Tere (7/5): Muy bien ! - Guido un genio, super atento y muy muy amable ! La ubicación es hermosa, fanática de la Avenida Melian y Belgrano. El edificio esta bien, cuenta con terraza asi que logramos ver un muy lindo atardecer nuestro ultimo dia, y el depto queda en el ultimo piso lo cual facilita que no este expuesto a los ruidos molestos de la avenida o la calle en general, también tiene balcón para salir a fumar o simplemente estar al aire libre tomando un mate y no te sentís nada encerrado. De igual manera la zona es muy tranquila, se cuenta con varios comercios, un Disco cerca, bares, cafecitos, una zona para salir a caminar y disfrutar. Nuevamente lo quiero destacar a Guido, un anfitrión de primera ! Le daria un mejor toque al departamento, es un espacio que esta para aprovecharlo mejor estructuralmente, le falta una pulidita ( nada que no se pueda mejorar por supuesto ), el baño sobre todo es incomodo para bañarse y no tiene buena circulación de aire, por ende te pegas un baño y queda toda la humedad ahi, si cuenta con extractor pero hace demasiado ruido. Las sabanas y mantas parecen algo viejitas.

Totally recommended! - About the location: The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive streets in Buenos Aires, a very quiet street with beautiful houses and a lot of green spaces. The street is especially nice to walk through in the evening, or for running if you like sports. Only five minutes' walk away, you will reach a big avenue called Av. Elcano, where you can find whatever you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, cafeterias, public transport, and more. The whole neighborhood is great; you can walk completely safe at night, and it is not even that hard to find a parking space if you have a car. About the apartment: The apartment has everything needed and is very clean. It is located on the top floor, which makes it particularly quiet and silent. The bed is very comfortable. You will find an air conditioning unit with cold/heat functions to stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Clean blankets and towels are provided. It has a small kitchen with everything you need: a small fridge, a microwave, a grill, and a coffee machine. It works fine if you want to cook for yourself or even order food from the amazing food places in the surroundings and just warm it up in the grill or the microwave. The WiFi works perfectly. And the TV has a Chromecast installed so you can stream your content from your phone. The place is full of little nice details that make the staying really comfortable. About the host: Guido will always be responsive and available to help! Absolutely nothing was wrong.
