• Nikolai (1/5): I do not recommend booking this property - Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to stay at the property I had fully paid for. Before arrival, the host was very responsive and kept sending messages asking me to complete registration forms. However, on the day of check-in, the host completely disappeared. There was no response to messages via the Booking.com chat, WhatsApp, or phone calls. As a result, I was left standing outside without any access instructions, which was extremely stressful and frustrating. Eventually, I managed to rebook another place with the help of Booking.com support, but it took a lot of time and unnecessary effort. The apartment itself looks beautiful in the photos, which makes the situation even more disappointing. It’s a shame that such a property is managed so poorly and by an unreliable host. I would strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation to prevent similar issues.
• Teresa (7/5): Kleine Wohnung, gute Lage, Ausstattung könnte besser sein. - Gute Lage, um schnell beim Prater zu sein, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch nicht weit entfernt, schönes Gebäude, Wohnung neu saniert, perfekt für 2 Personen, Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick, Aufzug für den 7. Stock Die Wohnung war vorher längere Zeit nicht vermietet, leider nicht sauber, sehr verstaubt, Toilette nicht richtig gereinigt, Müll unter dem Sofa, Kissen, Bettdecken und Bettzeug haben gefehlt, Möbel sind sehr einfach, teilweise leider kaputt (Sofa) oder wackelig (Esstisch), auf der Dachterrasse gab es leider nur 2 Stühle, Spühlmaschine brauchte Salz und Klarspüler, es gab nur einen kleinen Topf zum Kochen, Vermieter und Agentur haben zunächst auf unsere Beschwerde nett reagiert, waren dann aber nicht mehr erreichbar. Wir warten weiterhin auf eine Antwort, da man uns finanziell entgegen kommen wollte.
• Miguel (6/5): Gute Lage für die Messe, aber nicht fertig gedacht - Gute Lage für einen Besuch der Messe, grundsätzlich gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wohnung war nicht sauber, Couch versifft, dafür zu teuer. Auch im Stiegenhaus kein Licht, und Zugangscode nicht rechtzeitig erhalten und Vermieter nicht erreichbar.

• Viet (8/5): Zufrieden - - Lage ist wirklich gut. U-Bahn, Messe und Prater nicht sehr weit - Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings mit falschen Kaffeekapseln - War sehr sauber - Etwas veraltete bzw. abgenutzte Möbel - Informationsaustausch war etwas verwirrend. Beschreibung des Schließfaches für die Schlüssel ist nicht ganz eindeutig und die PIN bekamen wir nicht, wie angedeutet, einen Tag vor der Anreise. Kontaktperson für die PIN war bis zu einer Stunde nach der Check-In Zeit von 15:00 Uhr nicht zu erreichen, so dass es zu unnötigem Stress mit dem Booking Customer Service kam.

• Isolda (6/5): - Excellent location for conference centre, nice area. Had dishwasher. Nice bathroom. Too many emails prior to arrival. Unclear how to get in front door of apartment. Wrong pods for coffee machine provided. No baby cot provided.
