• Süleyman (10/5): Tolle saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft - Toller Gastgeber - Tolle Lage - Bei der Wohnung hat einfach alles gepasst… Deswegen kann ich die Wohnung mit guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!!! Es gabst nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Emm75 (8/5): Cumple - El apartamento en sí estaba en un sitio muy céntrico con muy buenas vistas y la verdad es que muy recomendable muy positiva la estancia el dueño Paco estuvo muy atento a las exigencias y por decir algo me pareció extraño es que no había mantas al ir conmigo personas mayores si las echaron en falta ya que el aire acondicionado no daba la suficientemente potencia como para calentar todo a el apartamento Pero en general muy positivo y para repetir seguramente muy pronto muchísimas gracias Nada me gustó todo

• Nicola (9/5): Lovely modern, clean apartment in great location - Great location. Comfortable apartment with everything you need and felt secure. Shower was particularly good!! Lovely coffee pods provided. It was nice to find things like hand soap , washing up detergent & toilet roll included. WiFi worked fine. One of our party is celiac but found gluten free eating out easy in old town, plenty of accommodating restaurants/food delivery and supermarket choices plentiful & clearly marked up. We particularly liked Pinocchios Italian (who also offered feee delivery). We much preferred the small beach-was lovely ; turn right out of apartment to top then right, take steps down and beach is on your left. All good!

• Sara (9/5): - Appartamento pulitissimo, fornito di tutti i confort, posizione ottima vicino a ristoranti e bar, vicinissimo alle spiagge. Ci vorrebbe il clima anche nelle camere, solo in soggiorno non basta quando fa molto caldo.

• Greg (7/5): Great apartment, but left a little annoyed - Great apartment, clean and modern. Location was perfect. Owner was friendly enough in conversation. But charged us €60 for a late check in fee as our flight was delayed. I understand the reason why. But €60 felt very high. Seemed to be that much as a money making exercise rather than to cover staffing costs.

There could be a little bit of noise from late night/early hours party goers, but it didn't spoil anything for us.

Kettle blew the electrics one evening, reported it to the owner and a new kettle arrived the following morning by 8am. Location is down a little street, 5mins walk from the beach. The stairs are an issue for your luggage and if you have poor mobility.
• Claire (10/5): Perfect stay - Everything about the apartment, it's perfect size for a small group, close to all possible amenities. The apartment was fully furnished to be able to cook, and have a quiet night in if you pleased. Absolutely fabulous apartment A minor thing would possibly be the stairs, but was minor inconvenience only.

• Pawel (9/5): Very good stay, close to beach and shops and lots of restaurants - Very modern and clean. Very well equipped. Everything worked. Close to the breaches and shops and restaurants. Bear in mind because of the location no transport will take to right to the door. You will need to walk last 5min. Not a problem but just be aware. Property on the 3rd floor with a very narrow staircase. Located in busy old town but away from busiest streets. However there is couple pubs at the bottom which caused some noise over the weekend.

• Garry (9/5): Amazing location and apartment. - The apartment is wonderful, very clean light and airy. On the whole it was very quiet but bear in mind this is a residential area in the busy part of beautiful old town. Great restaurants, bars and views are close by- make sure to check out Italian Twist directly underneath the apartments. The apartment felt very safe and was perfect for two- there are two seperate bedrooms each with two single beds. The photos shows the level of comfort offered by this beautiful apartment. Location is superb! We had a great stay thank you. My mistake but I had not realised that there was no elevator to reach this lovely top floor apartment. There are 48 steps to reach the front door.

• Kirstie (6/5): Lovely clean room, close to the beach but very dangerous area on a night l. - The apartment is lovely and modern inside and immaculately clean. Everything you need is to side the property and it has 2 doors to get in so makes it safer once you’re in. The landlord has been very good with responding to messages and was helpful The area on a night was VERY loud. We had foreign men ringing the doorbell in the night and my partner got mugged at knife point and had her phone taken off her and ended up with broken ribs and a cut across her stomach. My little girls almost got took by a Spanish couple in the yellow submarine pub near to the apartment as the lovely staff had to close the pub down and call police.
• Rebecca (6/5): The apartment looks very nice, but it’s cold and noisy with poor wifi - The property is in a great location within Benidorm Old Town, with local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is modern and spotless - everything looks brand new. The wifi is very poor. It didn’t work at all in some areas of the apartment and worked intermittently in others. The host was not responsive when I contacted him twice. This was quite disappointing. The apartment was very cold. There is one small AC unit in the living area but nothing in the bedrooms which are ice cold in the evening. The neighbours are VERY noisy, with dogs barking for hours each night. The passers by at weekend nights are also very noisy until around 3am.
• Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Benidorm Old Town - It was a very beautiful, modern apartment located in Benidorm Old Town. The livingroom and kitchen area is open plan and bright, with a comfortable couch and dining table area. The TV has access to apps like Youtube and Netflix. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, pillows and linen and sockets near to the bed. The bathroom is large with a great shower and perfect ringlight mirror to get ready in. The host is very responsive and helpful, with flexibility around check in times. Initially the host sent us to the wrong address where we waited for 30 minutes before being told the correct address to collect the key and enter the apartment. The wifi is poor within the property and there is no heating or air conditioning in the bedrooms, which can get quite cold at night.
