• Deborah (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our winter break. We will be returning! - The property was perfectly located for a walk into Teguise and for touring the island. It was really well equipped and comfortable. It was unique and quirky. The Cesar Manrique influence was strong, the grounds were beautiful. Information book or app-with a few expectations from the owner; where to take the bins, wifi password etc.

• Maria (8/5): Heerlijke week in een bijzonder appartement. - Het appartement is gebouwd in een voormalige cisterne en is daardoor echt heel speciaal. Voor twee personen is het ruim. Achter het aanrecht zit geen tegelwandje maar een open ruimte met lavasteentjes en planten! Ook de tuin is erg leuk, al hebben we daar in januari niet gezeten, maar het is leuk thuiskomen. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De badkamer met wc is erg krap. Na een flinke regenbui had het een beetje gelekt (druppels) langs het lichtvenster in het plafond.

• Laurent (8/5): Malgré les critiques précédentes ce lieu calme demeure très séduisant - À la sortie de Teguise, qui est ss conteste la plus belle ville De Lanzarote La villa est très originale et son architecture représente assez l’esprit de Manrique : aménagement int, couleurs, décors, jardin, piscine… Attention, la villa n’est pas visible depuis la rue et ne cherchez ni le No de l’adresse (qui n’existe pas !), ni le moindre panneau nominatif : faire preuve de patience ou attendre que le propriétaire veuille bien vous aider … Pour le reste, l’accueil et les informations sont assez limitées !

• Cantonat (6/5): Entre Manrique et typique, avec zero service. - Endroit superbe, dans le style Manrique pour l’extérieur. Le studio est un ancien réservoir d'eau probablement et a l'origine décoré avec gout . La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée, même si le lave linge prévu était absent. Aucune indication ou fléchage pour trouver l'endroit. Heureusement que la femme de ménage n'avais pas fini de nettoyer a 15h, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir les clefs une fois qu'elle a eu fini; L’extérieur: deux pigeons habitent a proximité et laissent tous le jour leurs fientes sur les coussins des fauteuils, sur la table, etc... l'entretien n'est pas fait sur la terrasse, et les crottes laissées. La piscine n'est pas nettoyée. Intérieur: Comme pour l’extérieur, un manque d'entretien général, pas de mode d'emploi pour le micro-onde il faut trouver soi même l'astuce des prises. La salle de bain est petite. La cabine est minuscule, fuit et inonde la salle de d'eau a chaque douche. Pas de réponse a un mail. Les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées de la semaine. Personne a la sortie, on a laissé les clefs sur la porte... Attention: Les voutes en suspension peuvent être angoissantes pour certains.

• Marco (9/5): Beautiful stay in beautiful house - The design of the apartment and the outside landscaping are superb. Inside, living is overall comfortable, with good equipment. I also liked the location, on the edge of beautiful Teguise, with great views from the entrance to the complex and great peace and tranquility. There is a very tiny "swimming pool", shared with the other apartment, for relaxation. One unavoidable aspect of houses like this in Lanzarote, obtained from a water tank, is a certain dampness. I had the same experience last year in a similar construction. Anyway, a dehumidifier is provided, and the weather is such that you can keep air circulation through open windows for most of the day on most days even in Winter. Shower cubicle a little tiny.
