- Benjamin (1/5): Beautiful property, horrible stay - Very well designed unit, lots of space and very clean. Neighbourhood was noisier than expected, some building works and a neighbour working on a motorcycle for several hours. The worst aspect of the stay was being forced to leave the property at 730am on a Monday for several hours for a "mandatory fire safety inspection." We were told this would be a short inspection and that we could be present for it. Instead we had to leave and wait 2.5 hours before being let back in. This was followed by another service person needing access for another hour to test/replace smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Ruined the stay. When we complained to the agent, the owner accepted responsibility and offered us two nights free accommodation. I advised that we would accept that, but couldn't extend this stay due to work commitments. This was acknowledged. After checkout, they advised via email that the offer was a "once off" and as we had now checked out, it was retracted. Booking.com got involved, but the owner refused to honour their offer. Horrible experience. My wife and daughter are neurodiverse and took several days to recover from what felt like an invasion of privacy during an expensive holiday. The disrespect we encountered was appalling. Shameful. They turned a 5 star experience into a traumatic stay.

- Amanda (9/5): Excellent location - Just a few very small things no shampoo was provided and very strict with no makeup on white linen so just need to keep that in mind
Otherwise everything else was absolutely fabulous
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb - Lovely furnishings. Great location only a 5 minute walk to town. Can be a bit hot upstairs in the bedrooms (other than main bedroom) in summer as these rooms aren't air conditioned. But has ceiling fans and pedestal fan if needed
