Pedro (6/5): Razoável - Da vista do condomínio. Solicitei duas toalhas ao proprietário do apartamento e o mesmo negou, dizendo que só disponibiliza uma toalha para cada hóspede. Ficamos 4 dias usando a mesma toalha e nao seria higiênico levar para piscina e voltar a usar após o banho. A regra do condomínio é após uso da piscina nao sair molhado pelo corredor e entrar no elevador. O proprietário negou o pedido de dias toalhas, conforme o dialogo ocorrido através do booking. Fomos ao shopping e compramos duas toalhas. A última mensagem que o proprietário mandou tb pelo booking, foi que fizéssemos uma avaliação e/ou sugestão que provavelmente fôsse do interesse dele, mas, nao teve interesse em atender uma simples demanda.
