• Jaime (9/5): Buena ubicación con limitaciones para edad y movilidad reducida - Piso reformado con gusto, silencio nocturno, limpieza, café de cortesía y bien ubicado. Anfitrión con buena comunicación. 2 habitaciones y 2 cuartos de baño. Parking a 20 metros y precio adecuado. Edificio antiguo con piso entreplanta y hay que subir 2 tramos de escalera, imposible para personas con movilidad reducida y dificultad de subir equipaje para personas mayores. El ascensor sube a una planta pero no entreplanta. Obras en el edificio con ruido excesivo durante las horas de trabajo.

• Valentina (10/5): Navidades en Madrid - El alojamiento es muy cómodo y confortable. Limpio y muy caliente sin necesidad de encender la calefacción. Nos ha gustado todo y hemos estado muy augusto, si tengo que he indicar algo que nos ha extrañado un poco es que no es posible subir el volumen de la televisión, que entiendo se haga para no molestar a los vecinos, pero está configurado realmente bajito. De todas formas tampoco la hemos echado mucho de menos la tele.

• Rachel (8/5): Great apartment in Madrid - The property had 2 comfortable bedrooms and was well equipped for a short stay in Madrid. It is not far from a metro station that will take you into the centre of Madrid. There was some noise that came from other apartments within the block. It was nothing major but noise from the street and people walking around in other apartments could be heard.

• Maria (8/5): Really nice location for sightseeing in Madrid - It was furnished in a modern way and that was really nice. It was situated in a very good location, metro, buses, restaurants, supermarkets etc very near. Clean and comfortable It had windows from where you saw only the opposite walls. The air fan in the bathroom was not working. The bedrooms are small.

Maria muy simpática atendiendo todas mis dudas. Altamente recomendable.. si vuelvo a Madrid.. repetiré. Por poner una pega, las almohadas un poco duras... pero la cama súper confortable

• Shinyi (9/5): Overall it was nice. - Surprisingly good that it is with two bathrooms, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very nice for family trip. A small drawback is that the window is not faced outside.
