• Milan73 (10/5): Cat House - Pobyt jsme si užili. Instrukce byly velmi užitečné a přesné, nebyl problém se hned ubytovat. Hostitel je velmi starostlivý a ač "řídí" dům na dálku reaguje okamžitě. Poloha domu byla pro nás vyhovující, kousek k pláži i k promenádě a pokud máte auto obchody a restaurace jsou poblíž. Kuchyně je velmi dobře vybavená a najdete zde i užitečné věci, jako např. redukce do zásuvky. Hned po příjezdu vás přivítá místní kočičí komando - funny :-) Pochopili jsme, že kočka je symbol Kypru. Pro nás byl pobyt super a děkujeme Romanovi za vše. Komáři, ale to neovliníte.Jen tedy pozor na ně.
• Saskia (10/5): Immer wieder gerne! Sauber , Freundlich, tolles Haus was keine Wünsche offen lässt - Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit war super . Am Besen hat mir der Vermieter gefallen , weil er bei allem extrem freundlich, zuverlässig und vor allem hilfsbereit war . Er hat uns auch mit Informationen versorgt und uns Hilfe angeboten , weil wir grade in dem Zeitraum vor Ort waren , als Zypern von einer Drohne angegriffen worden ist. Die Ruhe hat viele Vorteile aber auch geringe Nachteile . Zu Fuß mal irgendwo abends hi spazieren ist nicht wirklich drin 😅 sonst kann man wirklich über gar nichts meckern ! Ohne Mietwagen nicht empfehlenswert

• Olga (9/5): A peaceful, comfortable stay in a spacious home with a sea view - I stayed at this beautiful house, and it was truly pleasant experience. The house itself is spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home from the moment you step in. Rooms were comfortable and inviting, offering the perfect balance between modern amenities and warm, relaxing charm. One of the highlights was the tranquil, open view toward the sea. I enjoyed my morning coffees and my evening G&Ts in the peaceful scenery of this small garden. The host was equally great — friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Overall, this place is a gem in Cyprus. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort, space, and serenity with the added bonus of a fantastic host. I’d return in a heartbeat.
• Sterligova (9/5): We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and couldn’t have asked for more - We really enjoyed our stay at Roman’s house. The self check-in process was very easy, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. The house itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully furnished. We were especially impressed by how spotless everything was. The bed linen was high quality, on top of it beach towels were provided. The pool was clean and serviced by a friendly team. The views from the balcony are amazing, and the beach is only a five-minute walk away. You can see the coastline from both the garden and the balcony, and if you prefer driving, there is also a road directly down to the beach.

• Grzegorz (3/5): Wait to rent this house until there is a clear declaration that the house has been properly cleaned - Pool, view, space, privacy The house has potential, but it requires thorough cleaning and renovation, as well as correction of some inaccurate information. The house is spacious and could be comfortable if it weren’t for the widespread dirt and neglect. The windows are terribly dirty. The bedding and mattress in the master bedroom smell so bad it’s impossible to sleep there. In the second bedroom, the window blinds can't be raised because the cord is broken. The curtains are horribly dusty and smell. The shower holder in the bathroom is broken, and the shower curtain was dirty and moldy (after our complaint, a new one was provided). The kitchenware is incomplete and mismatched (only three wine glasses, and they’re all different). The information about the beach being 200 meters away is inaccurate—the actual distance to the shore without easy access is about 400 meters, and to the beach it’s either 700 meters east or 1 km west. We’ve rented many homes in Southern Europe, but we’ve never encountered such neglect and disregard for guests. In the condition we found it, the house is definitely not worth the price we paid. We will be asking the owner for compensation.

• Frances (10/5): Had a lovely relaxing holiday family holiday, Good that you had the private pool and no fighting for sun loungers. - Lovely property, that pool was private, and host had left clear instructions, regarding facilities close to property.
• Spenser (7/5): Good - In addition to everything else, what a view, pool, balcony and other things, we had one very unpleasant moment, namely the day before we left we went for a walk to Limassol for a few hours, when we returned we noticed scattered things from our wardrobe, that is, we concluded that someone had entered and gone through our things . They found and opened my wife wallet in the bedroom and took €200 and some Macedonian denars worth €40. We reported the same to the police and the owner.

Literally anything was available in the villa. Roman was also always available for any kind of help! I'd highly recommend this place.

• Izlatinova (1/5): Bad - house with green stagnant water in the pool. we left this house with a very bad feeling and impression. already upon our arrival we saw that the pool was very dirty and unusable, we called the owner who for 2 days lied to us how the problem would be solved and the pool would be cleaned and fixed, it didn't happen! in the meantime, he advised us to use a swimming pool in a nearby hotel because we have 3 children who were not happy, for which he offered to pay, but this has not happened to this day either. they refuse to refund part of the amount I paid!!!!!

• Avgi (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, everything as advertised. The house had everything we needed. The check in time was earlier than other choices. The owner was polite and helpful. 10/10 We listened to low volume music in the afternoon and we had complains from a neighbor. We all found it unreasonable because it was not loud at all but this is not the owners fault.
