• Robert Robayo G (9/5): - Excelente, mis padres viajaron no yo , pero ellos llegaron muy satisfechos, les encantó el hotel, disfrutaron! Descansaron, muy accesible y seguro con buenos espacios y habitaciones.

• Carolina (1/5): No fue agradable - El portón Al llegar la recepcionista descortés poca empatía se le veía algo enojada, los desayunos sirven poco, la señora literalmente te cuenta el número de trozos de piña que te puedes comer , se nota que les da rabia cuando pides que te sirvan una ración mejor, en cuanto a las habitaciones el control malo del TV , la señal muy mala de wifi. Nunca saludan al llegar al lobby, el Tinto es como viejo de mal sabor , la verdad muy mala expenciencia para el Precio y la categoría del hotel

La Atencion del personal tanto de recepcion como de restaurante no fue la mejor, la llegada fue fatal la Señora de recepcion super borde, tienes la sensacion que el cliente no le importa. Dure una hora para hacer el check in, me toco contactar con el servicio de Boking para que me ayudaran porque era domingo y no tenian servicio de personal en reservas, algo que no entendi. Igaulamente fue en el restaurante llegamos a desayunar y era como la mili, el Buffet pero no puedes comer lo quieras, puedes solo una vez, por ejemplo si tomas cafe no puedes chocolate, un pequeño ejemplo. Pero pudimos observar que llegaba personal que trabaja alli y los atendian mejor que a los huespedes algo que me sorprendio. La prioridad es el Cliente eso no aplica.
• cortes trujillo (8/5): - Ubicación Limpieza Precio Desayuno muy limitado y poca variedad Deberian dar 1 llave por persona Arreglo de baranda a la entrada No decir mentiras a la hora del check in, dicen que la habitacion no está limpia y que no hay disponiblidad, trabajo en el sector hotelero y sé que es mentira, simplemente digan la verdad, que por check in no se puede entregar la habitacion temprano . El check in es demasiado tarde, se pierde medio día de disfrute y de descanso

• Daniel (1/5): Vorsicht Touristenatrappe, eine Abzocke für Ausländische Touristen - Die Lage. Das Hotel toleriert einheimischen Gästen viel Freiheit. Vorsicht Touristenatrappe! Mir wurde ein Raucherzimmer gegeben. Beschwerden von mir und Booking wurden ignoriert. Es wurde lediglich die Klimaanlage mit Parfüm besprüht. Es gab noch weitere teils sehr freche Unannehmlichkeiten aber wenn selbst Bookings Kontaktversuche vom Hotel ignoriert werden, ist man als Kunde machtlos. Leider hat mich Booking irgendwann hängengelassen und nichts weiter unternommen

• Higino (9/5): Lovely affordable place - The location is very convinient and the rooftop pool and view is lovely! I had to pay full price breakfast for a 2 and 3 years old! Even if they want to have their own waffle and a scoop of eggs

• Mariana (8/5): Overall met the expectations. - Our check-in time was at 3pm but the hotel allowed us to use the pool while waiting. Staff was very kind and the beach was 5 min away from the hotel. It would have been nice if the hotel let us take breakfast or lunch since we arrived too early and the check-in was at 3pm. (It's not like they don't waste food after every meal) but it's not the staff's fault. The pool was a little bit dirty.

• Jairo (5/5): Average - Decent rooms, location close to shops and restaurants also to rodadero beach We couldn’t use the pool because it was under repair during all our stay and basically that was the reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast was very basic and very short with options. I wouldn’t give 4 stars to this property.
• Jose (9/5): Good value and above average service near the beach in thr Rodadero area. - The hotel is modern and a good value. Beach is at a walkable distance (3 blocks), the location is far enough from the noise and hassle of beach properties. The pool in the ninth floor is nice and well maintained, yet small. It may get too crowded on busy days. AC units in the rooms can run as cold as needed, if not, call the front desk, you may be running it on the wrong settings (it happened to me the first night). Plenty of dining options around the hotel, the restaurant is next to the pool and you can opt for some lunches or dinners at the restaurant as well. The rating for the hotel is fair. Some smaller issues, service is good and most employees are great, only at times you notice some reluctance or reactiveness. Nothing too bad, more of typical for beach hotels. The beds are very noisy for some reason. Rooms are modern and comfortable but don’t expect all the amenities of American chains.
• Ivonne (5/5): Regular - The location The check-in process is old school all manual paper work and excessive signatures, use of bracelets, towels are very old not replace when they get thinner and need more softener, coffee not good and drinks for breakfast too sweet, not options with no sugar. Missed to left toilet paper and paper towels.
