On the very first day I couldn't open the gate door (I wasn't aware of two gates with the same number) - after my phone call I just waited 10 min. for their assistance. There's a possibility to leave luggage at the office. TV with Netflix and other offers. The location is just behind the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (highly recommended) but there's no food store and just one bar on the spot. A typical problem in Madrid with adjusting shower temperature.
