• Jerry (8/5): Great price and location, cleanliness could be a little bit better, mainly the washing machine but overall it was a plea - Close to the station and Akihabara, lots of great restaurants close by. Washing machine has a little bit of mold. Clothing would be washed but a few black flakes would be visible on the clothing afterwards. Wouldn’t recommend using the provided cookware as the frying pan had most of its paint chipped off.

• Daniele Tarchi (5/5): Appartamento datato e "vecchio" - Struttura vicina due fermate della metropolitana (Akihabara, Asakusabashi). Appartamento spazioso con armadi. Di fronte ad un Family Mart. Struttura datata e mediamente sporca (tappi per le orecchie lasciati, terrazza molto sporca). Appena entrati si sente un cattivo odore, cone di moquette o tappeti sporchi e mai lavati. Nel complesso una struttura vecchia, datata e non accogliente. Molto rumore della strda poiché per niente insonorizzata.
• Aurelia (8/5): Awesome 2 bedroom apartment 15 min from Shibuya by UBER - The apartment faces the street. The Uber driver was so polite and helped us find the entrance. There is no remote control for one of the bedrooms' Air conditioners. Although the living room air conditioner cooled the room pretty well, we could not close the door for privacy. Had we stayed there longer, that would have been an enormous problem. The location is in Akihabara, so my son was super happy. There's a convenience store across the street and a Ramen house as well—about 25 minutes away from Haneda International Airport and 15 minutes to Shibuya.
• Amber (1/5): Don’t stay there - Unfortunately there wasn’t much about this accomodation to like. The apartment was old and smelt like wet dog. Towels were old and crusty/hard. It was dated and extremely over priced for what we paid in comparison to what we paid upon moving after the first night to seek alternate accomodation.

• Maria (7/5): Bra ställe att bo på till priset vi betalade och närhet till två olika tunnelbanestationer som gjorde att vi snabbt kund - Allt vi behövde såsom handdukar, sängkläder, tvättmedel mm fanns. Incheckningen fungerade bra. Bäddsoffan fungerade bra att sova i. Rymliga rum och breda sängar för att vara i Tokyo. Ljudet från gatan och järnvägen hördes in i sovrummet. Lägenheten var något omodern men fräsch och allt fungerade.
• Michael (9/5): Superb - The location was within walking distance of 2 major stations but felt like a quiet retreat from the overall noise. Our interactions with the staff were wonderful. They were always very helpful. Nothing really to mention that we didn't like. I think this was a great solution for our housing needs.
• Evgeniya (4/5): Zero sleep. - The apartment is fantastic and the staff were helpful. The location is great. The walls shake as trains and truck constantly pass by. The hotel provided earplugs but they did nothing to stop the noise from the street. It was like trying to sleep under a bridge. Zero sleep.

• Nicole (8/5): Great location, lots of room, easy access. - The location was fantastic! Close to train station and many restaurants, mini marts and shops. Lots of room in the kitchen area which was great for 6 people to sit and chat and easily accommodated all our luggage. Better than most hotels. Very easy check in and check out. The bedrooms I thought were supposed to fit 6 people but the beds were too small so we had to use the fold out couch which wasn’t very comfortable.

• Shirley (4/5): Below expectations - While Location isn't near Akibahara central, it's 10-15mins walking distance, that's good and definitely with 24hrs eateries opposite the apartment is a bonus Hygiene for me is key and feeling clean is very important too. Several things that doesn’t meet the expectation are as follow: - stove isn't working - moldy toilet wall - stained fridge with some left over drinks from previous guests - the room's overall design is looking very old, cupboard is not clean, and dusty. It just doesn't look anywhere like a cupboard more like a store room - I found one undies in the small cabinet in the toilet. That was upsetting. - the location though they are not near main road, but you can literally hear all the traffics 24hours everyday and that doesn't provide quiet nights at all

• Mayank (8/5): Good stay near Akhibara - The rooms were decent. Nothing fancy but decently spacious with drying space for clothes. Easy to use kitchen and washing machine. Not noisy and air conditioning worked well. Akhibara station at 650m is an important station so connectivity is good. Check in was extremly painful. We found the building but the name Nestay couldn't be seen anywhere which confused us. We reached the host through booking.com but they seem confused and unable to help. They culdn't tell us the room number or how to find the keys. Took us amazing 45 min and the help of locals to communicate on phone with the hosts.
• Charles (7/5): Great location and access to train station, with nice food shops and convenience stores. - Great location and close to train stations and food places. Near Akihabara as well so good access to shopping. Access to the apartment was easy and it's a quite area at night. Whilst the apartment was generally nice and comfy, the pillows can be replaced with better ones as they were a bit small and hard.

• Ciarafoni (3/5): Negative experience - The flat is spacious and has potential if modernised. I am sorry to give a negative review but our experience was very bad. The flat was not well cleaned, some lights came on intermittently and the small space with the toilet is outside the bathroom where the sink and shower are located and was uncomfortable to use. The towels weren't soft and did not look clean so we re-washed them before using. But the worst thing was the sheets that had not been changed and there were hair on them. As we had only booked 2 nights we stayed and slept in our clothes on the blanket resting on a towel we had with us. In addition, the flat was quite noisy.
• Elina (5/5): Perfect location, all needed facilities, but super dusty, bathroom with mold, not properly cleaned - The location is perfect and facilities are great, you have everything for a long stay as well with family. However, the apartment was not properly cleaned in a long time, it was very dusty everywhere, including mold in the bathroom. We had to clean ourselves the folding sofa when unfolded. Don't recommend if you have more serious respiratory problems, you will have issues.
• Sharna (10/5): Good stay in Akihabara - Amazing location with Family Mart across the road Easy check in. Larger than most apartments in Tokyo, nice and comfortable beds to sleep in. Very close to Akihabara Station and restaurants. Spacious kitchen, nice clean bathroom and toilet. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay after a few weeks in standard sized rooms. Bit of confusion around late check out but host was very friendly and responsive Nothing, loved this place
