• Adeline Tan (10/5): - The room is big and spacious, overlooking the KL tower. There are many eateries around the area. You can walked to places easily. Clean room. Aircon is strong and able to adjust temperature. towels and shampoo and shower gel was provided. Toilet is clean. The door is ill fitting and you need to constantly slam the door shut.

• THOMAS (5/5): Good hotel with problematic management - Good communication with the host up to one point. The room had very big and comfortable bed, was well equipped and had good views. Haven't tried the pool at the rooftop, as there were no sunbeds and some days there was rain. But there were some important issues, as well First of all, the lack of proper support on the spot. It took us 2 days and countless messages to arrange a simple cleaning. Then, the issue with my passport, which ended up with me losing my flight: after my check out I had to travel from KL to another destination and I forgot my bag with passport at the room. It takes 35 minutes for the KL express train to reach the airport from the KL central station and another 15-20 minutes to reach the KL Central from the hotel by taxi. This last part was around 30-40 minutes both ways, if the host could help and bring my bag to the KL central station. I believe that if there was someone there around the hotel, I could save 20-30 minutes and maybe manage to catch my flight. Lastly, there was an incident with the 2 probably Indian managers of the rooftop bar, who run the place after 7:30pm and who behaved more like Australian chimpanzees. I visited the place with my date and wanted to take some photos of the view. The staff very agressively showed me the menu and asked us to order something. When I denied, the 2 managers came into a threatening way towards us, together with some members of the staff. My date was panicked and almost started crying and we had to leave fast, as we didn't know what was coming next.

• Rene jr (9/5): - Exelenter Lage mit herrlichem Aussicht auf Petronas uns Fernsehturm, vor allem abends, im 22e Stock. Zimmer grosszügig geschnitten mit allem confort wo es an nichts fehlt. In 5 min im Metro: für 1,30MYR und 2 halten am CC citicenter, und 2 MYR nach KL Sentral um Verbindung zum Flughafen ohne Stau oder zu Batu Caves.

• clare (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay. - Great location with nice cafes and restaurants all around. Very close to the LRT which was very convenient and cheap to get around. Large room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Great soundproofing in the building and host was easily accessible through WhatsApp. Air conditioning was noisy but we used the fan at night instead.

• Gabriel (9/5): Superb for business travel, extremely well run - Excellent Chowkit location away from the chaos of BB, and a superb building for short or longer stays, my unit was on the cheaper side but thats ok - the building has high ceilings and almost silent AC - uniform and well thought out layout means its a no-brainer to book again and again, and you can leave your bags with security for a few hours if you need to. One of the best hosts I’ve had in the past few years, making business travel this smooth is an art form and deeply appreciated.

• Fotios.k (10/5): Great spacious room in a good location - My 2-night stay was really good there. The location is good with many options nearby. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable too. Great view from my room too. The host gave good directions to enter the apartment and was available through WhatsApp for any questions. My only concern is that I tried to use the stairs instead of the elevator, and the door was locked. I don't know how safe this is in an emergency condition. Nothing else besides that.

Francamente no funciona como hotel aunque se llame asi. Solo vi a personal en 3 ocasiones. Tienes que hacer una solicitud especial si quieres que te limpien la habitación. No hay cambio de toallas, sábanas. Reposición de papel higiénico.

• Jane Queences (10/5): Super affordable room with balcony - Spacious room and big bed. We had a very deep sleep during our 4 nights stay. Room furniture arrangements exactly like the photo shown. Water heater and air conditioning function well. Got ceiling fan also. Host very good and attentive. No worries about food as the location is 360 surrounded by eating place. The area is not too busy and just nice environment. Will book again in the future. Nothing. Everything was fine.

• mengqiqi012 (10/5): 感谢马来西亚人的热情，这或者是我们下一次再来的最好的邀请卡 - 临近DANGWANGQI地铁站 去KLCC只需要两个站 这点对我们是十分友好 。我们在客服小哥哥那里获得了很多的帮助。虽然因为手机软件问题，我下载不了whatsapp。但是还是很快在留言区还有邮箱收到回复。开始的时候有点担心我的brokenEnglish怎么去沟通 不过客服小哥普通话交流全无问题。这次旅途充满了意料之外，包括小孩摔跤，与无边泳池无缘。还有临走的那天，我的护照 房卡消失了，但是这些都得到了小哥哥的帮助。建议老板给小哥哥加个鸡腿。这里挺适合中国游客入住的。楼下就是镒记了携程可以搜索一下（这家店对吃中国菜的朋友还是很友好的 好像是海南茶餐厅吧） 有兴趣的朋友可以试试 房间可以一次拥有双子塔和吉隆坡塔的景色 心情十分愉悦 这次是我第三次来马来西亚了，如果下次再来，我还会选这家店的 没有

