Host who met us with the keys was punctual and did his job very well. The apartment could have been cleaned to a better standard we found things like chocolate sweets and other things left under the table in the bedroom from previous.

• Arnaud (8/5): The Penthouse is amazing! - We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Penthouse with a magnificent terrace and Jacuzzi located at the very top of the building. From this terrace, we had a magnificent view of the Petronas Towers. It was exceptional. Otherwise, the apartment itself was very nice: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Its location was perfect for walking to see the Twin Towers. Very good value for money. Unfortunately, you have to pay 20 MYR per day to access the pool. This is clearly stated in the booking details but I hadn't noticed. It's a shame that it's not included, though.

• Ashfaq Hussein (3/5): - Location and view from Dining room They convert store room to make it a 3rd bedroom. It's not a proper room with no AC system installed. They provide a cooler system for the 3rd room, which doesn't make any sense. The kitchen sink is very often clogged and very smelly.. Each time we have to call the staff to unclogged same. It's definitely a headache for us staying there. Problem with washing machine and dryer. Each of them is connected to a broken socket, which can be a risk to get electrocuted while removing the fuse of washing machine and inserting the dryer every time. Also while washing clothes, soap leaks from washing machine. The man was informed but has any clue where the leakage was coming from. To note both dryer and washing machine are old ones. When raining there, water enters the dining room, and it leaks. See more pics to view same. Old sofa in the dining room, the beds, and the pillows are not comfy at all. Very old mattresses are provided on the bed. Only 1 day they came to change bed sheets and this also we had to phone to request for same. No cleaning service of the apartment was provided. Smelly toilet and bathrooms. Problem with inbuilt microwave. The plate is heated but not food. Called them several times but despite they came to visit, the problem remain 1 whole one never got sorted out. We have big problem while checkout. Despite messaging them on the eve and telling them our checkout time which was supposed to be 8 20 am in the morning, they were not on time. We had to phone and messaged them several time but no response. After 45 minutes, they called back and reason given" they didn't know about our checkout time". Very bad timing and planning on their side.
• Husham (5/5): - Excellent location with easy access to KLCC. There’s a café and a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs. Access cards were provided without any issues Parking was quite expensive (around RM 28 per day if you leave the car parked). Beds and sheets were dusty and not properly cleaned. The master bedroom had a noticeable smell of smoke. The ironing board was broken — even the replacement didn’t work well. The master bedroom door doesn’t close properly, so it can’t be locked. Curtains and sofa were dusty and seemed unclean. The air conditioner in the second room was leaking. The third room was extremely small — just enough for a bed. Also, access to the pool and gym requires an additional RM 20 per person, which feels quite high for families.

Tot middernacht moeten wachten, dat was niet prettig. Ook werd er door het personeel van het zwembad geklaagd over het feit dat verhuurders niet duidelijk waren over bijbetalen voor het zwembad (deed deze verhuurder wel, wij vonden het niet onze zaak hoe eea onderling is afgesproken, maar werden er dus wel op aangesproken). De algemene ruimtes waren erg smerig.

• Jolanda (7/5): - De locatie is fantastisch. Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is ook geweldig. De douche en badkamer zijn prima. De bedden zijn erg klein,vooral als je langer dan 180cm bent. Er waren geen 3 slaapkamers maar slechts 2. Wij hadden gezien onze gezinssamenstelling juist 3 kamers gekozen. Daar werd uiteindelijk een soort oplossing voor gevonden maar niet ideaal. Het zwembad kost nog extra, iets wat ik niet gezien had.

It was more like a hotel than an apartment. Very nice and cozy! We booked 3 apartments; one was very old (3bedroom) with very outdated furniture.. Other one didn't have a drier and no clothing rack either..

• wingfam (3/5): Good location. Rooms need a refresh, bathrooms a bit dirty and mouldy - Location 3 lifts, but on one day 2 lifts were not operating. Tables were laid out with with cutlery, plates glasses. One wine glass still had remnants of the last guests drink. Showers were not very clean.
