Fantastyczna lokalizacja w sercu historycznego starego miasta, 50 m od kościoła San Luigi Francesi z 3 obrazami Caravaggia, 150 m od Pantheon, 200 m od piazza Navona. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne podwójne łóżka. Bardzo chętnie wrócę przy kolejnym pobycie w Rzymie. W jednej z kabin prysznicowych trochę zbyt wolno schodziła woda.

It is situated in the very heart of Rome, which was a huge advantage during our trip as everything was within an arm lenght. Also, Emanuel was the perfect host, always seeking if we are pleased with the accommodation and helping if we had any issue. Would recommend to anyone 100%. -
• Marsh (7/5): Perfect location to stay. - This apartment’s location is a gem, smack bang in the middle of Rome, a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon. Everywhere is within easy walking distance, 30 minute walk/45 minute stroll and you see so much of this beautiful city when on foot. Little side streets prettily decorated, history all around, places of worship which are stunningly decorated, statues at ever turn, and at night it takes on a different look with all its twinkling lights, so if you can walk/stroll rather than travel by taxi you are in for a treat. Taxi from the airport to the apartment currently 55 Euros - set price for up to 4 people - one way. Plenty of taxis at the airport and in the centre of Rome. Journey time 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The apartment has 2 very large bedrooms with king sized beds, fresh white sheets, mattresses that are absolutely fantastic and welcomed after a busy day roaming Rome. Bedroom one has an en-suite - waterfall shower (small cubicle), WC & washbasin, whilst bedroom two has a separate bathroom with the same layout. Plenty of hot water, toiletries, fluffy white towels and great hairdryers. Large TV in bedroom two. The kitchen/dinner (only place to sit) is fitted with everything you need. There is no lounge - but was already aware when booking. There are loads of restaurants/bars/delicious ice cream places at every turn all within a few minutes walk. There is a manned secure bag drop shop (after checking out of the apartment until you’re ready to head back to the airport - excellent service), a ATM and a little supermarket either side of the apartment. Emmanuel is very attentive and contactable at any time Emmanuel has welcomed are feedback regarding fixtures/cleaning standards that are in need of repair/attention and is dealing with them.

• Alison (9/5): Great host, great location. Would recommend - Emmanuel, the host, was amazingly helpful, being in contact all the time and always available for advice. The location couldn’t be better, being close to so much but not noisy, with a supermarket, coffee shop and delightful street food all on the doorstep. The coffee machine was a great bonus and the pods were even topped up whilst we were there. Great to find an apartment with two bathrooms. Although this wasn’t an issue for us, anyone booking should know that the en-suite is very compact.

Apartament przestronny, wygodne dwie sypialnie z dwoma łazienkami, ekspres z kapsułkami na cały pobyt, wygodne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie , a nasz host Emmanuel był bardzo pomocny i dostępny w każdej chwili, w razie jakichkolwiek pytań odpisywał natychmiast. He offere - Location is amazing, less than 5 minutes walk from both the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable beds. There was nothing that we didn't like! The only thing extra that we would have liked was a balcony or somewhere to sit outside to have a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

• Milagros (6/5): La situación es su mayor valor. - La ubicación es excepcional, se encuentra a dos pasos del Panteon, y se puede acceder andando a todos los monumentos. La casa cuenta con el encanto de una casa antigua, con techos altos y las habitaciones eran amplias. Las sabanas planchadas, lo cual es un lujo. Hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados de diferentes niveles cercanos. La limpieza no era "escrupulosa" y dejó mucho que desear. Habia pelusas por los rincones y polvo. Los utensios de la cocina no estaban tampoco limpios, faltaban paños o papel de cocina. Cuenta con dos baños, pero la ducha de uno de ellos es muy, muy pequeña, tanto es así que uno de nosotros se quedó atastacado en la puerta, y por supuesto no podia agacharse para enjabonarse. La casa, gneral, está un poco dejada, le faltan detalles de limpieza y organización para hacerla más confortable.

