• john (9/5): Great Villa 10 minute walk to the harbour front - Bedrooms all very good 4 very good bathrooms and the hotel put us an extra bed in the rooms too which was appreciated. Great communication Pool was clean and tidy There is no bbq which is a shame for a big group

• Yannick (8/5): Schön und gut gepflegt, jedoch schlechtes W-Lan - Das Personal war freundlich und nett. Mit der Villa kommt auch die Nutzung der Hoteleinrichtung dazu, somit konnte auch der Wellnessbereich mit genutzt werden. An der Poolbar gibt es auch sehr leckeres essen. Jeder musste sich jeder selber mit dem Handy registrieren und dabei alle Persönlichen angaben machen. Persönlich fand ich es übertrieben, da sie doch di Kontaktdaten der Person haben welche die Buchung getätigt hat. Die Villa hat leider auch ein paar bauliche Mängel und das W-Lan funktionierte im Haus nur sehr schlecht.

• Caroline (8/5): Overall, great ! - Villa Pens was a great location to rent for a group of 10 friends. We felt loads of privacy from the hotel and felt like home. The good point is that cleanliness is taking care of by the hotel staff. A supermarket is closed by and the area is super safe and 20 mins away by foot from the city center. Lucia was really available before our stay through messages. We only had to go back for towels and some important things from the kitchen (such as sponge, tea towels, bottle opener, etc.) and I feel these basics should be provided. The swimming pool is not heated. I will recommend Villa Pens for a stay, but I find it too pricey for Palma still.

• Adam (9/5): Huge villa perfect for big groups in a great location - Easy to collect the keys. The hosts then leave you to it unless you need them. No fuss and a very easy transaction. The villa including outside areas is huge! The pictures actually dont do it justice. Awesome for a big group of friends. Loads of big communal spaces inside and out. Also close to the bars, restaurants, clubs. A BBQ facility would have topped it off. Also more then one set of keys.
• Nina (8/5): Nice vacation spot - Really nice property - rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and outdoor space were beautiful. The villa uses the hotel next door for some services which is helpful and convenient. It is a short walk to the waterfront and about 25-30 minutes to the city center. It is pretty inconvenient that there is only one set of keys provided, especially when you're traveling with a large group. There is one main gate to enter that is operated by a fob and we couldn't figure out how to open the gate without the fob from the inside of the house, which made only having one set of keys even more inconvenient. It would be really, really helpful if there were instructions for basic things like this provided. Also, the WiFi did not work during our whole stay. We told the hotel staff and they did come look at it and try to fix it, but it was never fixed.

• Steph (8/5): Fantastic location, perfect for a short holiday. - Location was fantastic, lots of shops bars and cafes near by. There is a big supermarket round the back of the villa which was easily accessible, you can pop in to the hotel to order taxis or if you had any issues. The villa itself was better than I thought it would be. Very basic in terms of what was available in the kitchen - salt, sugar, bottle openers, corkscrew, washing up liquid, surface spray etc. Nothing was included but a few dish washer tablets. It was easy to contact the hotel and get things or just go to the shop. If we had any issues with the villa the staff were good in responding and resolving if they could. The pool was lovely, really nice and warm the trees surrounding do drop on the pool throughout the day but it was easy to service ourselves. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread across 2 floors, 2 outside areas with a table and one big dinning/ living room, separate kitchen and utility. One toilet didn't work and we couldn't get this fixed each time we spoke to the hotel which was frustrating. One room didn't have aircon and one aircon didn't work - this was fixed eventually. Felt like just leaving a surface spray or washing up liquid would have been a good basic. There was dishwasher tablets but to have some more basics would have been appreciated. A lot of other reviews talked about only have one set of keys - yes it is annoying however what was more annoying was the three locks to get in to the front door and some times it locked itself from the inside which was very confusing. We often just went in one of the side doors instead. Also didn't feel like we know what we were doing with the bins which resulted in just lots of bags being used and left where we felt was the most appropriate - more info on check in for that would have been better. Also the shower in the ensuite would flood a little on the floor and this was a little dangerous considering the hard floor should we have slipped. However on requesting more towels the hotel did provide straight away.
