• Katherine (5/5): Not sure this apartment is best suited to non resident or non Spanish speaking tourist. . - Stayed at the apartment for a week perfectly good had everything we needed slightly outdated but work for us fine. Great kitchen washing machine lounge bedrooms although the bedroom with the main bed ,the bed is very squeaky .doesn’t have Aircon just fans. The host was incredibly helpful and we didn’t have a kettle on the first day and he went got this one for the second was very helpful. What wasn’t so helpful is the way we were made to feel at the pool. There is no sunbeds or anything to sit on around the pool we didn’t know that beforehand so hadn’t brought anything. The ground the is Very hot & grass is damp because of sprinklers. We went down on first morning assuming pool would open at 10 as no signs around at all in apartment website or around the block. They have now put a sign up for opening and closing times which happens to be where we were sitting. The pool opens at 11.30-3 closes and you must take everything with you, opens again at 4-9.30pm. It seems that there was one rule for the other residents and one rule for us. We asked if we could use a ball in the pool and were told form no even though there was no one in pool and it was a local couple ball who we’d been chatting to, but yet the following day someone got balls out of the shed for the children & adults when the pool was full of people. We also told no jumping you need to be quiet around pool area but yet there was a group who are quite friendly with the lifeguard every day down there, with music, blaring, jumping and doing backflips into the pool very much felt like one rule for them, one rule for us which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We did take down a pillow on the first few days, because as I said before, it was very hard and we had nothing to sit on and then the 2 days before we were about to check out we got a message saying we are not to take anything down from the house, although there is nothing anywhere in any of the terms and conditions, as well as that we must respect the opening times and closing times of the pool, Which we have done after the first day when we asked, and we told 1130 till 330/4-9.30 . It made us feel even more uncomfortable that we decided not to even go down to the pool on our last few days.
