Doccia comodissima. Assenza di ascensore, la nostra era al quarto piano. La proprietaria e il figlio ci hanno aiutate con le valigie.
• NGUYEN_CUOCSONGPHAP (3/5): Trop cher pour cette chambre! Impossible !!! - Par rapport avec le prix , le P.D ne sont pas raisonnable pour nous, c' est y compris dans le tarif ou c'est donné? Car on n' est pas des SDF. Jamais nous vendre les produits miserable mais avec ce prix. C' était impossible !!! L' escalier est trop petit, les valises n'ont pas été montées. La chambre est mauvaise, les draps ne sont propres pas pour l' hôte.

• Eliza (9/5): Great value, nice location - Central location, very accommodating and responsive hostess (late check in, early breakfast, extra water). Well equipped room and bathroom, everything works. Great value. It’s made for Vietnamese people size. Narrow pathways and doors, room is pretty high on the 4th floor which might be a problem for some (no elevator). The building doubles for massage and you can hear people sometimes.

• Grace (10/5): Lovely apartment - Stunning little apartment on the 4th floor above a massage shop. The lady was very welcoming during check in and provided water and snacks for our room. Room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with lots of toiletries. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. There was very loud music somewhere nearby not sure if it was a one off or something regular like a nightclub nearby but it kept us awake until 3am

• Irina (10/5): Обязательно ещё вернемся в прекрасный Ханой и остановимся у Тьен 🫶 - Очень удобное расположение в самом самом центре в трех минутах пешком от набережной озера Хоанкьем . Чистый приятный номер в удалении от шума . А ещё забота Тьен это бесценно! Она делала для нас вкусный завтрак ☺️, и сохранила для нас две наши больше сумки с зимней одеждой , когда мы дальше отправились в путешествие по Вьетнаму . 🫶 Такого нет.
• Alfonso (10/5): Visiting Hanoi - Perfect location to visit Hanoi. The cleanest homestay until now in my trip through Vietnam. Quite a small room but very well equipped. Breakfast serviced at the room, previous selection and at the time requested. But the best is Hoan, nice host. She is very available and willing to help you in your stay in Hanoi. I would come back! To note something, the towels. They are very soft but not very effective in drying
• Pamela Callet (10/5): Superb! will definitely recommend to stay here - Location-wise, it's near Hoan Kiem Lake and the other spots, has a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the host served us breakfast daily, which was really yummy. I would definitely book this place again. Our room is in 4th floor, which didn't really bother me i think going up and down is a good exercise. If you're sensitive and want a hotel vibes don't book here, but if you want a room near the center definitely the place.

Even gave me beer to put in refrigerator. I didn't like the hard bed. I slept on pillows and comforters to ease my pain in hips and butt. It's hell getting old!!!

The room is so big, clean and comfy! The area is VERY near the lake and the cathedral. It is near shops and food stalls. She makes sure you get all your meals ready and prepares them for you. She was so kind in always asking if i needed anything since i was traveling alone. If you are looking for a place to stay in old quarter hanoi, affordable, comfy and clean, stay in this place!

• Javier (10/5): Exceptional - Super convenient location in a more quiet but very central street. Amazing attention. My flight was delayed. I arrived around 23:00 and the hostess kindly prepared me some dinner. She texted me every evening to ask me about my preferences for breakfast which she brought to my room at my most convenient time. Great value for money.
• Yueh (3/5): Poor - Staff almost can't speak English. Pretty hard to communicate. I also got stuck outside because of locked door at entrance when I back at about 23:30. Don't try it just by its price.
• Wesley (9/5): Feels Like Home – Warm Hospitality in Hanoi - This place truly feels like home. Nguyen is incredibly kind and ensures we are comfortable throughout our stay. She is always just a message away on WhatsApp. Nguyen and her son kindly helped us carry our luggage up and down since our room was on the 5th floor. I absolutely loved all the breakfasts she prepared for us. She even gave us some food to take to the airport when we checked out early for our midnight flight. Although this is their home, it has everything we needed—toiletries, towels, breakfast, and more. I highly recommend their home to my friends and relatives, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Hanoi.
• Joy (8/5): Amazing location, exceptional host - The host was super helpful, really welcoming and very gracious about our late night arrival! The breakfasts were outstanding - with a different homemade dish each morning. The location was ideal, so close to the old quarter but still pretty quiet. Felt very safe, we were made to feel very at home and had everything we needed. I found the room a little dusty, but I struggle with dust allergies, so I am extra sensitive to that kind of thing. However generally very clean and once the room had been aired I slept much better, so I expect most people wouldn't have any issue with that.

We arrived really early and were able to leave our bags and relax on the chairs until cafes opened for breakfast. We were given extra blankets during our stay and looked after really well. The shower wasn't the easiest to regulate but once it was at the right angle on the temperature gauge it was great!

She would check on you from time to time. She even gave me a discount in her coffee shop! The room was on the fourth floor. A bit of a climb.

