• Nanthini (1/5): Worst experience and scam - Nothing. I really hate the host behavior , they didn't close the date for booking when the room is unavailable because of water leakage . Its like a scam. After done booking and paid full amount on Booking.com application , the host simply replied the room is unavailable . They ask me to cancel the booking and will do refund . So I canceled and requested for fully refund even i called Booking.com customer service to solve it , they also sent email to the host regarding this issue, and they told me to wait till the host approval to refund the money, because its not my fault when the room is unavailable and the host is not closed the date for booking . After all im still waiting for about a month , but still not received any refund . Worst experience .. Even i had message and pleased host to refund but host just ignore my messages . Really very worse experience and i hate this.
