• Bosquez (10/5): Perfect, safe location for walking anywhere. Everything is within a short walk. We loved it!! - We could not have been happier with our accommodations for our family of 8. Three separate bed and bath areas, plus of bed, and the location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Emmanuel met us to give us our keys and show us around, as well as provide referrals for restaurants and coffee shops. Great response from the managing office for whatever we needed or questions we had. Extremely safe location - police are situated right outside the lobby door and we felt safe walking day or night. We will definitely be back! Only 2 things that did not really impact our stay at all: shower drains were slow, however management sent someone out right away to fix it. Secondly, although stated in the description, there is no dryer (only a washer). We made do with the drying rack, but a dryer would have been great to wash our clothes and towels.

• Claire (10/5): Will book it again when I visit Rome next time. - Location is THE BEST. 1 Min WALK from Pantheon. Easy access to everywhere. It's such a great location. So many restaurants nearby. It's great for a big family. We all LOVED it. wifi is weak in the bedrooms, great wifi in the living room area... But phone service is generally weak in Rome...Not a big deal.
• Joana (9/5): Superb - Loved the location, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed Some windows did not close completely and there was some noise from the street. There wasn't an option to store our luggage for a few hours after leaving which meant an extra cost, but there were places around for that.

• Joanne (9/5): Fabulous location in a very spacious and beautiful appartment , but take ear plugs for the front bedroom ! - Fantastic location in central Rome right next to the Pantheon with lots of lovely restaurants, shops, supermarkets in easy walking distance. Spacious flat with beautiful high ceilings which easily accommodated a family of 5. Beds were comfortable and clean and all the rooms were en-suite with nice toiletries , towels and a hair dryer. Apartment felt very safe and secure. Lovely neighbourhood. Check in was very straightforward with good communication.Agent that met us at the property was lovely / so very welcoming and with lots of helpful recommendations which we really appreciated. The noise from the street in the front bedroom was really loud and consistent throughout the night . Made sleeping very difficult which was a shame as the flat was really great otherwise, and appreciate there isn’t anything the owners can do - the windows were good and clearly expensive. Would recommend another sofa or comfy seats in the living space or even bean bags - one sofa which can only fit 3 adults ( just!) is not enough for an apartment of this size. Would also recommend some more mugs for the kitchen for the tea drinkers ! There was only one mug.

• Emma (10/5): Amazing location. Tonnes of space, clean, safe and secure. - The apartment & location was amazing, very spacious, very clean & so close to the Pantheon and amazing restaurants. Supermarket 3 mins away and most sights were within walking distance. The lift was really useful for my 80 year old dad. When I return to Rome I will definitely book the apt again. We had a perfect long weekend in Rome. Nothing

• Karen (6/5): Rome was stunning as always, shame property only offered a plastic wine glass and didn’t quite live up to expectations. - Incredible location, very spacious. Wonderful high ceilings. Shutters didn’t close completely so street sound could carry very easily. Lack of soft furnishings so no deadening of sound. Kitchen poorly equipped. No hot water in 1 bathroom, despite running the water for a long time. Would have been nice to relax in sitting area, but bedding for a sofa bed I assume left neatly folded on the sofa and no where to store without it being on the floor.
• Dusko (9/5): Superb - Comfort, furniture, beds, entire appartment is very nice. Location is perfect. In the heart of rome. Quite and no noise. Staff was very supportive. Very nice steam bath. Entrance of the building is not renovate. Cleaning can be improoved.
• Débora (7/5): Good - Location is perfect and the apartment is super spacious. The air-conditioning/heating was great. There is a guard station right by the apartments door. Iflat was not super responsive after the check in. The wine glasses were plastic and the fridge had a bad smell. upon check out the orientation was to take the garbage to a nearby piazza, but it was far away and had no designated trash bins.
• Iryna (10/5): Excellent location, style and comfort. Absolutely loved it. Perfect for 4-7 people - Gorgeous, spacious, clean, fresh. Very comfortable in terms of the floor plan, furniture, a/c, lighting etc. Excellent location by the Panthon, short walk to many attractions and shopping. Great selection of restaurants around. One of the showers didn’t have any shelf to put your toiletries on while taking the shower. But we survived that:) Otherwise, all the bathrooms are very spacious, very well-equipped, with great counter space. The floor corners in the shower could use a little more scrubbing - they were black.

• Melda (10/5): Amazing value for larger families - Amazing beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The street noise outside is obvious price to pay for that, but the windows did well to minimise the noise overnight.

• Shelley (7/5): Great location - Location was great, however you could hear quite a bit of noise late night because it was on a busier street. The beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows and bedding were low quality. We had seven people stay for four days with one day of paper supplies provided. The shower in one of the bathrooms did not work when we arrived so we ended up doubling up on bathrooms.
