• Sharon (10/5): Fabulous location, great stay - Perfect location, quiet from traffic and people. Front bedroom a bit smelly of mold, electric sockets need attention.
• Jacqueline (7/5): - Location good .apartment clean. Lovely view of the sea. Spacious. Shower head needs replacing as water doesn't come out right. Water pressure was good. Front.door difficult to open. A couple of light bulbs not working.
• Eric (8/5): We had a fabulous time in Tenerife and this apartment suited us perfectly. - View of the sea also Mount Tiede from the balcony. Was provided a car parking space for days we hired a car. The bathroom extractor fan stopped working. Repayment of the breakages deposit took longer.

• Alan (3/5): not happy because of the above, it states that property has internet. - good view we had no television or internet for the whole of our stay, they came in to give the bathroom ceiling a coat of paint to cover the flaking water damage and the removed the t.v. router and said they would replace it the next day, we never saw them again.
• Kamila (4/5): Apartmán by zasluhoval nové postele a modernizaci. - Lokalita je dobrá. Blízko obchody, restaurace i pláž. Čistý bazén. Všechny postele nepohodlné. V koupelně plíseň a padala omítka. Z hlavní ložnice se nedalo vyjít na terasu, zamčené dveře a mříž - klíče jsme k těmto dveřím nedostali. V kuchyni i ložnici zapáchající skříňky - pravděpodobně tam dlouho nikdo nevětral. U bazénu jsme neměli žádná lehátka pro náš apartmán. Nefunkční WiFi.
• Oumhamdi zekhnini (1/5): Nulo/nefasto - Estaba bien situado. El trato del inquilino ha sido nefasta. Nos pidieron financiación mientras que no estaba en las condiciones. De esos 300€ nos quitaron 55€ por una toallas las cuales estaban sucias y no se quitan la suciedad. En ningún momento se ha usado para otro caso que no sea ducha.

• Pr (4/5): For the price we paid, this property is nowhere near the quality that I would expect. - The location of this property is it's only redeeming feature. The apartment is tired, is poorly furnished and not very well kept, The twin beds are very old and have sprung frames, they do not have comfortable mattresses and my friends who used them were unable to get a good night's sleep on them. The main light in the twin bedroom would not work when the bedside lamps were on. The main light in the master bedroom did not work. The light on the outdoor terrace did not work so rendering the terrace useless on an evening.

• Jim (7/5): We had a very pleasant stay at Paulo Blanco, minor niggles as listed could easily be rectified. - Great location, The apartment was very clean. Nice pool area. Very nice view of the sea and mountains from the balcony. A bit of a language barrier when being shown the apartment and receiving the keys meaning some info such as the location of the sun loungers and access to the parking spot were not covered. A 300 euro security deposit had to be paid by cash or international bank transfer on arrival. Problems with the online bank transfer meant I had to go out and take the cash from our holiday money. Would have been easier just to take and refund the deposit from the same card used to pay for the accommodation as I have done on on previous holidays. We bought some food to prepare in the apartment but there was no oven. An oven was listed in our confirmation mail from booking.com, not too big a deal for us but could be for others.
• Kaeren (7/5): Good - The apartment was well located for our holiday and the places we like to visit. It was nice and comfortable and having the sun on the front terrace then on the rear large balcony area was definitely a plus. The apartment is advertised as a ground floor apartment with easy access for disabled people. While this is true there are many steps to access the pool area plus the sunbeds were stored in a room outside of the gated pool area which we were expected to carry to the pool then back to the room they were in every day which was a nightmare. Also the apartment was advertised as having an but there was just a hob and microwave.
• Joan (2/5): Would not recommend. - Location. Balcony. Uncomfortable beds. Double bed had a single duvet cover as a sheet. No instructions for appliances. Dealing with the host was a nightmare. They wanted deposit in cash, despite website saying bank transfer. Only by chance I had enough cash. I should have had it back in my bank account within 7 days. Instead I had to phone booking.com and received it after 11 days. I was also charged twice, which was an unauthorised transaction, for the apartment and didn’t receive same amount back. Host refused to accept I shouldn’t incur costs due to their error. Eventually booking.com took responsibility for loss incurred. I was travelling with elderly parents who found the whole situation distressing.
• Malcolm (7/5): Good location. - Good location. Nice terrace. The 2 single Beds were uncomfortable. The mattress covers on the double bed was dirty snd stained. The bed linen was poor standard. Nowhere to leave luggage if you arrive early.

Great location close to all amenities, foofd, drinks etc - The property was clean and tidy, with nice terrace and ocean view Bedding was mismatched, two single duvet covers on double bed not a double sheet, single bed mattresses need replacing very uncomfortable sagging in the middle. Also no sun beds provided for terrace or swimming pool
