• Daria (9/5): - Posizione, tranquillità, accogliente e spazioso Esistono purtroppo dei problemi idraulici che causano cattivo e persistente odore proveniente dal bagno. La cucina, pur discretamente attrezzata, manca di alcuni semplici, basilari dettagli ( coperchi, strofinaccio)

• Karolina (10/5): Świetne miejsce na city break w Mediolanie - Mieszkanie naprawdę bardzo komfortowe na krótki city break idealne. Najbardziej urzekł nas taras z pięknym widokiem. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Dobry pomysł z instrukcją dot. pobytu. Blisko autobus i smaczne restauracje.
• Klaudia (3/5): - Lokalizacja była dobra Mimo informacji, że w razie jakichkolwiek kłopotów możemy zawsze prosić o pomoc to była ona bardzo utrudniona. Apartament nie był najczystszy, zwłaszcza w okolicach łóżka, gdzie można było zauważyć dużo kurzu. Mieliśmy problem z ogrzewaniem, grzejniki nie działały w każdym pomieszczeniu, również w pomieszczeniu gdzie znajdowało się łóżko, przez co było bardzo zimno. Mimo kontaktu, dostaliśmy odpowiedź żeby może spróbować wyczyścić grzejniki same bo mogą być one zapchane, podczas 5 dniu, wielu prób kontaktu, niestety koniec końców nikt nam nie pomógł. W pomieszczeniu znajdowała się klimatyzacja, pisaliśmy wiec do obsługi czy mogliby wpuścić nam ciepłe powietrze przez nią, niestety dostałyśmy odpowiedź, że jest ona wyłączona z obsługi. Szczerze, nie polecam, za tą cenę dostaniecie coś o wiele lepszego i w lepszej lokalizacji.

• Laura (6/5): Ok ma non ci tornerei - La posizione Le modalità del check in sono pessime: pagare 15€ per la consegna delle chiavi all’appartamento non mi sembra una modalità corretta, visto il prezzo totale dell’alloggio. Leggete bene le condizioni della struttura, ad averle lette prima avrei prenotato altrove. Inoltre, sempre per l’importo pagato, mi aspetterei di trovare più di due saponette e campioncini di doccia-shampoo

• Luana (8/5): The host was great and responsive. Location was good if you’re OK with walking. It’s city life so you will have to get u - Great location. The bed was a bit stiff and you can hear everything from outside to your neighbors.

• Lucas (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with all amenities and great bed. - I liked the way which the hosts welcomed us in the office, they even gave us a small gift basket with necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was neat and clean. Warm water in the shower, and functioning kitchen. While everything was perfect, there was an issue with the heating and neither the central heating nor the AC were working. Since we travelled in April, it was still quite cold, and we would have enjoyed a bit more warmth. The host said that central heating was turned off in all buildings by the local municipality and there was nothing they could do. However, I think the host could have provided help with making the AC work, as I am sure it would have a 'heating' option.

• Alexander (9/5): very pleasant stay - The apartment is indeed quiet (you can’t avoid the odd motorcycle in the streets even at night) and has a good location w.r.t. Polytechnic Univ. but also to central Milan (metro within 15min footwalk) There are good trattorias / pizzarias as well as a small supermarket in the neighbourhood. The apartment looks as in the photos, there is only a small table in the kitchen, no other workplace. The terrace is very sunny/hot during the day. A two-seater + 2 easy chairs + cushions are available. Picking up the keys and leaving the apartment at the end proved no hassle but you have to pick up the keys near Central FS. I was given a welcome bag containing toilet paper, soap, and coffee for the start. If you want to do something serious in the kitchen bring your own cleaning equipment. The rental company does not provide any kitchen towels, etc (I asked). The terrace is not very inviting, no green bushes, no permanent shade. There was an old, worn parasol.
• Gizmo (8/5): Excellent - Very clean and had a nice view and balcony. The location was a bit far out from the city centre. There was not enough pillows.
• Lucy (4/5): Would not recommend, poor service and dirty facilities. - Close to the metro, good supermarkets within walking distance. We had to go out of our way to collect the keys (40 min walk from the apartment), or pay £15 to meet them at the property. We had paid for a service and expected to receive it, yet we could not even get into the property without either having to pay extra or go an hour out of our way to get the keys. The bed wasn’t made when we arrived and there were also no towels, they had to come and finish the room whilst we were there. The floors were extremely dirty and there was a lot of dust under the bed and in the bathroom. We had to vacuum the apartment ourselves to make it clean. At least there was a vacuum. Bowls, cups and cutlery were dirty and had to be washed before using.