• Paula (10/5): - Hermoso departamento en una ubicación INCREÍBLE dentro del centro histórico de Roma. Inigualable ubicación, girabas x una esquina y estaba en Panteón, caminabas 2 cuadras y estaba la Piazza Navona, mirarás donde mirarás había arte e historia en la puerta de tu casa. El administrador del depto muy amable, estaba en cada detalle y hasta nos coordinó transfer in y out. Se nota que está recientemente reciclado xq está impecable, destacando los ambientes amplios y los techos altos!!! No es tan cómodo para ir al aeropuerto en transporte público y valijas, parte de la belleza de Roma son sus calles angostas, sin vereda y empedradas (no muy amigas de las valijas con ruedas) pero por suerte ofrecen coordinarte transfer!

The host was extremely helpful and organised airport transfers for us. Communication was brilliant, and everything was as described. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Rome.

La otra era muy cómoda pero en la primera es imposible descansar bien. Además, ruido de noche, tanto en la que da a la calle como la interior ya que hay un ruido constante de una caldera en el patio. Las ventanas no aíslan, ni cierran bien. Además hay palomas que hay en ese mini patio todo el rato haciendo ruidos. Las fotos muy bonitas pero no es la realidad. Pero de nuevo, por la ubicación vale la pena.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Its location is absolutely fantastic, perfect for exploring Rome, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy reach. This place is ideal not only for couples looking for a romantic getaway, but also for families who want a comfortable and convenient base while visiting the city. We felt at home here and would definitely choose to stay again. Highly recommended.

Ansvarlig for leiligheten svarte raskt på meldinger og ordnet opp ved behov. Varmeovner og AC. 2 soverom, 2 bad. Leiligheten var ikke klar ved innsjekking. Dette ble ordnet av ansvarlig for leiligheten. Meget trangt dusjkabinett på det ene badet.

• JUAN CARLOS (7/5): Apartamento caótico en uno de los mejores sitios de Roma - La situación , muy cerca del panteón Ausencia total de mantenimiento en el apartamento. Falta de calefacción, el aire acondicionado sonaba como un helicóptero en plena noche que ni te dejaba dormir, la calefacción central no la ponen hasta finales de noviembre según nos dijo la persona responsable. Carencia de enchufes en cocina así como cucharas de usar y tirar de plástico reutilizadas pues no hay otras. La cafetera no funciona bien tienes que pulsar al menos 10 veces para un cafe. Las tapas de los wc más antiguas que yo y deterioradas. El congelador rota la puerta y hecho un bloque total de hielo, inservible. La limpieza no es ni medio normal. Lo siento pero un apartamento así en mi ciudad te lo cierra la administración. Pagando 400€ la noche se merecería un apartamento mucho mejor en todos los sentidos.

• Guzel (10/5): Amazing apartment and wonderful host 😍 - We absolutely loved our stay! 🤩 It’s perfect for a group of four - spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long stay. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms with very comfortable beds and pillows, plus a cozy, stylish interior. We even had two hairdryers and a washing machine! The location is excellent - it was very easy to reach all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was close and convenient. Special thanks to Emmanuel - such a kind and responsive host. He was always in touch, provided all the necessary information, and was ready to help at any moment.

Our host Emmanuel, from the beginning had the best communication and was checking in to make sure we had what we needed throughout our trip. I have no complaints. I see some people have commented on the shower size and in comparison to the states it is normal for Italy to have smaller showers. There are two bathrooms so you have options. I will definitely book again for future trips! ❤️

Kitchen facilities very basic. Washing machine leaked even when not in use and the bathroom floor was therefore always wet. Dishwasher didn't work. Toilet wouldn't flush at all in second bedroom. No sofa to use during the day.

The street noise in the morning and that during pur stay there was some construction work in the building, starting at 8 am. The appartment is way too expensive for its quality. The bathrooms are old fashioned, the flash in the toiletters don’t work properly. Walls are damaged and the maintenance overall is very poor.

