• Tnsku (6/5): Pleasant - The location and convenience of shopping center and public transport ( LRT & MRT ). The apartment building and facilities provided is new, clean and well organized. The host does not contact you earlier to state the pre-condition of the stay. ( Procedure to collect the key and the security deposit which needs to be paid first ). Guest have to call and follow up with host which only reply you after the check-in time ( after 3pm). In general the host has slow message respond. Refund for security deposit is done after 5days and which guest has to follow up closely. Floor mat, toilet rolls are not provided and shower water pressure was low.
• Monica (5/5): can be better - great location just to share with next potential customer 1. deposit of rm300 is required. 2. when they share the check in instruction, QR Code for parking and smart door pin are not provided. they will provide upon request 3. when we walking back to the unit, surprisingly door is opened. someone is in the unit. he claimed that he is cleaner. to me, this is not acceptable. how can u simply enter the house as we already check in? how if someone is sleeping there? 4. floor mat, toilet rolls are not provided
• Ming (5/5): Passable - The location is very convenient, close to the MRT station and with a link bridge to the shopping mall. The facilities in the condo and house were quite complete as well. However, the experience was disappointing due to poor management. Although the check-in time was 3PM, we arrived around 4.30PM to find the house still unclean, and there was a very strong smell of smoke. Also, the host was slow to respond to messages, which made communication difficult.
• Nabilah (3/5): Delay for room check in due to late housekeeping - The pool The host is hard to reach and not on time for check in. When I reach the property, the room are still messy. Quite disaapointed and the room only ready at about 6pm which is 3 hours delay. Also the room smells like smoking but no effort from host to remove the odour
