• Yannick (9/5): Superb - Very clean and well equiped appartment. Good localisation near from town center.
• Amina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and well equipped. Spacious enough for 3 people. In a quiet neighborhood not far from city center We sent a message to the property beforehand to let them know that we will be there at 3:30pm for the check in and yet when we arrived, we had to wait outside with our luggage past 4pm since the lady cleaning the apartment was not done yet. After calling the person in charge they let us in the appartement and we had to sit in the terrace waiting for the cleaning lady to finish.
• Cheryl (10/5): We would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit - Everything was perfect, great communication with the owner/s It was clean, very spacious and in a great location. Self contained, although we didn’t use the facilities available apart from the washing machine.
• Joseph (8/5): Very good - The location was great, and the apartment was clean. Communication with the host was not the best. Not as responsive to issues we had. The toilet flush button was broken, the shower did not drain well, and the hot water ran out quickly, only one person can shower, and you have to wait for the hot water to replenish, there was not enough toiletpaperfor the length of our stay, we had to purchase our own, and the nespresso coffee maker was broken.
• Ian (9/5): Superb - Well equipped, comfortable, exceeded our expectations and met all our needs. Any negatives were fairly minor and far outweighed by the positives Lack of instructions re tv, operation of the washer and no information about the area, e.g. grocery stores, restaurants, wifi network as posted was not recognised, poor map (unreadable).
• Eddy (8/5): Comfortable appartement in a great central location - Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed with a full kitchen and patio . The location was perfect for us close to San Lorenzo square. Our visit was for my husband to take part in the rowing regatta which was great fun The key to open the door was loose. The WC flush needs to be fixed. Nicer bedding and a blanket needed, we were cold at night. Although we didn’t need it the parasol was broken and instructions needed for rubbish disposal .
• Samir (9/5): Comfortable in the best location in Seville if you would like to experience the real Seville - This is the best location possible to explore Seville, since it is located close to all main attractions, but is is still en a place where you can feel the real Seville, with locals living their daily life. It is next to San Lorenzo square, so you are a 3 minute walk from la Alameda, 5 minutes from calle feria, 5 minutes from down town, 10 minutes from giralda, etc. The place is newly refurbished and is comfortable to live in. It is good in size for a couple. We used it for our base for a month. The terrace is nice to have some drinks and snacks in the evening soaking in the Seville atmosphere. There was a construction going on during our stay in the apartment below, so we got very loud noises from 8:30 am until 5pm. The coffee machine is a Nespresso virtue with new capsules which did not match te normal Nespresso pods left for us (we used the available Moka pot anyway). There is only one set of keys. We asked for all these issues to the people managing the apartment (only reachable through the booking messaging system), which made it very slow (one day delay between answers), it seems this is a managing company and they have to act as interface with the owner. So at the end we did never get additional keys, coffee pods, or a decent answer related to the end of the construction noises. The water in the shower did not drain properly. Besides this issues the property is great.
