• Noreen (10/5): Perfect & Private - We went as a group of 5 and we all loved the villa!! We were welcomed so nicely by both Luana and Tarek. The house manager Tarek was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs, also very responsive, literally a phone call away. The villa itself is amazing, looks even better in real life than the pictures, very clean, nice big pool, even has a big speaker for music too. It’s also completely private, we picked this place as we wear hijabs and wanted complete privacy at the pool and this place was perfect for that! The villa is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, we went diving there and I’d definitely recommend, it’s also close to everything else in Sharm, approximately a 20 min drive from the old market etc. And Tarek was very helpful in providing us with transport whenever we needed it and connecting us to all the right people. The housekeeper and Mustafa were also lovely and very helpful. We are all very happy with our stay and can gladly say we made the right choice with this booking! Nothing!
• Leroy (7/5): Fantastic stay at a wonderful villa with spectacular views. - Wonderful spacious villa with spectacular views. Owner was very responsive and helpful. On site helper was brilliant. 1. Problems developed with WiFi. Owner attempted to resolve - but unable to in time. 2. Local rep struggled with UK language which caused a few issues - however very helpful. 3. Check in process did not mention on site helper and housekeeping. Great to have - just would have been helpful to mention. 4. One of showers didn’t function properly but two other showers meant this didn’t spoil the stay at all.
• Hussein (10/5): Amazing Villa - The place was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you’d expect for a perfect beach-resort vacation. The villa’s quality was excellent throughout. The host manager, Tarek, was very friendly and helpful. There was also a caretaker named Moustafa, who lives right next to the villa and can assist with any interior needs if required. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Sheraton Resort was a bit outdated but we couldnt care less with that villa

• majeed (9/5): We had a great time! - The view was very nice, the Villa is so clean and comfortable for a family, a-lot of space and great view balconies and the view in the pool area is great! the kitchen was fully equipped. the host Tarek was extra super nice and helpful and always offered help and information. Mustafa was also so helpful and always available for anything we need it would be very nice to have a coffe machine

I had an autistic child and he made friends with him straight away and helped with him. The villa was clean the pool was clean. The view is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. • Hesham (8/5): Very good - Location was good. there is no breakfast included in this reservation. Our host Tarek was incredible and very helpful indeed. The fact that the TV was quite old and very small compared to the space where it was located and that there was no proper varieties for channels except Hot bird which was not suitable for my family. There should be other channels available for different types of guests. The beach is quite far from the villa and not easily accessible so maybe won't be best option for old aged guests.

The swimming pool was cleaned daily, and we had a maid who looked after us in every way and helped around the Villa. We were with our 2 little girls, 7 years old and 2 years old. Tarek was amazing as he catered to anything we needed at any time. He became our go-to person and showed us around iconic places to visit and eat. Luana has truly made our first visit to Egypt and magical one with all the thought out details . We went to our local beach every day to snorkel. We can't say enough about the staff! The location to the beach and resort amenities was great. We loved the Dive shop on the beach as well. We also enjoyed the quiet backyard with the pool. It was very relaxing. The Sheraton resort was under a lot of renovation and construction it appeared. There was a lot of space that was not being used anymore and the resort property was dated. The villa was very large and nice, but also a bit dated.

Our family had an amazing vacation living in this spacious tastefully decorated home with a beautiful garden and a perfectly clean swimming pool overlooking the sea and the gorgeous beaches. The online manager of the villa Luana is extremely welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The on-site manager Tarek and his assistant Antonio are simply the best, - solved any issues that we had and guided us through all aspects of our stay in such a way that we already want to plan another holiday there! Thank you Sharm and Charme team for making our stay so wonderful! -

The house Manager is amazing helps with everything from small to big requests . Thank you Tarek for the amazing service Property needs alot of maintenance in terms of electricity problems . Light fixtures are fallen in some areas , door knobs are not in great condition we got locked in the master room bathrom . Water pressure in showers are very poor barely any water get pumped out . Toilet bidet keeps leaking nonstop. Ace units needs major maintenance specially in bedrooms gets really hot .
