Tanto os quartos quanto as áreas comuns são muito confortáveis e atendem bem às necessidades para hospedagens mais longas. No entanto, um ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o encanamento do quarto. Em alguns momentos, havia um cheiro forte que parecia vir do sistema de esgoto.
