• Aida (10/5): Tranquila estancia en Antwerp - Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la zona en en el que esta situado ya que con el tranvía llegas a cualquier parte o andando unos minutos, el barrio es muy agradable y tranquilo y la habitación tenía todo tipo de detalles desde cápsulas para café o galletas hasta platos , vasos , plancha para ropa y , con la calidad precio la verdad es que está súper bien , sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%

• Boróka (10/5): - Super clean accomodation with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was great to go back to after the long days spent in the city. Contrary to the pictures, the toilet does have a door now and there’s a bigger bed. The owner was immediately available, even though we had to check out kind of early (8 am). No complaints :)

Le chauffage fonctionne de temps à autre au point qu’un chauffage d’appoint électrique à bain d’huile s’y trouve. SDB vétuste avec des carrelages manquants, de la moisissure partout sur la porte de la douche, meuble évier bancal avec un tout petit évier (le seul où on doit essayer de faire sa vaisselle). Les 2 chaises de « cuisine » sont prêtés à s’effondrer. Enfin. Contact réel avec le propriétaire INNEXISTANT ET même compliqué par téléphone..

• traveler tdv (1/5): Nieuw bed nodig - Goede ligging, klein maar alles aanwezig. Correcte uitbaters die de problemen met het bed direct hebben begrepen en een volledige refund hebben gedaan. Ik ben niet blijven slapen en heb dezelfde nacht nog een andere slaapgelegenheid gezocht. Het bed had geen matras maar een extreem dunne topper op een lattenbodem waar de bodem van helft van de latten mankeerde. Dus onmogelijk om normaal te slapen. • elie (9/5): Un petit séjour très agréable - Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme. Facile d'accès en voiture et sans problème pour se garer gratuitement. Très proche (en voiture) du musée de sculptures en plein air (que je recommande). Le tramway permet d'aller facilement au centre d'Anvers. Il est très agréable d'avoir du café à volonté (j'en ai bien profité !). Le petit réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes permettent de dépanner, mais le logement n'est pas fait pour cuisiner. C'était très bien ainsi.

• Vladimir (8/5): - Overall, I must say that I was pleased with my stay. I was looking for a budget option for a week's stay in Antwerp, and I got it. The price-quality ratio is at a decent level. The apartments are located just 10-15 minutes by tram from the city center. The area is very quiet and calm, there is no noise during the day, in the evening or at night. Within walking distance (10-15 minutes) there are several supermarkets (Lidl, Albert Heijn, and other stores). The owner is available 24/7. I did not bother him often, but when I did, the response to my requests was always very fast, for which I am grateful. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are also many "compliments" from the owner in the form of free coffee, tea, sweets, cookies, etc. Although this is a small thing, but it is nice. Everything was good. There was a problem with the bed, but it was solved very fast.

• Inayah (10/5): Exceptional - I love everything about this accomodation! Easy access for check in and check out, very near the tram station, also they provide coffee and tea for us to make. The picture is just as the same as the actual room. The host is very kind! They have a coffee shop just next to the building.
• Uğur (9/5): It is nice but can be better. - Having amenities like a coffee machine, tea, and Netflix is a thoughtful touch. It appears larger than it looks, it's adequate for one person. I think adding amenities like disposable slippers and a bottle of water would make it even better.

• Jade (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very accommodating and messaged back almost instantly when we needed something the host brought it very quickly, a cosy studio flat with a lovely spacious shower and the host even offered many added extras which we enjoyed on the colder evenings teas coffees biscuits all provided so much for such a low price highly recommend staying here we will definitely stay again when we're back in Antwerp. Lots of food shops nearby, a very nice bakery and the location is also close to a tram to go into central.

• Van (4/5): The smell spoiled it - The studio is cosy, the communication is easy and friendly, the location is ok... BUT...!!! BUT: the building is old and there is a structural problem with the piping, resulting in a terrible smell of the gutter. It is coming out of every hole, and whatever you do, it keeps coming. Returning after a day, you enter and the smell coming straight from the gutter smashes you in the face. Which made the stay far below expectations, I am very sorry to say. It's probably not the owners fault (it is not due to cleanliness, which was ok), but I wish I had known. That's why I put it here in detail, not as a complain but as a warning.

The apartment is well equipped, the owner pays special attention to details, I didn't miss anything! It is very close to the tram station, with No. 2 can be reached in 20 minutes at the central station! The coffee machine did not work but the owner alerted me to this fact!
• Ykurkin (8/5): Very good - Even though quite small, the apartment is equipped very well. Everything needed for a comfortable short-term stay is provided. Yes, I understand why it is not possible (not enough space), but still: a lavatory door would raise the comfort level to "next to perfect" :)

• Mary (7/5): Good - Beautiful small apartment, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including complimentary coffee, chocolate milk and cookies. Unfortunately there was no bathroom door, instead there was just a curtain.
• No (7/5): Going out in antwerpen - The apartment looks great . One style , very good shower. And even the odor belongs there. To give you a complete dream you are in a far country Maybe a little bit to mutch odor mechanic spraying. And the coffeemachine did not work. Just a small point you can put the spraying thing outside !
