Ofrecer mejor calidad de los productos ( pan era solo tajado y solo opción de café oscuro. No leche, no chocolate) debe mejorar tratándose de un hotel boutique.

Se nota que cuidan los detalles como el uso de música suave y ambientadores de olor en áreas comunes, mantenimiento de la limpieza y el orden. Muy buen trabajo Lo único que recomendaría sería que le recordaran a los clientes a su llegada que se prohíbe hacer ruido a partir de cierta franja horaria para no interrumpir el sueño de los demás.

El aire acondicionado debi apagarlo por un ruido que hace molesto, el tanque del baño sanitario tarda mucho en llenarse y hace mucho ruido.

Kirsteen (9/5): 28th Feb to 4th March 2026 - The hotel was beautiful and situated in a quiet area. I stayed in the lily room, the bathroom was small, but the shower was amazing. The owners and staff were fabulous. The ground gloor common area was a beautiful space. We were a party of 8 and we could gather together in the garden area. The breakfast was very basic and was the same every morning, which became very repetitive for a 4 night stay. The music playing become slightly annoying, but the owners did turn it off at our request.

Sandra (5/5): Atención muy regular - El aire no servía y quien atendió resolvió poniendo un ventilador, porque no supo configurarlo y ya terminaba su jornada. El desayuno muy malo(el jugo es agua saborizada y el pan viejo del D1 y el café con ); la puerta del baño te dejaba encerrado, no es cierto que hay portería 24 horas, es una puerta con código. La atención de la que parecía la dueña o administradora muy cuestionable.

Revoir le système d’irrigation de l’eau lors de fortes pluies pour les chambres du bas car l’accès aux chambres était rendu compliqué à cause de l’eau qui s’accumulait dans le patio intérieur.

Peaceful and quiet area with a feeling of being at home. The staff were all amazing and accommodating, helpful and always ready to help. The owners were a good and friendly family. Security of the property was good and easily accessible. Room was good and of ambient size with great facilities I.e shower, cabinets, comfortable bed and everything room had a piece of flower art. Galindo (8/5): Acogedor - Un hotel acogedor, el personal de atención supremamente querido, muy bien ubicado, cerca a restaurantes muy buenos, gimnasio, farmacia Me tocó una habitación que daba a la calle y se escuchaba mucho ruido, y que no hicieran servicio a la habitación durante mi estadía que fueron tres noches.

Se nota el cariño en los detalles... El lugar es tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para descansar y armónico. Ana Milena, Leonardo y Lizeth fueron muy atentos y cordiales. Recomendado 100% :)
