Breakfast expreince was very bad only 2 item he will provide and food quality is not good and they have no Water in washroom after an hour water will be come with very dirty
• Saeeda (8/5): Nice time overall! - I booked two rooms for my family. One of the rooms had a broken geyser so they automatically upgraded it to a bigger room. That bathroom had a broken switch for the shower and the plug was stuck in the tub. Both rooms we needed help working the geysers to get hot water and we had to specifically ask for towels since they weren't present in the bathroom when we arrived. The staff was able to resolve all our issues eventually but I would have rated this hotel even higher if we didn't have issues in the first place. The breakfast selection was small but it was complementary so it was good enough. The location is off a smaller side road but it was easy enough to find if you have GPS. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable so we were happy overall, especially for the price.

• Fathima (2/5): Uncomfortable 2 nights stay - The location was good, many nearby food and shopping options that were within walking distance. The rooms are quite spacious. Our request for extra beds, while confirmed over booking.com chat was not done therefore our party could not be accommodated. Extra bed was repeatedly requested until near midnight a wet mattress was placed on the floor and we were told this is the only available bed. The blankets and bedding provided for this mattress were dirty and dusty. The rooms were very dusty as if the floors hadn’t been cleaned, soap bottles looked old as if they were not replaced in a long time. Towels were worn out and grey in colour from old age. Phone was not connected so to contact reception for anything we had to walk down to lobby. Staff were usually unresponsive to requests despite us asking them multiple times for necessities that were not in our rooms. Hotel staff told us Uber cars will not be available during our train time to transport us to the station and so we need to hire tuks however we noticed they had some agreement with the tuks when they arrived leading us to believe staff are receiving some compensation for sending hotel guests on these tuks as we later realized that Uber cars were easily available at that time.
• Mayooran (6/5): Not worth for money - Hotel was ok but there are so many issues with in such as, having dirty pillows, not enough breakfast and moreover the rooms have full of outside noise. The outside noise always irritate and having disturbance in whole day. The breakfast was not enough and they had only limited items such as only bread and paroto and no curries.

After multiple messages of me requesting their banking details, there was no response for a week, only for my booking to be canceled the day before. When I show up the hotel, I was offered an inferior room by the front desk, for the same rate. After refusing I was taken to another hotel, at the supposed equivalent level, only for that hotel to be vastly inferior, for the same rate. They are effectively running a scam on foreigners. So I left and booked another hotel.
• Debnath (3/5): Will not recommend it - Rooms looked just like the pictures in the site. Food was highly priced and breakfast menu was very basic even eggs were charged separately. The staff at the buffet was not courteous on the first day. On the second day of stay there was no water to bathe. When informed the water supply was restored which was yellowish and not suitable to take a bath.

• Tomasz (2/5): Not recommending it to anyone - The hotel looked really nice There are many things: 1) We booked the hotel on booking with no prepayment option. I sent a massage with the hotel that I will arrive at 10pm. At 7pm (when I was already in the train from Waranasi to Agra with limited access) I got an email from the hotel that they cancelled my booking (they did it in their system, not on booking itself). I spent many hours in stress and worry trying to solve it. Only after intervention with Global Treebo Group via messenger they found a room for us… really bad experience. I didn’t even hear sorry when I arrived to the hotel. 2) hotel did not accept credit cards even though they should have - and I understand sometimes something breaks but then you should at least have change or understanding that we might not be able to pay right away. First of all they were really pushy with payment when we arrived after 10pm - we arrived stressed, worried, tired and they tell us we have to pay with cash right now because their card payment is not working. I convinced them that we will pay tomorrow. During check out they did not have any change so we had to leave them more than 70 inr extra because they could not give us change back… 3) google maps is pointing to the wrong location 4) staff did not speak English - it was really difficult annoying and confusing at many moments 5) check in experience was really bad. Our room got just cleaned with some smelly things. We did not get: shower gel, towels, kettle, remote to tv and our phone to the reception was without battery… 6) elevator - omg - they have really (REALLY) loud music in it that is so annoying during night! we thought it was an alarm of someone, but no, it was their elevator… 7) breakfast was quite poor - no information about what is there, staff did not speak in English (they did not even understand question about availability of coffee) 8) Noise, loudness - this is also something supper annoying. We were able to hear everything from other rooms.

No breakfast served on 1st day though it is reminded multiple times to keep breakfast ready by 730am ..it wasn’t ready even by 8am, left the place without breakfast as it was getting late for site tour.. next day served only limited item.. staff is polite in saying sorry for this mistake

No toiletry kit (No brush etc etc) was provided, only 1₹ Cheap shampoo and 2 soap were provided. 3. There was no bucket provided in bathroom and also the shower didn’t have any force.
