Има всичко необходимо, но най- вече атмосфера. Естествени материали, красиви предмети, централно място, тишина и спокойствие. Беше незабравимо преживяване да бъдем гости в къща- Паметник на културана от 1910г. Ще се връщаме винаги там! Всичко беше много добре

• matsubara (10/5): The facility is more than enough for one or two nights of getaway weekends with friends! - The location was the best, close to university and center of the city. The two bed were comfortable enough to sleep well. If there are more plugs for charging spot and if the toilet were separated it was much better. Also if the shampoo and soap were provided… it was better too…

• Shaw (9/5): Beautiful old house- comfy and elegant old-world feel - The hotel is in a really beautiful old house, very conveniently located between the railway station and the town. The wooden features such as in the staircase and seating area are stunning, and also much attention has gone into creating an old world, elegant ambiance with antiques and other artful arrangements. We loved it. The room was large and comfy, and there were also inside and outside seating areas to relax in, with coffee and tea making facilities just outside the room. Miroslav and the team were welcoming and friendly and clearly work hard to make this a great place to stay Nothing really, but it’s a climb up stairs to the top floor, which is worth being aware of

• Elitsa (10/5): Автентична красива къща в сърцето на Пловдив! - Страхотна локация в сърцето на Пловдив, а стаята се намира в стара къща, добре реновирана и поддържана. Истинско изкуство! Имаше общи части като кухня и релакс зона тип всекидневна. Стълбището е автентично, старо, дървено, но и много добре поддържано. Стаята ни беше чиста, удобна. Има и зона за пушене на една приятна тераска. За всичко са помислили! Особено благодарим на собственика/управителя. Пристигнахме късно, но бяхме посрещнати много топло, усмихнато. Инструктираха ни добре за настаняването и престоя. Имахме проблем, водата не тръгваше, но веднага извикаха майстор, докато се бяхме върнали от вечеря всичко беше решено. Прекарахме добре, а и бяхме на 10-15 мин пеша от Капана. Благодарим за гостоприемството! Някой друг контакт щеше да е полезен. Имахме само един на разположение да заредим техниката си. Останалите бяха по-труднодостъпни и трябваше да се изключи нещо друго за да се ползват.

• Диляна (10/5): - Хареса ми, че човекът, който ни посрещна беше учтив и ни предложи да си изберем в коя стая да отседнем. Стаята беше приятна, с малка тераска. Атмосферата навсякъде беше едновременно старинна, но и модерна. Бихме отседнали отново! 😊 Вентилацията в банята не беше добра.

• Vassilev (9/5): - Отлично местоположение! Чисто и подредено. Любезен домакин. Като старинна къща хотела има интересен ретро стил във всичко. Тих за почивка. На малки разстояния от заведения, места за разходка и посещение. Може би не би било лошо да се предлагат и кърпи за ръце и кърпа за крака след къпане. Иначе има големи кърпи за къпане, сушоар и всичко необходимо в банята.

• Pilar (5/5): Good tools but don't rent the three beds one. - Good location and clean I stayed in a three beds bedroom. The third bed offered wasn't a bed. The bathroom was uncomfortable. The shower didn't have a separation from the sink and the toilet. It was link to the sink and if you weren't careful water could come in from the shower head when using the sink.

• Kathryn (5/5): Good location, nice room (basement), zero stars for owner attitude! - The location is great - it is close to the train station, city park and walkable to all the main attractions The basement room is spacious and the bed comfortable. The airconditioner worked well. We had our own entrance off the street with a small area for storing our bikes securely. Check in was straightforward. The room is not advertised truthfully. We specially chose this accommodation because it states that the room has a washing machine (and dryer) which is important for us because we are cycling every day and have limited clothing. Turns out there is no washing machine (or dryer) and we were informed that we could have our washing done for 20lev. The owner was away at the time and we discussed with the son (who was lovely) and showed him the screen shot of the advert. The son was on the phone to his father and we could hear him ranting on the other end of the phone. Evidently we are stupid foreigners who obviously can’t understand the advert as it supposedly clearly advises that washing will cost you 20(lev)! Whether it is a ‘lost in translation’ error on the English version of the booking platform is kind of irrelevant - if you are going to host people Ivan (and take their money) then you need to improve your attitude! Other small improvements could be to provide some basic coffee/tea (kettle and cups are provided so it makes sense) and maybe some soap for the shower. Also, being in the basement, the noise from people moving around upstairs can sound like a herd of baby elephants at times!!

Odalarda terlik yok, ayakkabı ile gezinmek mümkün değil çünkü zemin ahşap. Çok ses çıkarıyor. Ses yalıtımı iyi diyemem. Oda ve banyo eski. Banyoda sıvı sabun vardı. Yanımıza şampuan almadık diye hem ellerimiz hem kendimizi onunla yıkadık. Havlu sadece bir tane orta boy vermişler. Vücut ve baş için ayrı olmalıydı. Ve tabiki işletme sahibi çok kabaydı. Yardımcı olan bir kişilik değil. Açıklamada 24 saat resepsiyon yazsada biz hiç görmedik.

Αριστοκρατικός δρόμος, όμορφα συντηρημένο παλιό κτίριο με ξύλινα πατώματα και σκάλες, πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Θα ξαναπάμε. Κανένα παράπονο. Για όσους έχουν κινητικά προβλήματα, η έλλειψη ασανσέρ ίσως είναι αποτρεπτική. Αν όχι, όλα τέλεια.
