• Helen (10/5): Excellent! - Perfect location. A quiet street, just across the road from Tuggerah Lake where there's a walking path that goes right around. The ocean beach is a 30 minute walk in the other direction or just a short drive. The house is spacious with big bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything and I have to say, was very generously stocked! We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the lovely airy upstairs lounge and also on the balcony with that beautiful view. On the rainy day we paid a visit to the Little Creek Cheese factory and the Chocolate factory next door to it. Excellent! Getting the car in the carport, out of the sun, was a bit of a squeeze as there are boxes of roofing materials in there.

• Amanda (5/5): - We had a wedding nearby so it was a good location for where we needed to be The TV wasn’t working, they brought in a small one to put in front of it? No wifi information provided. And mostly- it just wasn’t clean. Couldn’t use the upstairs lounge room as the couch was covered in small fleas/flies. The bedrooms downstairs were nice but no real living space downstairs and the bathrooms were very dated. Just don’t think it was worth the price we paid.

• Natalia (8/5): - Wonderful comfy beds, clean, and plenty of space. Felt a little uneasy about the neighbourhood with compact unit housing surround the house. Didn’t feel like we could leave the bedroom windows open as they didn’t have something to lock them at a smaller width and they were wide opening at ground level facing the street. Mosquitoes screens need upgrading.
• Joanne (7/5): Very comfortable - Location was great, close to all the cafes and restaurants The TV didn’t work, the screen is all shadowed and this made it hard to see. My own fault for not checking but also wish it had a washing machine and dryer.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect in every way - Such lovely accomodation for a family weekend away, everything was thought of from towels and toiletries to kitchen condiments and even a toy box for kids, all we needed to pack was our clothes. The house and property was spotless will definitely be coming back, thank you for having us!

We only stayed one night but was a good place for a longer stay too. Living room is great but is upstairs so for people who have mobility issues it might not suit.

Park and lake view is overlooking from the second flood veranda. No mirror in main bedroom. Aircon/heater is not user friendly or not working at all. Only 1 bathroom but 2 toilets.

No blinds upstairs in TV room - no privacy and too much light for TV. Several new and personal items left in property and disposed of immediately without any attempt to contact renter to pick up.

That being said when we arrived the upstairs doors were open full allowing cool breeze in ... but screens were also open leaving n more than the breeze

Everything included that you would need in the house. Great views from upstairs. Would highly recommend this place. A washing machine would have made the stay easier as we were here for 5 nights for cricket. However, the host did offer to pick washing up from the front verandah and do it for us.

It was not clean, found a dead cockroach in the 1st bedroom. The downstairs of the house does not get heated well. Upper level gets warm quickly. Mini toilet was a little small and crammed.

• Nicole (9/5): Excellent house, great location, very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. - The location was great and perfect for our needs in attending a function in Toowoon Bay. The beds were really comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredible, one of my family members woke up feeling unwell and Bella was so wonderful in allowing them to stay in the house while we attended the function we had come up for. We can't thank her enough for her kindness with was very much appreciated. Nothing really except my parents are elderly and the shower was in the bath so was a bit hard for them to get in and out and this was not stated in the description. Otherwise everything was great, a second toilet (a bit small) but still great to have a second one when you have 5 people staying in a house together.

The nearby park and flat yard was great for the grandson! - I loved how light and airy the house was, with lovely outlook to the lake in the upstairs living area. Close proximity to flat walking and biking around the lake, and also to cafes just up the street. A second shower would be an improvement, but we managed with the one bathroom for a few days.

• Street (7/5): Lovely and perfect for what we needed it for (1 night as a stop gap between destinations). - The decor and furnishings were lovely. The bedrooms and the lounge areas are all a great size. The bathroom is located in a slightly strange spot, to get to it you have to go through the kitchen and another living area from the bedrooms. The WiFi didn’t work which was a shame as it was a grey day so our kids had hoped for some device time! We reported to the owner and she said she would fix but as we were only there for 1 night, we didn’t get the benefit of this.

• Karan (4/5): Great location but glad it's over. - Very close to the lake. Unfortunately, the property was having work done at the back of the house. We couldn't really use the backyard. The workmen started at around 7 a.m. and would not leave until 5 or 5:30 p.m. Although, they kept to themselves, privacy was certainly not the point we would boast about. The owner did let us know about the day before we got there about the work. But, we had started our trip and were in another place, so we couldn't do much about it. We thought it would have 2 bathrooms, but it had one bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet.
