• Francesco (7/5): - Appartamento spazioso in zona tranquilla e molto vicino alla fermata della metro. Secondo me sarebbe da curare di più la pulizia ed in particolare sin da subito intervenire sullo scarico della doccia

• Irena (1/5): A éviter!!! - Rien La poubelle dans l'entrée et à chaque étage. L'état général, les fenêtres, le lit qui tombe en morceaux, la nappe sur la table pas propre, la salle de bien horrible. Dommage que j n'ai pas pris des photos mais je voulais juste partir de là bas.
• Jan (8/5): - Byt je velmi prostorný. Je blízko metra, tramvajové i autobusové zastávky, odkud jste za chvilku v centru Bruselu nebo v Evropské čtvrti. Pohodlná postel a v ložnici je připravena i dětská postýlka, kdyby se někdo rozhodl vydat do Bruselu s malým dítětem. Koupelna už něco pamatuje... ale byla čistá.

• Elizabet (1/5): Disappointing - Nothing, as the colleague stayed in a hotel at the end. Unfortunately, a colleague was traveling for whom I had made the reservation. He arrived later than expected, and I hadn’t seen the message with the check-in details because I hadn’t logged into the app, and I also didn’t receive a push notification. As a result, although my colleague had the host’s phone number, the host did not answer when he called. Тhe colleague was unable to check in and went to a hotel instead and he preferred to stay there. We were not offered even a partial refund due to this misunderstanding. The explanation was that it was late and they had gone to sleep.

• jacky (2/5): LA PIRE LOCATION DE MA VIE ---Plus jamais ça !!!!! - rien tout était médiocre ,au minimum !!! Le 1er jour et le dernier jour : LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU ,NOUS NOUS SOMMES FAIT APOSTROPHER ET INSULTER PARCE QUE DEVANT LA PORTE D'ENTRÉE TRAINAIENT DES MONCEAUX DE POUBELLES ÉVENTRÉES !! l'appartement du 2eme étage n'est accessible que par des escaliers très abrupts et très dangereux pour les personnes plus âgées ,est situé au dessus des rails du tram ,les murs tremblent toute la journée à chaque passage jusqu'à tard dans la nuit ! la salle de bain dont le sol n'inspire pas confiance ,tellement il grince ,est sale et la douche n'évacue quasiment pas l'eau ! La seule chose positive c'est que ce lieu est assez grand ! la cuisine est équipée de produits de mauvaise qualité et le robinet gicle dans tous les sens, l'interrupteur fonctionne quand il veut ! Dans la chambre à coucher impossible d'ouvrir le rideau et les ampoules sont presque toutes défectueuses ! En passant devant l'appartement du 1er étage ,pendant notre séjour ,nous avons tous les jours enjambés des bouteilles d'alcool vides ! C'est scandaleux et ça ne m'était jamais arrivés dans toutes ces années de location chez Booking Ça ne vaut pas le PRIX PROHIBITIF DEMANDÉ ET JE SOUHAITE UN REMBOURSEMENT SUBSTANTIEL
• Yvonne (5/5): Funktional und sauber - Schlüsselübergabe war dank des Key Safes sehr flexibel, jedoch in der Dunkelheit wegen Lichtreflexionen nicht einfach, die Zahlenkombination einzugeben. Gut gelegen mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr geräumiges Appartment. Bequemes großes Bett mit angenehmen Kissen. Recht abgewohnt (Badezimmer-Möbel, Schlafzimmer-Kommode und Küche alt und abgewetzt). TV: Nur ans Internet angebunden, Gast muss Streaming-Dienst-Abo besitzen; leider hatte der Gastgeber keine richtige Hilfestellung geben können. D.h. Nachrichten mussten über Smartphone geschaut werden. Handtücher waren sauber, rochen aber etwas unangenehm, wenn sie nass/benutzt wurden.

• Bogdan (7/5): - The apartment is ideally located just a short walk from bus, metro, and tram stations, making it easy to reach the main city attractions and the European Quarter. It’s bright, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you might need, including reliable Wi-Fi, fresh towels, and handy amenities like an iron and ironing board. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a great stay overall. It was good value for money. When entering the apartment, there was a rather enclosed smell, as if it hadn’t been well aired out. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. It’s acceptable for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer one. I’d suggest that the host pay a bit more attention to cleaning the kitchen and bathroom areas, as there were some dirty sponges, dust on the table and shelves, a cluttered cabinet under the sink, and water marks in the bathroom. Another issue, though NOT the host’s fault, was the noise from the neighbors upstairs, which was bothersome at times.

• Eric P (8/5): Good, but better with maintenances - Space, quietly Be careful with maintenance, especially in the kitchen: the door handle won't stay in place, the hood cover may fall off, the refrigerator needs to be defrosted, etc. In the living room, there's an exposed electrical outlet (dangerous for children).

• Cam (6/5): Good stop over while travelling. - It was spacious and had what we needed. Finding the front door was a little tricky since the building marking was not clear. The toilet stopped working during our stay and the host didn't respond for assistance. There is a tram that runs outside the building that may not be too great for light sleepers.