In generale, la camera è moderna e dotata di aria condizionata e ventola Nonostante questi punti forti, la pulizia non era delle migliori: non tanto nella camera quanto nella biancheria: lenzuola sporchissime, macchiate e con capelli, che abbiamo chiesto di cambiare per la seconda notte ma abbiamo ritrovato “nuove” nella stessa condizione. • Janina (5/5): Die Lage war super, aber aufgrund mangelnden Sauberkeit und dem üblen Geruch würde ich nicht noch mal einen Aufenthalt i - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Es sind tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann die Stadt von dort aus fußläufig erkunden. Die Unterkunft hat es stark gestunken. Das Zimmer hat sehr feucht und muffig gerochen und aus den Rohren im Badezimmer kam ein so doller Gestank, dass wir die Türen immer schließen mussten, um überhaupt in dem Zimmer schlafen zu können. Zusätzlich hatten wir viele Flecken und Haare auf dem Bett und auch das Bad wurde vorher nicht richtig gereinigt.

Impianto di areazione del bagno da cambiare ( si sentiva cattivo odore e molta umidità) Durante il soggiorno la stanza non è stata pulita e gli asciugamani mai ritirati e cambiati. La mattina prima di andarmene ho aperto il frigo e ed era sporco.

• AriB23 (7/5): - Sicuramente una bella camera ampia con il porta valigia, una scrivania comoda per appoggiare le proprie cose, il ventilatore a soffitto eccezionale, perche non c'era bisogno dell'aria condizionata. Carino anche il minuscolo balconcino dal quale si vede la torre di KL e si intravedono le Petronas. Il letto un king size molto ampio e comodo. La piscina ha una bella vista però sprovvista di lettini. Il bagno molto ampio con due lavandino e uno specchio enorme. La posizione è davvero ottimale perché è vicino a due metro tipo 7 minuti a piedi, ci sono psvaroati ristoranti e 7/11 nella zona. Per me per qualche notte approvatissimo, anche per il prezzo! Allora sicuramente la moquette non è il simbolo di igiene e pulizia, però basta usare le ciabatte, la doccia perdeva un po' da tutti i lati. Un po' di odori strani in generale nelle parti comuni ma sia in Malesia.

Las habitaciones muy grandes con una camada grande y comoda e instalaciones limpias. Piscina con vistas a los edificios mas emblemáticos (un poco más descuidada la zona) y totalmente limpia y cómoda. Además tiene la piscina en el piso superior con vistas de la ciudad para poder relajarte. La ubicación está muy bien, a 20 minutos andando del centro y las torres Petronas. Aunque no tiene recepción están muy atentos por WhatsApp y responden al momento. Muy recomendable. Todo perfecto.

The maintenance is not really good. I think not a host problem. Oh, perhaps you can clean your sofa also..hygienic . 4. Parking is not so easy, however there was a valet who helped us. We jst parked there and go anywhere by grab.
• Marinescu (8/5): Good value for money - Very good value for money. 24 minutes walk from the Twin Towers. Lots of restaurants around with all kind if food and for all pockets. Big room. Comfortable beds. The carpet requires more cleaning. Removing the key from mail box is a bit difficult if you don't have glasses. Toilet and dranage of the shower and sink require some maintenance.
• Guldana (8/5): - Цена и качество В начале нас разместили на другой номер вместо запланированного. Мы были уставшие и реагировать на что-то не было сил. Мы заснули на 2 часа, потом проснулись. И там на ванне потолок протекал. Я им написала. Они извинились и заселили нас изначальный на наш номер. А там было все хорошо и чисто. Я думаю это у них такая схема. Кто не будет жаловаться тот и будет жить в плохом номере

• Steve R (9/5): Easy, comfortable stay... great value for money - Room is much bigger than the photos suggest. Everything works well, bed was super comfortable, building is very quiet you barely hear any other guests, two different stations Dang Wangi (red line) and Medan Tuanku (green line) are just a couple of minutes so easy to go anywhere, check in is easy, communication with host via Whatsapp is smooth and helpful. Very good accommodation for the price.
