- Souza Campos Costa (1/5): Péssima experiência. - Grande transtorno após fazer a reserva e pagar, só consegui fazer contato com a anfitriã às vésperas da viagem, aí começou toda a decepção: a reserva que eu havia feito, garantida pela plataforma, não estava disponível. Segundo a proprietária da acomodação, o erro foi da Booking. Por mais que eu tentasse, não conseguia contato com a Booking. Nenhum canal disponibilizado funcionava e estávamos em pleno Carnaval. Não gostei de ter sido enganada.
