En la ducha se salía el agua y se inundaba todo el baño. Nada, el precio es muy alto para la calidad del servicio.

Iryna (3/5): It's a no - Jacuzzi on the terrace It is extremely difficult to get staff's attention. We asked for a hairdryer and it took 24 hours to bring it, after 5 reminders. We asked for an invoice when checked out and it took 40 minutes and 3 different people to deal with. Still the invoice didn't have some info and we asked them to change it over WhatsApp, still no answer, and we checked out 3 weeks ago. Writing to booking.com messages is useless, they never reply there. For check in you need to fill in an online form, where you need to share your personal data, including passport photo, with a third party company. The bathroom has no ceiling so a person in bed will hear everything and feel the smell of everything. Kitchen appliances are extremely outdated. A shelf that serves as a table is shaking and not reliable. The floors were broken into pieces in some places. The mattress is unstable on its bed-base and moves all the time. It's noisy almost 24/7 due to bars and construction next door. The only reason I put a score of 3 not 1 is thanks to a tall guy who was there during our check-in on the first day and was very helpful.

Forcément qui dit emplacement dit un peu bruyant. Un double vitrage pour masquer les bruits de la rue très animée serait appréciable, mais on sait en réservant ici que c'est tout sauf un quartier tranquille.

Jhon (9/5): Con gusto volveré - Esta muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones en implemento van muy acorde a lo registrado en la publicidad del alojamiento. Considero q es muy confortable y privado. Esta es mi tercer visita y volveré con gusto. Falta ubicar un espacio de desechos amplió, considero se debe dotar con canecas que permitan mantener el espacio ordenado y revisar unos detalles de gotera asociado como el aire acondicionado.

La primera noche nos despertaron los gritos de un extranjero que estaba discutiendo por dinero con dos mujeres. La segunda noche dos borrachos intentaron entrar a nuestra habitación. La tercera noche dos mujeres se confundieron de habitación y nos golpearon la puerta por 1 hora. Nos sentimos inseguras, la verdad la experiencia fue terrible. Debería ser un hospedaje mucho más barato. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Javier (1/5): Peor estancia en Colombia - Había agua corriente y una cama. Los de la recepción muy amables. Si tu intención es salir de fiesta toda la noche este hotel/hostal es para ti. Pero si lo que buscas es poder descansar o ir a dormir antes de las 5am buscaría otro sitio. Indignante por el precio pagado. TODA la noche los vecinos con música a tope, chillando entre ellos y con mujeres varias, en recepción y las escaleras gente hablando a todo volumen. Y para mejorar la cosa nuestra ventana no encajaba y no cerraba (aunque tampoco es que fuera insonorizado el lugar…). Las peores noches en Colombia de nuestro viaje sin lugar a duda. Es irónico que al llegar te hagan firmar un papel diciendo que no puedes hacer fiestas, consumir drogas ni traer prostitutas…
