• Warangkana (7/5): Good location. Comfortable enough for a big group. - Very closed to the Cathedral if you were to visit it. Cozy atmosphere. The main light at the living room is too dim, almost out. No elevators so it is not very comfortable for people with big luggages. More amenities such as soap for dishwasher would be better.

• Ivonne Licoreria (6/5): - Su ubicación y el apartamento en si porque tiene 4 habitaciones y dos baños ideal para un grupo Pues la poca comunicación porque escribiros varias veces sin respuesta incluso en el teléfono móvil al que nos dieron... además a tener en cuenta que llamamos y dijimos que la tele no funcionaba y no vinieron a mirarla... además faltaban utensilios de cocina aunque sea un paño para limpiar la encimera y además la tostadora estaba rota porque la enchufabas y saltaban los plomos

• Naira (5/5): Tristes - Grande y bien ubicado. El piso es bonito Hubo retraso en la entrada, no lo habían limpiado y tuvimos qué esperar 2 horas. Sabían que íbamos con niños y no hicieron nada. Éramos 6, no dejaron ni agua y tuvimos que comprar papel Higiénico. El día antes de irnos una habitación se inundó, no era culpa suya eran un vecino hasta ahí ok pero les avisamos y nunca llamaron para preguntar si estábamos bien o necesitábamos algo. No nos importaba pagar más de mil euros pero no pensamos que fueran a tratarnos así

Dimos parte repetidas veces. Ninguna acción por parte de la organización. Pedimos compendación económica. Ninguna respuesta. No sé que hubiera pasado si falla la calefacción o agua caliente... es para pensárselo
• María Belén. (9/5): Genial, repetiría sin dudas! - Ubicación, instalaciones, comodidad y calidad/precio. Las escaleras para acceder, pero ya tenía conocimiento de que era un tercero sin ascensor, pero vale la pena!
• Glòria (8/5): Hemos estado bien - El piso era espacioso para el grupo que éramos, con dos baños y una buena ubicación Las escaleras, es un tercer piso, un armario sin poder utilizar en una habitación cerrado con llave , y la mesa del comedor un poco justa para 7 personas. Nos hemos encontrado ropa interior de algunos huéspedes anteriores, esto quiere decir que no se revisan los armarios una vez finalizada la estancia.

• julie (5/5): Communication pénible ! - Les 3 chambres et les deux salles de bain sont parfaites pour accueillir une famille. L’emplacement est également excellent pour visiter autour. La communication fut atroce ! On s’adresse toujours à une intelligence artificielle. J’ai essayé d’avoir un early Check in et je tournais en rond avec l’IA. Impossible d’avoir un accommodement puisque j’avais une visite de prévue à l’Alhambra. Tel que décrit, 3e étage et pas d’ascenseur.

Not good if you are carrying luggage and you are in your 70s The apartment was mediocre at best. Very clean, but worn. Coffee table had multiple burns. No instructions for stove, washing machine or metal blinds. Decorations were plain.

Well equipped kitchen and extras like shower gel included. Mostly everything was great. Only issue was third floor - no lift and very steep stairs so bringing luggage up and down a bit challenging

• Barbara (7/5): Good - The parking was hard to get to without passing through a restricted zone and it was very expensive. The details of how to get to the property were sent very late and it was very difficult to fill in the passport information on the platform provided.

It was not convenient for a long stay: - not well equipped and there weren’t much amenities - in booking it was stated that there was a washing machine, this was not the case - the double beds cannot fit 2 people, but that was fine for us since we were 5 A note that there is no elevator, alto take into account for carrying suitcases and for elderly people.

• Haines (10/5): A perfect apartment for our requirements - far exceeded our expectations! - The property was clean and well equipped. The location is excellent - very central with easy access to everything but not too noisy. We were ok but the stairs might be a problem for some people. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift.
• Claudia (7/5): Fantastic location. Good value for money for larger groups. - Great location. Large property. Heated which was good. Air con not in all rooms but in the larger two rooms. Pretty well equipped although no oven, but then this is Granada where you are served tapa with every drink! Mix of soft and hard beds. Good WIFI. Very clean. Walking distance to everything. Even though the property is on a square it wasn't too noisy. Instructions both before checking in (through the ID process) were incorrect and we spent quite a long time looking for a security box on the wrong road. The original check-in instructions also advised 3pm check-in but then the WhatsApp messages said 4pm. The guest pack in the property was completely out of date with wrong passwords for the WIFI. The wardrobe door in the largest room fell off the hinges when opened - this must have been like it for a long time and was not recent damage. Water pressure in the smaller bathroom was really low but very good in the other bathroom.

• Leopoldo (8/5): Very good - Unbeatable location. 4 rooms and 2 full baths. Nice street facing views. Only 2 of the bedrooms had AC. Had to pay 40 euros to store luggage in a locker recommended by host company because I arrived 2 hours earlier than checkin time.
• Svetlana (9/5): Great stay! The apartment is ideally situated to explore Granada on foot! - Perfect location, very central and close to all attractions, restaurants and shops. Despite being right in the tourist area was quiet at night. The apartment was spacious and clean with two showers which is a great bonus for big families like ours. Air-conditioning is not enough for the whole apartment. Was nice to have the extra fans for the rooms that did not have an AC. As there is no elevator you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs.
