• Paula (1/5): Be careful, as this house may be Clickbait - We had already paid, checked in and paid the fees, when, 24 hours before we were due to check in, they contacted us to say that there was a problem with the accommodation. They offered us accommodation that was twice as far from the centre. We had to accept because we didn't have the time or money to change our plans. We have proof that the accommodation we originally chose (Casa da Suite Inventa) was ten times more expensive on the dates before and after our stay. So was there really a problem with the accommodation? In addition, the accommodation we had chosen had shops nearby (restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy), while the other had nothing around it to make our lives easier. It also had two bedrooms and a living room, and they wanted to give us a one-bedroom, one-living room flat for four people who are not couples. We insisted and finally they gave us two flats so we could have two bedrooms and two beds in the living room. The accommodation they offered us (Casa da Suite Mirabello) is at this address (10 Via Padre Reginaldo Giuliani). Draw your own conclusions. Be careful, as this house may be Clickbait
• Vera Pérez (8/5): Muy buena - La ubicación muy bien, se llegaba al centro con un paseo de 30/40 min y tambien estaba muy bien conectado con transporte publico. Estacion de tren cercana y supermercados cercanos Nada
• FarisHAK (10/5): - The apartment is very comfy and spacious for a party of 6 people. We cooked meals for 6 people with sufficient utensils. Quite a walk to the nearest metro. There is also a 24 hours Carrefour supermarket 2 blocks away. The method of locking the front door is quite tricky to understand, but can be used by all people. The heating was either very weak or it was turned on late.

• Stefanomark (1/5): Pessima esperienza - Nulla,solamente la posizione,abbastanza comoda per raggiungere la metro più vicina,circa 10 minuti a piedi Pulizia inesistente,oggetti pericolanti,rischiosi soprattutto per bambini,assistenza con staff della struttura scarsissimo,hanno risposto alla mia telefonata dopo un'ora di attesa sotto il portone. Acqua corrente scarsissima, perdipiù fredda. Muffa all'interno del bagno,al di sopra del box doccia ed all'interno dello stesso. Cicche di sigaretta sparse sul balconcino. Pezzi del pavimento in parquet mancanti. In poche parole,assolutamente da evitare.

• Vanderleia Aparecida (8/5): Casa bem equipada, muito limpa. - Gosto muito de ficar nessa casa, ela é grande, com dois quartos, banheiro grande também. Localização boa, próximo a restaurantes, supermercado, cafés, comboio. Muito bem limpa e arejada. O colchão do quarto principal está gasto, desconfortável para dormir, faz muito barulho e é mole demais, o outro quarto é menor, mas o colchão é ótimo.

• viviane (7/5): Très bon séjour à refaire - L’appartement était spacieux La porte du placard d’entrée était enlevée La porte de salle de bain on ne pouvait pas fermé à clé serrure cassée La serrure de la porte d’entrée était cassée de l’intérieur Avec la barrière de la langue nous avions dû mal à comprendre l’ouverture de l’appartement Une fois compris tout allait bien Dommage que vous ne l’aviez pas signalé au départ car j’aurais noté 2 téléphones car si j’avais eu un problème avec mon téléphone nous étions fermés à l’extérieur Voir aussi le problème des prises pour brancher le micro ondes obligé de débranché le frigo

• Mary (3/5): Not booking this again. - The location. -Someone opened the Apartment at 6:30 am on the last day of our stay (check out is 10:00am) which scared us all and the babies also because we are all still sleeping. They opened the door, realized somebody is inside and awake because the babies cried then closes the door. Nobody from the hosts told us what happened nor apologized for the inconvenience and panic it brought to us. - nobody answers your email or and answers the phone call once in a bluemoon - we requested electric fans because the other room has no aircon and it was a hot weather, but nobody replied to our email or even called us back. - no paper towels on the kitchen
• Wiktor (8/5): Great! - The accommodation worked perfectly for us two exchange students. Large living spaces, two bedrooms and proximity to central Milan by tram or subway. Excellent customer service made our stay even better. The floors were a bit dirty and the drain occasionally smelled in the bathroom.
• Precious (1/5): Uncomfortable - Just the location of the apartment. The apartment wasn't comfortable at all. The air conditioner was just in 1 room, the other rooms were so hot to sleep in, the whole apartment were so hot and full of mosquitos. We tried calling the staff to complain, but there was no reply from them. We paid for cleaning fees, but nobody came to clean the apartment throughout the 11 days we stayed, and there wasn't any equipment to clean.
