- Silvana (5/5): - A casa é bem.localizada e estava bem limpa Extremamente úmido. Já na chegada o piso vertia água.. Um dos quartos com muito cheiro de mofo. Roupas de cama, toalhas, tudo parecia úmido. De fato após 3 dias até minhas roupas na mala chegaram úmidas em casa. Acaba sendo insalubre. Foi um final de semana de chuvas. Imagino que no tempo seco não haja esse problema. Outro ponto sensível é o quintal do vizinho completamente cheio de entulhos de toda natureza. Restos de obra, móveis velhos. Além do efeito visual é um vetor de pragas também