• Katerina (4/5): Disappointing - We liked the location and there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably for our group . The apartment was very dirty. Dust on all the furniture. the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. As soon as we entered and took off our shoes, the floor was dirty as if we were walking on the street. There was a large amount of fluff and hair in the cupboards. Dirty walls. Clogged nightstands. We sent them to the manager, she tried to help but unfortunately the maid who came overtook her and she had already done some superficial things and left the bathroom in the water without even doing the basics for a clean house, especially at the price it was. They need to maintain it immediately and to change the cleaning staff because it has a very good structure. We had complained for the dirty house the manager send her back to fix the situation but the maid was really unprofessional but you don’t want to be professional to clean an apartment. So disappointed

There were 4 guests but did not have enough plates, bowls and cups for 4 people. We had ants in the bathroom, a leak in radiator and washing machine didn’t work. one of the showers had too small an opening.

Quick check-in process, communication with the property manager on WhatsApp Uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable pillows, noisy air conditioners and in some cases do not work at all. We complained and they came to check but without a fix we were left with the problem that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Toilets need flushing several times.

• Gabriela (10/5): Very nice stay in apartment with very good location - The location was perfect 3 min walking from Pantheon in very good part , everything was near with walking . The apartment is nice with 2 big rooms and separate bathrooms , clean . The communication for property was very good for whatever we needed in all our staing .

• Ian (8/5): Good value for money in the heart of Rome but not luxurious. - Perfect location, right in the centre of Rome. Warm apartment, big bedrooms with lots of storage. Plenty of hot water. Microwave, washing machine and 2 hairdryers. Excellent communication with our host, Olivia, prior to arriving and during our stay. Allowing us to drop off our luggage early on our arrival (11;30), and leave it in the apartment until after check-out (14:00) was a real bonus but, I guess, this may not always be possible. Apartment is a bit worn, especially kitchen and bathrooms (needs a good deep clean and/or refurbishment). Needs more utensils/crockery etc in kitchen (chipped mugs). Needs a toaster. A couple of things to be aware of, rather than dislikes: There is no living room, which is fine as long as you are aware (which we were); the only TV is in one of the bedrooms (although we didn't use it!). Also, there is no lift but it is only one floor up. A bit of street noise in the front bedroom on Saturday night, which is only to be expected for central location.

• Culbert (5/5): All in all, a good value for the price and location. - No breakfast, rental apartment. Location was good, just blocks from the Pantheon, restaurants, etc. Rooms were big. This is a nice but old renovated bldg, high ceilings, 3 steps up to some areas inside. No couch or recliner to sit on. Only seats were one rattan, one very old chair, or the plastic kitchen chairs. There is no livingoom, it was turned into a 2nd bedroom. 1 TV only, in the bedroom that must have originally been a livingroom. Tiny "capsule" shower in master b/r, unusable. When you leave for the day and remove the keys, the power goes out until you return and insert them into the slot again. Can get very warm inside during hotter months. The apartment was described as on the 1st floor but it is up 2 flights of stairs which were difficult for me. No lift.
• Leon (7/5): Great location but bathrooms need attention - Great location and large rooms Bathrooms. Ensuite had the smallest shower ever, poor drainage from both showers and chipped mugs in the kitchen.
• Pinky (9/5): Superb - Excellent value apartment, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Most apartments offer only 1 bathroom for 2 bedrooms, and it is right in the heart of the city, steps from the Pantheon. Easy communication with Olivia the kind host, accommodates requests when possible.
• Bettina (7/5): Spacious apartment in fabulous location - Really excellent location, right near Piazza Navona & the Pantheon. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rome, and there were plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was easy to find and was lovely and spacious. The 2nd bathroom was a bonus. The apartment unfortunately has very little natural light and this combined with there being no sofa, meant that it wasn't that pleasant to chill out in. The kitchen could do with some new crockery, and it was frustrating that none of the pots had fitting lids. The apartment was only superficially clean.

• Barbara (8/5): The location is perfect and communication with rental office was immediate and thorough. - Location is great! Toothpaste on holder in ensuite, shower and shower screen not functioning correctly and basin tap leaked when it was on. No lounge to sit on only dining room chairs.

• Cris (10/5): This was a great location in the heart of Rome. It’s located in a little neighborhood closer to Parlamaint where there’s - The property was very close to the pantheon and pretty much all attractions. It’s located in a little neighborhood where it’s not crazy busy but very close to the craziness in Europe. This is one of my favorite locations to stay when I go to Rome.  There isn’t really anything I would complain about the property
