• Rebecca (6/5): - We liked the location of the property, and the property was tidy inside. Unfortunately, the bin at the bottom of the stairs was overflowing when we arrived so we had to walk out to the main road and find a council bin for our rubbish. No tissues or hand soap in either bathroom. Chairs on verandah from main bedroom were broken and light didn't work in butler pantry. There was only one key to get in and out of the property and when you have 4 guests staying that becomes a problem when you are coming home at different times of the day and night.
• Kerryn (1/5): Cancelled at last minute by host with no refund. - On face value this appeared to be a well located property that would suit me perfectly. This non refundable booking was cancelled by the host only 24 hours before I was due to arrive 100's of kilometres from home. Despite numerous messages where the host confirms that they will cancel the booking and refund my money, I have not been refunded. When in Benalla I drove past the address and it appears to the Chemist Warehouse store. I could not see the second level where the property is located.
• Amelia (9/5): We were pleasantly surprised with finding such a lovely place to stay. - It was a beautiful fresh open space conveniently close to shops and cafes . Beautiful spacious main bedroom with deep bath and lovely lounge with big tv. I found the lock box difficult to use because I wasn’t familiar with it but then was shown how to it. It was difficult to get the shower temperature as it changed from too hot to lukewarm. The light in the laundry wasn’t working.
• Battistini (8/5): - It was cozy and comfortable. The pantry light wasn’t working and it was hard to sleep at night as close to the road where works were being done.
• Laura (1/5): It was a terrible experience health risks and lack of cleanliness no extra effort to make it welcoming, i wouldn’t recom - To be honest the property wasn’t what I expected, it didn’t live up to expectations. Booked for two nights only stayed for one due to health risks and lack of cleanliness. Nothing was a terrible experience, received better accommodation in a hotel than at loft on bridge, never stay there again.

• Margaret (10/5): Lovely apartment - Large venue, very comfortable beds and close to everything The early morning street sweeper could have taken a sickie but at least the streets were clean
• Helen (9/5): Convenient and comfortable - Everything we needed was provided, thankyou. We loved the space, tasteful furnishings and the comfy beds. There was unsightly garbage at the foot of the stairs including cardboard boxes of rubbish and overflowing bins in the carpark. The stairs are tricky for carrying up luggage.

No steak knives, no place mats, no soap in sink dispensers, no light still in Butlers kitchen, Rear deck and furniture was a mess

• Carolyn (10/5): Brilliantly styled and presented , everything catered for. - This is favourite destination to stay - it’s hard to get a booking given its popularity. Located in the heart of Benalla close to all amenities. The light in the butlers pantry needs to be fixed. Only negative would be to refill the hand wash / soap dispensers.

• Cherie (9/5): Superb - The apartment was huge, spacious and welcoming. Right in the heart of town so convientally located. Nothing that would hinder your stay. The only thing I could fault based on the rest of the apartment would be the outside balcony I felt was a bit of a let down with the cob webs and dead plants.
• Wendy (9/5): Excellent accommodation in the heart of Benalla - Excellent standard of accommodation and we loved the layout of the Loft. Very roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The inside was very clean. Great location being on the main street of Benalla and above the shops. The communication with the property manager was also excellent. The outside balconies of the unit need a more regular clean and maintenance to make the areas more inviting.
• Siew (7/5): There are hit-and-miss. Overall good stay - The location is great. The unit is spacious. Most of the equipment is there like washing machine and dryer. Very safe place. There are no bins in the bathroom. It's such a big place only 1 kitchen bin. Lighting in pantry/laundry room not working as it's too dark to make coffee or tea inside or do laundry. Ensuite toilet light not working and there's no window so need to keep the door open while using it for lights. It's a bit dusty on the furniture probably the cleaner just concentrate on the floor but not on furniture and shelving. There are washing machine or dryer but no laundry powder provided. Shower toiletries, washing detergent are provided but not laundry detergent. Hope that the host will fix the lightings mentioned so the next guest will be more comfortable.

• Scott (10/5): Exceptional - Luxurious large modern space. It has an excellent bath which can be a rare find these days in other accommodation options. I think its appeal would be further enhanced in warmer weather with its outdoor patios front and rear. Benalla has a big gap in up market accommodation options that are still affordable and Loft On Bridge fills that gap very well. My schedule meant I could only stay 1 night. Places like this really come into their own when you're able to stay for consecutive nights and wander down the street and relax in them for a full 24 hours plus

And compliance of the property rules would have been better if they were presented in the apartment itself and not sent to my phone.

Just about everything you could want! Would happily stay there again when in Benalla next. Would love to have been able to see the street from the balcony, but don't know if thats maybe a safety thing? Sitting on that balcony watching the main street would be icing on the cake ;) And would love a citrus juicer in the kitchen!

There is no where to put your suitcase in the bed room. there is plenty of cupboard space but you can't fit a suitcase in the cupboard. It needs a fold out luggage rack for people who are on short stays. Same as the large bathroom it needs a bench to put your wash bag on as I had to keep mine in the spare sink when using it. some small plates would be nice for cheese and biscuits or a slice of cake but really that me being picky it was fantastic.
