• Gula (10/5): Дуже комфортне і зручне житло, привітні господарі - Дуже привітні і гостинні господарі. Приліт до Афін був пізній, нас зустрів власник апартаментів і довіз додому. Зранку пригощав завжди смачною кавою, в один із днів подарував вечерю, яку сам приготував, це були традиційна страва грецькі фаршировані перці і крайній наш вечір хозяйка пригостила традиційним грецьким пирогом з шпинатом і сиром фєта. Розташування максимально зручне, поруч багато магазинів і до пляжу Edem хвилин 15-20 по чудовим спокійним вуличкам з мандариновими і лимонними деревами. Все сподобалось
• Krisztina (10/5): Evie's cozy is beautiful apartment - The hosts welcomed us very kindly. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is spacious and decorated with lots of flowers. The area is in a quiet neighborhood, but public transportation is very close. It is very easy to get to the city center or the beach by tram and bus. We felt very comfortable at the accommodation. Thank you to the hosts, Evie and Thanasis, for their selfless hospitality and the many delicacies we received from them. Thank you for the homemade Greek food, cakes and fruit. Everything was very delicious. I can only recommend this great accommodation to everyone.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns dank der herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber sehr willkommen – sie empfingen uns mit frischem Obst, Süßigkeiten und sogar einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen, der einfach köstlich war. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Lage war perfekt, und die Atmosphäre ruhig und entspannend. Wir sind den Gastgebern sehr dankbar für ihre Gastfreundschaft und können diese Unterkunft jedem, der die Gegend besucht, wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht haben!

• Goran (10/5): A truly unforgettable stay - Exceptional Stay – Truly Unforgettable! Our stay in this apartment was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality by our extraordinary hosts Evie, her husband Thanasis, and Stathis, their nephew. They made us feel completely at home. The spacious apartment itself is beautifully decorated with antique furniture. The highlight is undoubtedly the huge terrace, which became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was Evie's incredible kindness. She surprised us with traditional Greek specialties—huge portions of delicious homemade food that reflected her love and generosity. It is rare to meet people so genuinely caring and thoughtful. Without a doubt, this was the best apartment stay we've ever had through Booking. We are so grateful for everything and will always carry this experience in our hearts. Thank you, Evie, Thanasis and Stathis, for making our stay so unforgettable. A few words about the location: It's an 18 minutes walk from the apartment to the beach. Tram station "Amfitheas" is a 5 minutes walk away. With tram no. 6 you can reach Syntagma square within 20 minutes and from there you can use the metro to reach the airport. There are also several supermarkets nearby, a bakery and many cafés. The apartment is located within a nice and quiet neighborhood.

• Tamas (10/5): Great place to stay with family. - Very clean apartment, superb balcony with a nice street view, good tram connection to both the beach and the center of the city, friendly owners (they welcomed us with several bottles of mineral water in the fridge - which was a life saver in 37 degrees Celsius in the city that time, and they even bought us a watermelon).

• Szabó (10/5): Perfect! - The host was amazing! We do not find the words how perfect it was. They made us cake ( the most delicious cake I’ve ever had) The location is perfect as well, however it’s depending upon you, but for us it’s could not be better. The apartment is absolutely well equipped.
• Asterios (9/5): Superb - Great simple apartment in a great location. Nice and quiet neighborhood ,parking aways available in the street. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. The hosts super polite and available when needed. The balcony with the big table is the highlight ,specially in the warm summer days. Will book again Maybe a better bathroom and it would be a 10

• Brooke (10/5): Lovely place near Athens for a relaxing stay - Very lovely couple that own it and very responsive. The bed is comfortable and the area is wonderful. Close to public transport and lots of lovely little restaurants and cafes around This really wasn’t an issue for us, but we misunderstood that the balcony wasn’t 100% private- the owners need to use the door that connects to the balcony to go in and out of the main door so they were passing by us on their way in and out. They are lovely people so this wasn’t an issue but something to point out to other travelers

• Viktoriia (10/5): Perfect place to feel Greek vibe. - Absolutely, everything was great. Super hosts, cozy apartments with home atmosphere, great location close to the beach (15 min walk). Supermarket, bakerys, and a few nice places to eat local food are also in that area. Air conditioning in each room, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, and tableware. Good quality matrasses, snowy white towels and beddings. Fast wi-fi that allowed me to do my remote work during the day. Unbelievable hospitality from the owners, delicious tasty local snacks and welcome fruits, ice cream. Quite, beautiful place to have a calm and slow family vacation. Highly recommend!! Nothing ;)