• Kristjan-jaak (10/5): A serene quiet little hideaway stone's throw from the bustle outside. - Lovely homestay with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. The host could've not been more responsive to any questions or requests we had, and took care of our laundry for next to nothing too! Perhaps more importantly for a city like Hanoi, it's centrally located yet tucked just enough in the back corner that reaching the room and opening the large window we could actually hear bird song rather than incessant traffic noice or other people. So cherish it for the quiet hideaway it provides! Would've preferred to have simple cotton bed linen against the skin.
• Jeffrey (10/5): Fantastic Cozy Hideaway in Hanoi's Old Quarter - This is a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The accommodation is a decent size with seating and lots of storage. Thuy Anh is unbelievably generous and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and meets your every need. She serves a variety of delicious traditional Vietnamese breakfasts every morning. The location is fantastic on a very nice street, about a block from Hoan Kiem Lake, with many great restaurants nearby. I loved staying here. It was okay for me, but there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

If you need to wash your clother, just ask the lady and she will do it for you at a cheap price 🤗 Breakfast was good, with local food! There was also an hair dryer, conditioner, shampoo, body wash and face wash in the bathroom. Plus, a toothbrush with toothpaste. Boiler with water and tea bags in the room for free. • Ngoc (10/5): Warm Hospitality and Prime Location by Hoan Kiem Lake - I had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The owner is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to meet me upon arrival, even rushing over when I arrived a few hours early. The included breakfast was a lovely perk—just let her know what you'd like and what time, and she’ll make sure it’s ready for you! One small note: don’t forget to turn off the hot water system when done—something a bit new for me. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming spot with a prime location and excellent hospitality.
• Beatrice (10/5): Lovely place! - The host was very kind and friendly. She went out of the way and helped us buy guava and dragonfruits on our request. We booked this place twice. During the first part, right after Typhoon Yagi ravaged the city, she arranged an alternative accommodation for us when her place was soaked. This place is <5min walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the city center. Nothing was bad!
• Samuel (9/5): Good value for money - Very central location and quiet, reasonably priced, very attentive host. Delicious breakfasts. The bed was comfortable, good ac, large smart TV. The rooms aren't huge, but they aren't advertised as such and were perfectly suitable for 2 people, we booked based on the photos and weren't disappointed. We enjoyed our stay. Not a dislike - just the first day we arrived it was a little confusing where the entrance was. As long as you know it's through the entrance door to the spa then it all makes sense
• Eleanor (10/5): Great stay at an excellent price - The comfort to price ratio can’t be beaten. It has all the comforts you need and I had a great night’s sleep. Yes, it is up 5 flights of stairs but the wonderfully friendly owner will take your luggage up and down for you. And when you get in after sightseeing you have both an air-conditioner and a fan to cool you down. A massive tv was an unexpected bonus at this price point as well as a huge amount of bottled water and fridge. You also send a message through WhatsApp when you’re ready for vietnamese breakfast which was really convenient. Enter through Mimi spa and ask for the homestay. I was also offered early check in which made the move from the hotel seamless. Check out Kim Huong’s bahn mi just around the corner while you’re there! Delicious
• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The hospitality was fantastic, and the host was incredibly kind and considerate. She was always there when we needed her and even gave us umbrellas when it started raining. The room was super comfortable, with fresh-smelling bedsheets and towels, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning, with something new and tasty every day. The location is probably the best in Hanoi. We loved our stay and hope to come back whenever we’re in Hanoi again.

There were many amenities such as spa (located just below), food places, shopping streets all within walking distance. The room was very clean and pleasant with good quality soap, bedding, mini fridge, tea, books, TV. Host was extremely friendly, even helped us buy fruits when requested. It was located on the 5th floor accessible only by stairs but it was nothing to complain about as the host helped to carry our luggage up and down the stairs during check in and out.

• Michael (8/5): Friendly little accommodation in a good location. - The owner and family are lovely. They helped us get washing done and get our luggage to the rooms. The room was quiet, cool and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the Old Quarter and Lake areas without being in a busy area. All ok. Be aware that narrow steep stairs lead up to the rooms. Not for people with mobility issues.

She cooked us different delicious breakfast every morning, even took into account our recovery from an unfortunate food poisoning incident from street food 😆. The room was clean, helpful cheap laundry service, free bottles water was amazing and the location was great near old town. It was located inside a spa/massage shop on a popular street but it was very quiet. Nothing!!
• Amanda (9/5): Superb - The host was very accommodating and provided a different breakfast every day. You can tell she pays attention to nice details, like hand soap in the bathroom, extra toilet paper, good personal hygiene items, extra blankets, etc. Nothing bothered me. Note that the stairs may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

• Andrei (10/5): Most awesome place I've been this whole month - This is truly a hidden gem. The location is great as you have a 10-15 minute walk to most of Hanoi attractions. The room has everything you need and has been decorated with taste. Also very clean. Large (smart) TV, excelent AC. And the host was really nice and really helped us with everything. She was very thoughtful and kind. I can not think of a better place to stay here in hanoi and when we get back here we will definitely come back to this place. All good!!
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very close to the lake and for Hanoi city centre very calm. The room was clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom. The host is really kind, she showed us everything in the room, gave us 5l of drinking water, made a delicious breakfast for us in the morning and we could also leave our luggage there and pick it up later in the afternoon. Nothing :)
