nadie, también está limpia e impecable con todo lo necesario, vajilla, cocina, heladera, hasta dejan cosas dulces para desayunar y café disponible. Hermoso lugar!

• Ivana (8/5): - Blizina centra, dobra i mirna lokacija. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno. Čistoća na vrhuncu. Mi smo proveli 7 dana u Firenci. U apartmanu bi prespavali, ujutro otišli i cijeli dan nas ne bi bilo. No, ovo je smještaj ipak prikladniji ako ostaje samo dan, dva jer se u stanu stalno izmjenjuju ljudi od kojih svako ima svoje navike dolaska, odlaska, buđenja, tuširanja i slično. Nismo imali problema, ali to je dobro uzeti u obzir prije nego rezervirate. Također u našoj sobi se intenzivno osjetio miris kanalizacije. Prijavili smo to osoblju, ali nazalost nisu nam znali ponoći. To nam je ipak poremetilo sveukupni dojam.

Lamentablemente la atención de la administradora no fue buena, nos quiso cobrar €38 por ALQUILER de ropa de cama y toallas, fue más conveniente comprarlas por la mitad de ese valor. Muy altanera en trato, llegamos media hora después de la hora estimada de check in, dentro del horario de check in y nos decía que no podía esperar más a las 15:30hs. 🤷‍♀️, luego ella nos hizo esperar para realizar check out y nunca llegó, recién contestando el mensaje un día después.

Great amenities including a roof top terrace or be apart of the action below. We also had access to a washing machine so we could repeat our cutest outfits. We will be returning. • Christian (7/5): Good - The accommodation was ideal for the wandering traveller, close to the train station and walking distance to all the sights and restaurants. Staff were friendly and answered requests promptly and assisted when necessary.
• Samanta (9/5): Superb - I had a highly positive experience during my stay in this accommodation. From the beginning, communication with the personnel was efficient and prompt—they were always responsive and ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. The room itself was clean and functional. The localization was excellent, with convenient access to city center. The room was very clean and well-maintained, however, the window opened into a narrow gap between buildings, which limited natural light and airflow. As a result, fresh air circulation in the room was somewhat restricted. But there is functional air conditioner compensating that.

• Elin (10/5): Clean, Convenient, and Friendly Stay - I had a very pleasant stay at Fiorentini Stazione. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again!

• Erind (10/5): A Big 10 for Fiorentini-stazione, I recommend it 😊 - I had a wonderful holiday. Fiorentini-stazione was a great find, close to the train station and easy access to the tourist area. Very convenient location, lots of space, fantastic views. Great host, very helpful and very communicative.
