Georgina (10/5): Stunning sea views - We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment in Valencia. The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was spotless and very well maintained. The host was great and made sure everything we needed was available. The apartment is super well equipped and perfectly located, with easy access to plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely stay again!
JORGE (10/5): Sencillamente espectacular. - Absolutamente todo. Creemos que es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado en toda nuestra vida, y eso que hemos viajado muchísimo. Muy limpio, enorme (mucho más grande de lo que parece en las fotos), con una terraza espectacular, justo delante de la playa. ¡Es que lo tenía todo! Los muebles son nuevos y el apartamento está equipado con todo lo imprescindible. Joan fue muy atento en todo momento, ¡hasta nos recibió con una botella de vino! Además nos dejó unas instrucciones muy claras de como acceder al apartamento. Me extraña que el apartamento no tenga una nota de 10. La relación calidad precio es insuperable.

Laura (10/5): Traumhafter Ausblick - Der Balkon und die Aussicht war top. Direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir waren zu dritt und eine Person musste auf der couch schlafen. Die couch war OK. Allerdings in der Nacht war der Kanalgeruch von der Küche sehr streng. War trotzdem sehr schön. Wäre das Geruch in der Nacht nicht gewesen, wäre es perfekt.
ANA BELEN (9/5): Muuuy recomendable - Sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza y ubicación. Es un apartamento maravilloso. Volvería sin dudarlo. Había un fuerte olor a desagüe que resultaba muy poco agradable. Se lo dijimos al dueño y se comprometió a solucionarlo. Si llevas mucho equipaje o van personas mayores, hay que tener en cuenta que se tienen que subir unos 20 escalones.

Waking up to the ocean each day was magnificent! - The terrace facing the sea was really nice but could use a refresh on the cushions for the patio seating. It was very convenient having a washer. There seemed to be a bad smell in the kitchen at times, a sewer smell. It would have helped if the vent over the kitchen burners was working.

Dr Koura (10/5): Amazing - All about the apartment is excellent, beach front large terrace with amazing sunrise moments and all day beach view. I must return once a day. It is not a dislike, it is just a note. The door of the building is with the same common entrance with hauls restaurant.

Très propre, bien équipé et très confortable Serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, parasol Petites attentions à l'arrivée : bouteille de vin, bouteille d'eau Pas de places de parking gratuites car des individus placent les voitures et font payer... Nous avons rajouté un abonnement de 7 jours dans un parking souterrain soit 115€ Pas de wifi le matin du départ ???

Beverly (10/5): Exceptional - Prime location with great views and access to the beach. There are several steps up to the unit but worth the climb. Also excellent restaurants and walking boulevard outside the apartment and easy to get into Valencia city center. Wish we could have stayed longer!
