• Mazzi Maciel (8/5): Boa no geral - Gostei de tudo no geral tem algumas melhorias q poderiam fazer, localização boa mas de noite vazio. Acho q faltaram taças ou copos de vidro tmb, o box q não fechava direito e molhava tudo e a troca de toalha não era tão fácil, e não tinha serviço de arrumação de quarto q achei q tivesse .
• Swirsky (8/5): Perfect location in the historic centre - The bed was very comfortable!! The property was nicely renovated and clean, also with excellent AC. The tv has Netflix, YouTube and other streaming platforms. The kitchen was just enough with a fridge, microwave, panini press, hotplate and dishes. The balcony is a nice touch but our room had a view of the rooftops next to us, which aren’t very pretty

• Pedro (8/5): Boa opcao para dormir em Cartagena. - Localização, cama muito boa e instruções fáceis para chegar. Tudo foi bem. Sei que nao é obrigação, mas poderia ao menos ter uma água para beber.

O banheiro é muito bom... A cama é enorme e excelente.... o acesso ao quarto é por uma escada bem íngreme.... Com malas fica bem difícil ir para o quarto... quem tiver problemas de locomoção também ficará muito dificil....

• Isabelle (9/5): Geräumig, bequem, modern - Großer Raum, sehr bequemes Bett, sauber, gute Klimaanlage, optional gute Waschmaschine mit Trockner Dusche ist ein bisschen übergelaufen, nachts etwas Lärm aus anderen Wohnungen (Ohrstöpsel sind hilfreich), trotzdem haben wir gut geschlafen
• Rafael Luiz Melo de Almeida (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Cama de casal muito grande (super king), ar condicionado ótimo. Apto renovado e com todos utensílios necessários. Comunicação rápida e eficiente com o anfitrião. Tivemos alguns problemas com o chuveiro. Porém sempre rapidamente o conserto era acionado. No interior do mesmo apto possui alguns degraus de ir para um quarto ao banheiro e depois para sala. É necessário ter muito cuidado. Escadarias grandes para acessar o apto. Não é bom para pessoas com pouca mobilidade. O restante foi ótimo.

• Paula (10/5): Allotjament ideal a Cartagena, oasis de tranquilitat - El millor de tot és l’ubicació, al cor de la ciutat, a 5-10 min a peu de tots els llocs principals. Està súper nou i ben cuidat, fins l’ultim detall. La dutxa té xampú, acondicionador i sabó. Té aire acondicionat i TV amb internet. És molt ampli l’apartament i el llit és extra-gran. Ens van deixar utilitzar la rentadora i la secadora de manera gratuita, només vam haver de comprar el sabó. L’ama de casa va ser súper amable i atenta en tot moment. Res. Estava tot bé. Només comentar que la pica perdis una mica d’aigua i es mullaven els objectes del marbre del moble del lavabo.

• Sinead (10/5): Amazing find - Everything, I had read the other reviews and expected that it would be nice, but it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is beautiful, very modern, absolutely spotless clean with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom and the kitchen has everything you'd need. The balcony is great if you want to sit out and watch the world go by. I cannot say enough about the customer service. There was always someone at the other end of the phone, even when I locked myself out of the safe, they were able to send a very nice gentleman over to fix it at 9pm. And the lady that does the cleaning is so kind and always had a big smile when I bumped into her in the corridor. The location is amazing, the street is somehow very quiet at night (while still being safe), so you can sleep without disturbances. The area itself is very central, well lit and safe with a supermarket and lovely clothes shops right beside it.

Jesica quien es la administradora, muy amables y con excelente capacidad de solucionar pedidos, Además estuvo muy atenta a cada instante de mi viaje. También destaco el apoyo de la Sra. Elsy con el apoyo para el encargo de las mochilas, fue de gran ayuda y nos guió para ir al super. Muy amable y eficiente en su trabajo. La limpieza y orden de la habitación, era como un estudio con cocina, refrigerados, microondas, gran TV y un lindo balcón. La zona es muy comercial, tienes un super a 40 metros para comprar alimentos. Lo disfrutamos! en la noche es una calle solitaria. sin embargo no pasó nada malo.

• Jéssica (9/5): Studio muito aconchegante, dentro da cidade muralhada, ótima localização, limpo, completo, água do chuveiro quente e mui - O studio é confortável e uma graça, bem bonito, limpo e aconchegante e mesmo estando no centro da cidade muralhada não ouvi barulho nenhum. As escadas para subir eram enormes e inclinadas e com malas de viagem é bem ruim pra subir, para quem tem dificuldade com escadas, alguma deficiência, ou problemas para carregar malas eu não aconselharia.

La posizione è sicura, super comoda per raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse di Cartagena (Centro Storico e Getsemaní). Anche il porto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata poco più lunga (circa 15 minuti). È presente un supermercato a pochi minuti a piedi. Negozi e ristoranti nei dintorni non mancano.

• Maria Campos (10/5): Excelente acomodação! - De La Cruz fica a poucos metros de todo o centro a ser explorado. Todos os bons restaurantes podem ser visitados a pé, assim como todo o centro histórico, museus, igrejas e até Getsemani. Destaque para a acomodação quanto a ser moderna, confortável e com itens de muito bom gosto, desde a louça até os itens de banho. Acomodação, sem dúvida, diferenciada! Houve uma falta de energia no bairro ( San Diego) no último dia em que estivemos lá. Inclusive nesse ponto destaco positivamente o pronto atendimento da equipe de suporte aos hóspedes que disponibilizou o uso de outra acomodação próxima para qualquer necessidade de banho ou mesmo por conta do calor.

Bed was comfortable and I left safe with having a few doors to go through before reaching our apartment. Water was lukewarm at best and the water from the bathroom sink had a strong smell.
• Sarah (8/5): Nice place; horrible check in experience. - Location was great. It was very quiet. Two flights of stairs, so be ready to carry your bags up. The registration and payment of this place took an extremely long time to complete and was the >worst< in my years of using Booking.com. Photos of passports need to be sent, etc. These instructions are buried 20 paragraphs down from all the rules and MUST be completed before arrival (be sure you have good connectivity for all this). Granted, we should have paid more attention, but the Host MUST post these instructions at the very top of the page!! Payment was difficult with the provided app. NO Wifi instructions in room.
