• Laura (7/5): - El sitio muy tranquilo y muy bonito, buenas vistas y cómodo Estaba lejos de todo, la piscina esta también separada del apartamento, tienes que andar un poco para llegar. No nos dejaron papel higiénico en los baños y en la terraza habia un cenicero lleno de puros apagado y mojados.

• Sara (9/5): Beautiful, clean, spacious home in GREAT neighborhood, fabulous pools--worthless management company - Great house. Beautiful, clean, spacious, the patio furniture is great, and the kitchen was way more stocked than the usual Air BNB. Oil, spices, tea kettle, coffee pot, loads of dishware. Plenty of towels, towels for the pool etc. Private, quiet. Lovely home in a lovely community with gardens, flowers, fountains, nearby bike trail and close to everything. Do recommend having a car because it's not right down in the heart of things. Overall Fantastic! 1.) The property is for smokers, which we didn't know. It's tile and very clean and beautiful but the curtains and furniture do smell of smoke. We opened all the windows and doors up to ventilate, and it was fine, but we didn't know it was a smoking property. 2.) The management company is useless. Do not respond to any inquires or needs for help. We had no idea where the pools were, no map to the grounds, no key to get in the pool and 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 6 people for 3 days. I tried calling them, texting them on whats app and contacting via booking. They did not respond once to anything--still haven't! We met some nice neighbors who helped us find the office for the complex to help us find the pool and get the keyfob that is needed to enter. 3.) The windows/balcony doors in the bedrooms do have thin white curtains--no persianas. Light sleepers or people with kids who need dark rooms before 10PM or want to block the light before 7AM may struggle. The rooms are bright by normal spanish standards

• William (5/5): Has great potential, management company really lets it down. Also very overpriced. - Plenty of space , well equipped kitchen. Basement bedroom had tons of space. Pools onsite at the location were really good, about 150mts from the house so not too bad. Electrics in the property are quite poor. 5 times during our stay we lost electricity. They sent an electrician in fairness to the property. After we repeatedly contacted the management company, first time they were due we sat in all afternoon for a no show, called the next day unannounced. Our son was there however, his only suggestion was if we wanted to use the oven and hob we had to turn off the air conditioning. In high temperatures and humidity Im not sure how this is acceptable. The property couldn’t in anyway be described as budget accommodation. It wasn’t particularly clean on arrival, we had to request a high chair despite them requesting out 11 month olds passport. We had 4 adults in the house only one set of keys so another request had to be made. The locks in the house are questionable at best particularly the door leading to the main balcony. We had to carry keys all the time to prevent being locked out between the basement accommodation and ground floor. We paid € 50 for an early check in despite the property being empty, and only to receive a text , when we requested a cot the management company wanted €140 for the use of the cot. We ended up just buying one for less than half this. The curtains were way too thin to keep out daylight for young children to sleep. We stayed 2 weeks, no linen change or cleaning service during that period of time.
