• Sven (10/5): - Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, hat eine super ausgestattete Küche, eine Garage, eine tolle Aussicht und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es war eine unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation :) Obere Zimmer heizen sich bei Sonne sehr auf. Oben keine Klimaanlage.

• Jas (8/5): I have been air bnb since few years now and i never have had this experience where the property is full of spiders,mosqu - Enough space for a family or two. The property has a lot of mosquitos and a lot of ants everywhere in the house. Upon mentioning i was told the property went through peat control a week before our stay. which cannot be true as there were so many ants in the house. I understand it’s waterfront but still the amount of ants and mosquitoes you see :(, unfortunately my child had mosquitoes bites everywhere and ants all over our clothes. At one point it became so uncomfortable.

• trewavis (4/5): Enjoyable but freezing timed with friends - House accommodated our group well. Nice view of the river from backyard It was very cold in Tasmania during our stay, which is to be expected. This would not have been a problem, except for the totally inadequate, one split system in the downstairs living room. We were freezing!! There were small portable heaters in the upstairs area, which we had to take downstairs and use in conjunction with the split system. By leaving the heating on all night, along with the small portable heaters, we were finally able to bring the temperature up to a comfortable level. There was a boarded over hole in the ceiling in the living room, which I assume was meant to be for a central heating unit. This needs to installed, as it was so cold inside. The beds had very thin donnas, which meant it was also cold in bed. The house had beds for 8 people, but only 5 very small bath towels were provided. No bathmat in the second bathroom upstairs. The two single beds in the upstairs bedroom were a bit better than camp beds. low to the ground, and not suitable for adults. It seems that this house was hastily finished and it showed. Has potential to be a good holiday spot, but a lot of work to bring it up to suitable standard for the price.

• Victor (10/5): Beautiful and luxurious waterfront house that blew us away - The waterfront view from the house is breathtakingly beautiful! I love that my friends and I were able to have this whole spacious and luxurious house all to ourselves with more rooms and space than you could ever want. Would highly recommend if you are traveling with a group and just want to have the peace of mind and freedom to have a beautiful place to relax at. The location is a bit farther away from the rest of Hobart so you do have to drive a bit to get groceries and for restaurants.

There was a powder room downstairs, and a family bathroom plus a Powder room to service bedrooms upstairs. In addition, the big master suite had a stand-alone tub, balcony, big shower, and walk-in robe. Views of the Derwent River and Hobart Mountains were spectacular from both upstairs and downstairs. • Philip (7/5): The river front hose. - The views, the location, the new and modern facilities. I liked the spaciousness of the house. The mattress and pillows in the master bedroom were sub par. This was my biggest criticism. I couldn't get a good rest because the mattress and pillows were of low quality.
